Kelvedon Spice in Braintree

This was our third visit to the restaurant - the food was delicious and the service excellent. Staff were very attentive throughout the meal making our evening very enjoyable nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

Officially my new favourite Indian restaurant! I came here with my partner after this place was recommended to me, and we had a fabulous evening! The attentiveness and overall customer service from the waiters were lovely, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the layers of flavour in my curry were beautiful. I will 100% be back!!

We’d not been to Kelvedon Spice for a while, but it never disappoints and tonight was no exception. The food is always 10/10 - a great, diverse menu - but the staff are the star of the show. You’re made to feel so welcome by the whole team and they can’t do more to make your experience the best possible. Couldn’t recommend it more…easily the best Indian restaurant in Essex! We've just moved into Kelvedon and this was our first visit to Kelvedon Spice...we'll definitely be going there on a regular basis! Lovely surroundings, friendly staff and delicious food at a reasonable price.

We have been looking for a good Indian Restaurant for ages and to our joy we have found it , excellent food and top service this is our first time here and it definitely won't be our last top top restaurant.

Our first visit and what a lovely surprise. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The menu very interesting and reasonably priced. The food was excellent and served piping hot. The ingredients used were of good quality too. They offer a takeaway service and there is parking in the street.

Amazing curry. Went for dinner with our friends as they have recently moved to the area. We didn't have a booking but was able to be seated straight away at 8.30 on a Saturday. It's definitely one of the best Currys we have ever had if not the best. Great staff all friendly and looked after us. Looking forward coming back over to Essex.

I went here the other night with my family and the food was incredible, I’m not one for spice so I always get a lamb korma it was the best one I’ve had in a while. We were served by one of the waitresses called Paige she was so attentive and always on it, she was very welcoming and so polite.
