Fabulous tasting food, very well priced and great service. Smash burgers were great and the hot wings delicious - fresh and crispy. Highly recommend their unique chilli sauces - so good!

Can't compliment this place enough, was at my sister's house and we were all craving some burgers so my nephew recommended this place, and boy did it hit the spot. The burgers tasted fresh and juicy, the wings were AMAZING. The atmosphere was great and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. A hidden gem in the most unlikely place! Went with my family and absolutely loved the food. Visited Gardens of Peace for a funeral and was looking for HMC halal spot. Initially assumed it was a fast food/takeaway. But was surprised with the indoor decor and ambient lighting. They have ample space for eating in, on lovely booth style cushioned sofas. The food was amazing and not your average greasy fried chicken joint. We ordered the double smash burger with the halloumi cheese. Was impressed and would recommend. We also got grilled chicken wings and a full chicken with chips in a variety of marinades. Loved the mango habanero marinade on my wings. Kids got the crispy fried wings tasted just like KFC’s wings. The donner meat was lean and tasted much better than your average East London kebabs shop. Their homemade sauces were soo good. Especially the naga chilli sauce. Staff were very polite and service was quick. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Lovely bloke and very welcoming. Would definitely visit again next time we visit the cemetery and work through the rest of the menu. 5 stars definitely as it exceeded my expectation and i rarely rate places a 5 stars definitely 😊

What a little hidden gem. Amazing food. Really enjoyed the mix doner box. Lemon pepper wings were also nice. My son had the smash doner burger he absolutely loved it.

Ordered chicken wings and kebab. The chicken was bland. It wasn't seasoned. The kebab was the same. We had to add some extra sauce and seasoning when we got home. The packaging was good though, but I think anyone will agree with me that quality food over packaging any day. Update: I've now recently ordered chicken and chips and it was good so I've updated my rating from 2 stars.

Came all the way from Newcastle. Ordered the double smash burger meal and it was unbelievably tasty and the price was amazing! 10/10!! Every time i’m down to the capital I know where to go! Hope they make a branch up north

I been there for once and had couple of double cheeses burgers taste wasn’t bad but price is little bit high rather than atmosphere and quality. I wish they would make it more better .

The chicken was rotten and the fries were chewy, if you're going to get the chicken watch out.

So this place opened new and I thought I'd give it a try. Boy do I regret it. The food is overpriced, the portions are tiny and the quality is mediocre. The smash burger tastes like a standard cheese burger. The Smash pattie is so small and thin. Their chicken loaded fries is just a big box of chips with a little bit of house sauce and tonnes of melted cheese. The doner wrap was the worst of them all. Tasted poor and was extremely small. There was more tortilla than there was doner. All in all, this was a very poor experience and I won't be trying them again.

Honestly wish we could give more than 5 stars. At first we were skeptical of trying munchin given how many times we’ve gotten sick from tandoori hut, but I went past the other week and it smelt sooo good so we wanted to try it. We got round to it today. The owner was so pleasant and held great conversation, so friendly. Service was great and super quick. We both regret not trying it sooner. The chicken was beautifully tender, the chips were class, it was quick, pricing was so good for the quality of the food (£17 for regular wings meal, bbq wings meal, honey sweet wings, and mozzarella sticks) I forgot to take pictures of the food as my mouth was watering from the smell, but my favourite was the bbq wings, my mate enjoyed the regular wings and the mozzarella sticks. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so comforting too, I have no way of describing it. I took photos of that. Me and my mate have decided we want to go there more often. Ugh!! get munching at munchin!! :)

First time trying Munchins...I have to say I was very impressed. Ordered Double Smash Burger, 6 wings and Fries. The burger was so good, two juicy beef patties between a soft brioche bun. Literally melted in the mouth. The wings were spiced so well, just the right amount of heat and the flavas worked well. One thing that impressed me was that the crumbs did not just fall off the wings, it all stayed together. Last but not least the prices were on point. Overall, a very, very good meal! Recommended!

Its a new business and so they are still finding their feet didnt go the first week as they where queing out the door (they ran a discount their opening days). Went today and the service was great very friendly and fast. However I ordered a 1 chicken & 3 wing meal I only got 2 wings...the wings themself where perfectly spiced, cooked properly and very tasty (its a shame I didnt get the 3rd I paid for) the chips again perfectly cooked really crispy on the outside and soft and perfect inside. The chicken piece was big and tender....certainly more you would get from other takeaways (however the size may have been its downfall) it looked very anaemic and was not the golden brown you would expect and when eating there was a fair few parts of the batter that where still quite wet/doughy and uncooked. That said I would still go back it certainly wasnt inedible and was very tasty. As I said its a new business and im sure they have their learning curves and they staff where great....just being picky

the chicken burger was the worst chicken burger i’ve ever had. the chicken was dry and rock solid, i only ate half and got sick. the chips were decent but not great. kebab was kind of pink too and made us feel sick. most of the food was cold. we was waiting for about 30 minutes for our food when there was no one in there either. cash only too which is really odd. quite expensive too.

One of the best diner places in Romford, brilliant service, top quality food, special meat doner, smash burger and the wings are just fabulous, tasty and all brilliantly cooked and served. We have been to many chicken and chips shops over the years. We were pleasantly surprised by 3 main things @ Munchin - 1. Cleanliness 2. A family run business, so every customer was treated with great care 3. Finally the smashed burgers were very tasty, great sauce. The chicken and the wings were well seasoned and batter was not heavy. The overall experience for a local chicken and chip shop was excellent and we would definitely be going again very soon. Good luck to the guys....

Honestly the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life, the chicken was dry and rock hard tasted like it was cooked days before and smashed so thin couldn’t even bite into after two bites literally threw it all in the bin, don’t even ever write reviews but it was so terrible that I had to write one honestly feel like people will get ill from this shop needs to be looked into by authorities

For a new business that's a week old this looked a bit rundown, for example there was some sort of broken machine in the window and furniture looked second hand. Anyway... I thought the service was too slow for 'fast food' and the smash burger is not a smash burger at all. Everything else tasted about average. Cash only too so that is a bit sus if they don't start taking card at some point.

We had donor wrap meals. Everything was just perfect. Friendly staff. Pricing is reasonable. Its a lovely little restaurant. Its something that this community needs.

I was around RM6 and came across this new place called Munchin. Have to say was not left dissapointed. Great spot. Smash burgers 10/10. Need to check it out. Will have to go back again with family to check out rest of the menu.

Well the food tastes bad the chicken is dry too crispy the chips are extremely salty the wrap had loads of lemons and tasted unpleasant the staff seems to all be a family and they have no clue at all of what they are doing calling out the order name multiple times loudly before it was even ready the prices are too high for the food sold they did have a discount at the time of purchase making them 33% cheaper but even at the lower price the food was bellow par I would not be ordering again.
