Kent Kerala Spices in Tunbridge Wells

This restaurant is amazing from the service (including interactions with our child making her laugh giving her bloons and much more!) Food was amazing so fresh, smelt delicious and was quick from ordering to table service! And mostly Amazing quality for price! The atmosphere in here is so welcoming and such a loverly vibe exactly whats needed after a long day! Thank you so much to everyone at Kirthon you guys are amazing we will be back regularly thats for sure! Also the first Indian to serve pizza too and they was absolutely delicious

We had an amazing stay in an Indulgent room. Customer service was incredible from everyone we encountered and they went above and beyond for us. Room, hotel, grounds and spa were beautiful. Big, comfortable bed. Breakfast delicious. We had room service and cocktails delivered from the restaurant, also delicious. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway. Hotel room was not very soundproof but most guests were quiet. Would have liked to see more protein in the vegan options and the sheets felt like they may have been a blend but regardless would love to stay again and it far exceeded our expectations - highly recommend

If I could give less I would. I ordered at 7:24 chased at 9pm because it seemed a very long wait. Upon calling them to ask how long I would need to wait I was told they weren’t going to bother delivering and to get a refund. They obviously knew this early on and left me for 2 hours and I can imagine wouldn’t have ever reached out to tell me they can’t be bothered to deliver. That’s after adding a small order charge onto the order that already included delivery and service charges. Disgraceful customer service and attitude

We visited with friends on a Saturday. The upstairs area was hosting a birthday party, so we were seated downstairs, which lacked the usual ambiance of the main dining space. Overall, the food was very disappointing—especially the rib of beef, which carried a £30 supplement. When you factor in the additional cost of sides and the £50 per head for two courses, the value just wasn’t there. The rest of the dishes were unfortunately tepid. And considering we paid £50 for service, it would have been nice if someone had poured our wine even once. We used to come here as a treat because the food was consistently excellent, with thoughtful extras. Sadly, it now feels like it’s lost its charm and has become overpriced for what it offers.
