There food is really nice and I'm glad I've found a descent kebab place to get a takeaway from now on. The staff are friendly I give this place a 10/10

Went for a late walk and stopped at Kebabulans for a snack. Very tasty food, quick and nice service.

Hakan and his team catered for our private party with 120 delicious mixed kebabs, chips and salad. They were amazingly professional, with great communication from Mandy who arranged everything, and the food was fantastic with very generous portions. I would highly recommend them for a late night feast to keep your guests happy.

The Kebabulance has been in Crowborough forever!! It is always excellent for Kebabs with loads of different varieties to choose with different flavours i.e. Chinese Flavour always has done a good trade and likely always will do

Hello, I've been visiting the kebabulance from when it first turned up in about 1999. They've now got a new custom coachwork kebabulance rather than the old converted ambulance. Apart from the comedic value of the name it's well run, technologically current (online orders, multiple payment methods etc). They have a range of food types including variations on chicken shish kebabs including Thai, Mexican, lemon chicken etc. They seem okay. The kebab meat is an okay quality but still tastes a little rubbery. Service is excellent and price is not too bad.

We regularly visited while living in Crowborough and even drive from our new house (20 mins from Crowborough despite living a 2 minute walk away from a kebab shop) as the Kebabulance is the best kebab place around. Food is always fresh and tasty and staff are friendly.

Not many people have heard of Crowborough. Despite being the largest (and highest) inland town in East Sussex Crowborough is, to many people, a set of traffic lights on the A26 AND the Kebabulance. Not many people know that Crowborough was the home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Winnie the Pooh(sort of) but most of them will have stopped off at the Kebabulance for a late night snack on their way home to the South Coast. It is an absolute institution and well worth a visit. I even met someone in the middle of Spain who often stopped at the Kebabulance for a snack on their way home. The food is all cooked to order in the van (they've got a much newer van now!) and it is very edible and good value. When only a kebab, or popcorn chicken will do - you need to visit the Kebabulance!

Very reasonably priced kebab, and once you get past the fact it's cooked in a rickety old van it's very comparable quality wise and far cheaper price wise! I eat from here far too much, the feast wrap meal deal has it all. A local institution and long may it remain. I do feel sorry for the kebab shop right behind it, it simply can't compete on price or quality to the cross kebab van!

So 2 south Londoners move into the country & it hits them how spoilt for choice they've always been. Every type of cuisin u could think of, open all day, everyday. We move here & there isn't a kebab shop for miles. We have a van that visits forest row on a weds & Saturday. But to us it was always a Friday night thing, both tired from work, can't be bothered to cook.... get a kebab! Not out here u won't! So tonight we stumble across this little treasure. Another van, based in Crowborough, 10 mins in opposite direction, but it's open 7 days a week, so the Friday night tradition can continue. We both throughly enjoyed it, meat was a nice quality. Slightly disappointed on the size of a large portion of chips, which we normally get to share. But not enough to feed 2 hungry people. But not enough to put us off, will defo be bk..... next Friday of course (-;

Perfect for late night munchies after I come back to Crowborough after a band rehearsal or gig. Great service and pretty good grub too. Cheeseburger and fries please!

Great kebab, recommend the lemon chicken kebab & garlic mayo! Open until late. The best place in Crowborough to get something quick to eat.

A Crowborough institution. Always good for post-pub grub. The menu is quite extensive, the food is prepared promptly and the staff are friendly and patient. The food is better than the nearby Weatherspoons to be honest. I eat here more often than I should!

If you're desperate for food, have the raging munchies and its 3 o'clock in the morning then this is the place to go! All the usual junk food types available and some combinations you've probably never thought of too.

such a varied menu rather than the same options regular kebab houses offer, the portions are large, well cooked and above all so tasty. brilliant guys in the van always friendly

The best kebab I've tasted in a long time chicken was delicious the sauce made it taste even better, highly recommend and the staff was very friendly as well. 👍👍👍

This is definitely our family choice when we fancy a take away, sometimes when it is busy they cannot answer the phone In this case my husband just drives up there. they have a good selection my favourite is the chicken strip wrap, they are good at always asking what sauce and salad you want they are very friendly.

You know you shouldn't but you do! Great late night drinking feul and banter. Looks dodgy but I've never been ill after eating from there so......party on

This kebab van has been part of Crowboroughs evening institution for many years now. The food is consistent and tasty, hot and quick. The van is kept clean and food is cooked fresh to order. The chicken kebabs are particularly good.

Perfect after a few drinks, tasty meat freshly prepared! Never had a bad meal and reasonably priced compared to other kebab shops!

By far the best takeaway kebab outside of Turkey - and probably the only kebabci based in an old ambulance! Fresh ingredients, friendly service, reasonable prices and you can call and collect.

Piri piri chicken is out of this world ,great pit stop for those Friday night's when you can t be bothered to cook, they often chuck in a free can of drink too. Keep it up guys
