Kew Fish Bar in City of London, Westminster

Absolutely shocking and such a waste of money! Will never be going here again and wouldn’t recommend to the drunkest of people. Rice wasn’t cooked, barely any chicken and cheesy chips were quite frankly disgusting. How this is still going is beyond me

If you are looking for something fast next to the train station to take away then this is your place. Nice folks, good food and a nice menu with a cross between a Chippy and Kebab House. You cant go wrong

Amazing food very delicious highly recommended as it is so close to kew gardens prices are very reasonable.

El mejor pescado y patatas fritas de las regiones a muy buen precio. ¡Pedimos un bacalao más grande con patatas fritas grandes para dos y tenemos que llevar el que queda a casa!

Tienda de patatas fritas sin pretensiones pero muy limpia, con personal amable que ofrece porciones grandes y sabrosas. Se recomiendan Kebab mixto y Fish and Chips

Vivimos localmente. . . y ven con bastante frecuencia. Las críticas negativas de aquí me dejan perplejo. Si juzgas a un chippy por su pescado y papas fritas, este es el mejor lugar en millas. Y el servicio que hemos experimentado ha sido amable y profesional.

Pescado fresco, escamoso en masa crujiente encantadora. Lo mejor que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Podía verme visitar muy regularmente si amaba localmente.

Child’s fish finger meal. No white of fish left showing because so over cooked. Salad in pitta was mouldy lettuce and one small slice of tomato. When I phone they have no apology. STAY WELL CLEAR

I did not order fish n chips as I was not so hungry but the chips were just fried and fresh. Bit more expensive than other chippers but very satisfactory!

Went twice to this Fish bar, staff couldnt have been more rude if they tried. On both occasions they just stare (really weird) and then speak in there own language. The second time I went I asked for a Chip Butty (Whats that he replied) I said chips in a roll -he told me no rolls left -a burger bun or pitta would have sufficed!!! I then asked for burger sauce, he replied "None" i said its right behind you... Very eery service and strange behaviour -WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

I rate this fast food takeaway above all the others locally for both fish'n'chips and kebabs. It's worth phoning them 10 minutes in advance of your trip as the shish kebabs take 10 mins to cook and if you're ordering fish you'll get something very freshly cooked. The portions are big too! Personally I don't do doner kebabs but I'm told they're very good too...

Basically an average kebab shop. It's handily located by the tube, but the fish and chips isn't that good. There's a much better fish and chip shop on the other side of the tracks called the Garden Fish Bar, but they don't do kebabs and stuff.

You don't expect much from a small shop right outside a tube station. However, this exceeded most of the restaurants I've been at in London. The fish and chips is huge. Unless you have a significant appetite, I recommend the small lunch special, or maybe the medium (which is a 10" long piece of fish). My friend got a combination lamb kabob and kofta. He liked the kofta, where the kabob was a little dry. However, he would have it again.

Dit is eerder een afhaalrestaurant, dan dat je er uitgebreid kan gaan eten. De kebab is goed te noemen, de patat minder. Je krijgt wel veel eten voor je geld. Een minpunt was, dat je niet met een creditcard kan betalen, terwijl ik van tevoren had gevraagd of dit mogelijk was en toen het antwoord ja was. Met afrekenen werd mij verteld, dat ik niet met een creditcard of pinpas kon betalen. Ik had geen geld op zak, maar aan de andere kant van het station van Kew staat gelukkig een pinautomaat. Ik kreeg ook de optie om een andere keer te betalen.

After a busy day walking around London we stopped off at this cracking chippy for a feed before driving back to Southampton. Great chips, great portion size, great value and a great taste. I only wish i lived closer!
