Kebabish in Barking and Dagenham

Do not buy any of the peri burgers here, it is as rubbery and not fit for consumption. all the other food are really good. they overcook the chicken in the burgers to the point it was not possible to chew and had a rubbery taste . the restaurant should stick to what they are good at. just eat just as disappointing who couldn't resolve the dispute

Just eat somehow messed up my address and order was delivered to the wrong address. When I called the restaurant, they were shockingly rude and first said it was my fault, then it was Just Eat's problem, and finally admitted their drivers don't ever check details or use the door code that's meant to prevent this sort of thing. They then tried to get me to pay 70% to make the order again. When I refused, they hung up and wouldn’t answer my calls.

food was lovely, very tasty and very good value for money.

Got around 15 fries with the half pounder burger. The fries with the chicken doner were absolutely soaked. They could have provided the sauce separately in a little tub rather than pouring it all over the pieces of chicken and chips.

Arrived hot and received an extra goodie too 👍👍

called to ask how long it will be, given reassurance of 5 mins but its been over 15 mins and still haven't received my order

I’m regular here, food is decent and they always wrap it with foil paper and make sure it’s hot. Would recommend their curries

Food is always late, they told me food should be there with you in 2 min, later found out food was still at the restaurant and wasn’t even given for delivery. Really poor service

Really enjoyed the kebab rolls, seemed like Shezad really had a passion for kebab rolls. 8/10 would come again!

Really impressed with the service. Shezad was very nice and thoughtful. Honestly would come back just for him! Gave me extra garlic sauce on my kebab as well!

delivery driver was very rude and awkward. I left note saying 1st floor...was so rude said come get otherwise cancel order. I'm admitted in hospital and haven't had any problems until now. the time he spent arguing he could have been up the stairs. I told him I'm a patient. disabled

Traditional authentic Lahore curries, keema with peas, veg pilau, meat sag, chicken curry, dall , yummy!! defo reccomend to friends and family. thanks for complimentary jelebi.

lovely tarkha dahl, chick peas & mater paneer.Not loaded with oil but less salt would be great.Mater paneer gravy was a little thick though.All items were piping hot & delivered quickly.Lovely hot & fresh jalebis too.

superb food as always, bit late, but not the drivers fault,(nice polite man). for just a minute in the microwave, and back to normal, slightly different from my normal orders, NO disappointments, containers well packed with food, lovely box of sweets, I'm sure not too healthy - but so addictive, , , another great job from these guys. The whole peri peri chicken was amazing and full of flavour, it lasted me half the week. The lamb karahi and roti was v tasty too. The lamb samosas were so meaty. Also the jalebi was a nice treat:). Thank you.

As a frequent customer, today I was disappointed. Samosa was cold and soggy - we left this uneaten. The chicken was very dry with hardly any taste. The rice was also over cooked and dry. Very upsetting as we are a frequent customer and typically look forward to, and enjoy kebabish. I hope this is just a one time thing, as I would hate to feel as though I cannot order with them again!

Has 1 rating by Food Standards for a reason! The man preparing my naan came to the grill in a FILTHY butchers coat. He then took out the dough, turned, picked up a half eaten apple and took a few bites. He swigged some water and turned back to the grill. He didn’t wash his hands and I should have left then! He proceeded to knead the naan and I convinced myself the bacteria would be cooked. It was only out of desperation in Ramadan and having my 4 year old with me who was begging for peshwari naan that made me stay. BUT the final straw was when he took the cooked naan out it what as stiff as cardboard. Everyone knows naan is fluffy and soft, there’s no way it should have laid flat in the air like a plate. He put it down and it looked like a Greek spiral pie as he had used minimal dough and the coconut was falling out all over the place. I said there’s no way I’m paying for something so insulting. As I left he began to shout at me that I need to pay and when I reached the door he told me I need to at least pay for the peri peri chicken that wasn’t finished. I didn’t want the food poisoning. I regret not checking the negative reviews but mostly not walking right out when I saw how dusty and dingy it was. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up a freshly cooked naan

This us my regular. And the food is great… you can always call them and ask for any amendments. There is more than I like, oil in the dishes. But i guess all curries do. 100% you will not be disappointed if you try them out. Chicken Jalfrezi always hits the spot. Meat Karahi is delicious. Samosas are a good size and not dripping with oil(like many others). Biryani is good too. I prefer meat but the chicken is good too.

Totally Rubish, Negative Hygiene status, I advise local council pls act. Check the dirtiness on sauce bottle, staff cloth. This place is filthy. When you order online you can’t imagine from how dirty place your food is coming. I love eat out local but this place horrible

We ordered chicken biriyani but served mixed meat (lamb and chicken). Not expected, not sure if was the last portion for the night. But still, shouldn’t been served like this. As one of us don’t eat lamb. Pls never mix like this again.

Food was lovely. But my order was missing my drinks bottle. I had already phoned the branch for order being late as your app showed it had already been delivered and it hadn't yet! So couldn't be bothered to phone again about missing the bottle of drink. Food was very warm and delicious though. Nice big portions and juicy chicken and very nicely spiced kebabs. Naan were large and perfect. Shame about late delivery and missing bottle of Pepsi. I needed the fizzy drink to finish off my meal.

Not nice curry or naan bread at all, ordered mild it was extremely hot so my kids wouldn’t eat , so sorry to say negative words but I wouldn’t order again. Ordered Spinach potatoes also received 4 small pieces potatoes in the whole pot only
