VERY RUDE STAFF. No customer service skills. Left without ordering as i didn't want to interrupt their conversation. Stood at the counter for more than long enough for them to realise is was there.

Thought I’d treat myself to a KFC really fancied one. Went through the drive through and decided to drive home to eat. When I sat down realised my boneless banquet was in fact a salad. I tried to eat a little as I was hungry but couldn’t. I’ve driven back and the staff couldn’t care less. Had to ask for an apology. The manger hid in the back but visible through the equipment and her staff member said they will replace it without a receipt this one time but in future they can’t as I’ve eaten it! Had I heck! Still got the wrong side when replaced. Left in pure shock

The worst vegan burger I have ever tasted. I have ordered several vegan burgers from various KFC outlets and all of them have tasted good. But the two we ordered as part of a big family order were rock hard and inedible. We threw them in the bin. They’d either been microwaved badly from frozen, out of date or left under the grill for hours on end. JustEat wouldn’t give me a refund as apparently different restaurants use different cooking techniques…will never use JustEat or KFC again, as not getting a refund for terrible food is appalling.

Just went along to thornaby KFC had a delicious meal made even more enjoyable be the lovely server Shelby Being a older gent l was a bit unsure about downloading app so the lovely young lady helped me with it was very friendly and helpful and could not have been more attentive well return.

We ordered a large boneless banquet bucket £23.99 from KFC near metrocentre, when we got home to eat it there was NO chips, the gravy was so thin it just looked like dirty water so was thrown out. I ended up having to cook chips to go with the chicken which defeated having a take out. I didn’t go back as it would of cos more in fuel. This was very disappointing, won’t be going back.

What a joke, I just orderd a Variety box £30, not cheap, it says 6 pieces chicken, not 6 scabby chicken legs, when you speak to the manager, he said it was what was on the tray, what a load of bull, cold chips, disgusting warm slaw, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, joke food, joke manager. This was through uber.

Went here today 04/07/22 only because I had traveled and used motorway services the day before and it was decent there. Never been to this place for ages, always quiet and next to a Mcdonald's which is my usual haunt. Got a meal deal, double zinger and chip and drink. Got the meal and looked in the bag, there were about 6 chips in the bottom. I actually thought they had fallen out. I asked about them and she gave me another bag with again six to eight chips in it. If that is a meal deal you want locking up. The looks we were getting for questioning the order were pretty laughable to be honest. Please remember you are the ones wearing the funny outfits selling crap not the homeowners in the car who own their own business. Worst place ever.

Just called into KFC byker with my son. I needed the toilet so went into the toilet I've never seen a toilet so desperately needing a good clean. This clearly is never cleaned via a rota system that it says. I informed the staff to the response of the staff looking at each other. Ask for manager no one came out or even clean the toilet. I can't rate this 0

Staff rude would not a help just moan and laugh at u wen u walk off manager is a rude disgraceful women did not help with my order at all not a sorry just a rude laugh as I walk out she need be sacked the horrible person she was should gone to mc donalds least there more friendly and polite...avoid killingworth kfc at all cost...the manager she needs customer service training if you ask me..

This place has never gotten a order right, when we asked to change it we got rudeness back and the staff were being dramatics and giving us Hackys, customer service clearly hasn’t been taught. Doing a easy simple order change due to miscommunication shouldn’t start hissy fits. You wage won’t change

I came to kfc with my friends after a long road trip and I was met at the drive through with who I believe to be Alice, her overall service and manour was disgusting and rude and she wasn’t very knowledgeable on the products nor her customer service up to scratch with the rest of the staff when they tried to intervene in the situation also had no clue what they were doing, won’t be going back food cold and felt like left overs!!!

The staff here are all young so they will mess many things up. Anyways that’s not the point! The staff are slow don’t listen and mumble when speaking, no wonder people go to McDonald’s more then kfc!

Called with our grandchildren and stood first in line for 15 minutes. The staff totally ignored us until we challenged them, when they simple announced “she’s a new girl”. Not sure why one new member of their team would generate such ignorance. To avoid our grandkids being disappointed, we gave up and used the drive through - this took about two minutes. I do not understand giving 100% attention to the drive through. Wish we had checked Tripadvisor before selecting this place.

No care taken in packing the order both my wife's and my order was just slung in a bag, stingy on the chips and top it all one 2 chicken strips and not 3 as stated on the menu Seems KFC in general and i am speaking of quite a few venues across the uk are letting their quality and customer service lapse

We ordered chips burgers and ice cream, the chicken was stale, and they totally forgot about the ice cream!

Ordering from UberEats, I wanted a chicken wrap and hot wings, mum (vegetarian) wanted the vegan burger and chips. Unfortunately, it clearly didn't occur to any of the staff that the person ordering the vegan burger might want chips and they packaged all the fries in the same packaging as the hot wings; chicken touching fries. Fries had to go in the bin and mum only got half her dinner. Contacted the restaurant and they just told us to contact UberEats, and UberEats are almost impossible to contact (although I have filled in the contact form). Inept restaurant. Sub-par food. Overpriced.

What we got was a triple box meal Xmas special with no gravy and an additional 50 pence for pepsi absolutely outstanding,it's really funny that I have never been for fish and chips and not had chips served in my order (example),not only that but not given receipt or offered receipt so online complaint I cannot complete this is the last time I ever use KFC been let down to many times,if anyone goes make sure you get your receipt so you can upload your complaint

First time i have been and i ordered boneless filets- came back to work ate 2 then picked the 3rd one to discover a great long black hair mixed in the crumb- disgusting. I went straight backed and complained and was offered a replacement (as if anyone would). I was then offered a refund and told it will take upto 3 days to get it back but if you dont get it then just come back to the shop. Never again-

Odio el área de asientos en este KFC. La comida está bien aquí, pero los batidos de krushems sabían a agua, las mesas y los asientos estaban sucios. Nuestro pedido estaba equivocado y teníamos que subir para modificar el pedido u obtener tenedores ya que no nos dieron ninguno. El servicio fue muy pobre.

Just had a wrap meal, never again. Chicken was dry, the salad is now pickled cabbage and the very few fries we got were cold and hard. All went in the bin!

Mi compañero nunca había probado KFC antes, y no había tenido uno durante años, así que pensamos que lo intentaríamos, ¡y qué error fue ese! !Me saludó un autómata que no podía sonreír y hablaba tan rápido que no podía entenderla, después de un par de veces cuando le pedí que se repitiera, me dio la clara impresión de que me estaba entrometiendo en su día y que iba a ser tratado como un idiota.Ahora a la comida, si realmente puedes clasificarla como tal, papas fritas, pollo (creo, pero no puedo estar seguro de eso) con la piel flácida que cubre la carne grasienta y sin sabor, honestamente era absolutamente vil y totalmente incomible ( entró en la papelera y nos ha quitado la vida. Es una verdadera pena que tenga que dar un mínimo de 1 estrella, ¡ya que realmente merece un gran cero!Lo único bueno fue el Bbq Beans al horno, ¡ya que ni siquiera KFC puede arruinarlo! !

He estado aquí unas cuantas veces con mis padres ancianos y ha estado bien por la tarde. Anoche recogí 2 de los cubos de ganga 9 piezas por 5. 99. Un cubo para mis padres y otro para nosotros. Al abrir la caja, encontramos una caja de pollo blando, blando y grasiento. Vergonzoso.Después de comer algunas piezas, me sentí un poco apagado (y tengo el estómago de hierro fundido). piensan que los clientes no pueden ver desde el frente lo que está sucediendo, pero deben recordar que cuando usted está en el camino, puede ver la cocina donde el personal estaba sacando los alimentos de la caja empacada y colocándolos en cajas diferentes para luego entregarlos a otros clientes. la comida no puede ser fresca como se dice no creo que volveré otra vez

El personal, sin falta ha equivocado mi orden, cada vez.MASIVAS colas y tiempo de espera (más de 30 minutos) a las 9 pm y para rematar, se quedaron sin pollo. 3 horas antes del cierre.Conduzca aunque cerrado.No estacionarNinguna disculpa o cuidado del personalNunca volveré.

Waited 15 minutes to be served 10 mins to receive order got order home it was wrong and just warm what a joke never again

Went to there for some quick bits but waited about 20 minutes still didn’t get serviced. There was only one customer before me. There were quite a lot staff there!

We took our grandkids here at the weekend. The service was indifferent. Slow. Forgot to give us items we had paid for and there was a long wait in a totally empty branch of KFC to retrive the bits they forgot to givre us. There is only one ( filty ) toilet for men women and children. It stank.

Always enjoy a KFC no matter what I have or which branch I am visiting, whether it be Wallsend, Byker, Killingworth or even the Metrocentre in Gateshead

Don't bother with kfc terrible place and very poor customer experience. The app never works and when you contact them about it you get a patronising email back.

If you have not tried the Double Down, you are seriously missing out. Oh, and the service was fine, no problems there.

Went last month while at a course nearby. We both had chicken sandwich, fries and coffee. We were served immediatley but several people came in after us and waited ages. Either the staff ere slow or there were not enough. I will never go there if there is a queue as the waiting time was crazt. certainly not 'fast food' I felt the place could have been cleaner. Food was fine, not bad. but have been to better ones

Terrible place with hopeless staff. It was a mistake going to the Killingworth KFC. Nobody appeared to be interested in taking my order, the staff where more interested in arguing amongst themselves. The place was filthy with the remnants of other peoples food all over the tables and floor. The floor was so slippery I could hardly stand up. Not a good advert for KFC, they definitely had a bad day. I left without buying anything.

We went for the box meal boneless banquet and whilst the food was tasty, we very much thought that the £15 price was far too hefty.

Ordered through the drive through tonight, got told to wait in the bay for my food and waited there 15 minutes, got home to realise we had no drink with the meal for one and no dip, which was a little disappointing... other meal was fine... otherwise food was lush and worth waiting for.

I visited KFC in Killingworth last Saturday evening & just felt I had to praise one of the staff members. She was so friendly & polite & very helpful in explaining the food offers available. Her name badge said Paige. What a sheer delight she was & I feel she should be recognised. Well done!
