The staff in this chicken shop are racist against white people ! They dont even hide it ... The breading was falling off of the chicken . It was rank seriously ...and the shop stinks of OLD oil

Can't believe how downhill Kennedy has gone. Just had the worse pizza in my life. What a waste of money...

They try and make you buy extra! The wings are dried up and old and the chicken is so dry they refreshed all chicken they can't sell from the night before.The old man tries to lure you inside to buy the food but rips you off! Avoid!! Try Dixy chicken or Chunky chicken down the road!

Whoever that manager or owner at the front of the shop is extremely rude. Acting like i was wasting his time asking for sauce. He also will try and overcharge/upsell you on mummified chicken. The bad food is made at night btw. Might as well go dixys.

Oldest shop in the town and best customer services. Grill burger and chicken wings are absolutely spot on. Highly recommended and yes they accept card payments.

I lived in barking from 97-2001, I loved this joint then and had to visit barking 15/6/24, and wasn’t disappointed. IMO, kfc does not hold a candle to them.

Chips taste like plastic, ribs full of fat and not aesthetically pleasing to want to eat. Poor quality, honestly the worst chicken and chips I’ve ever tasted, don’t waste your money!

I had ordered food from this shop on Sunday 26th November 2023 at about 22.30pm and this shop deliberately food poisoning me by giving me under cooked chicken and by the Sunday midnight, Monday 27th November 2023 I was vomitting blood all because they disided to food poison me on purpose

Food was fresh, hot, spicy and tasty. Best chicken shop around barking. Service was very quick. Dine in and take away accepted.

To begin with, the stinky Bengali was wearing speedos and had a massive bulge when I was talking to him, and when he handed me my 3 piece chicken and chips, he had breathed into it and put some boogies into my flippin food. and don't get me started on the hygiene of the whole place, there was multiple rats running around and some were bathing in the oil

The worst dirty food ever. Whole family had digestive problems straight away. Needs a hygienist and quality control visit. I have tried my child chicken burger and it was uncooked and raw (very soft). Disgusting place to eat!

Been coming here for over 18 years. I always get chicken and chips for my mum or wings and chips for myself. I’ve known this place since I was in school. Every time I would use the train I would get a take away to take home. The owner is lovely and remembers me from when I was young. I have nothing bad to say about this place and I will continue to use them. Thank you for always looking after me

Very bad restaurant and worse treatment. The necessary request was not made and the amount was taken. The request was not changed except in the presence of the police. I do not recommend it at all.👎👎👎👎

1 start is too much for this place. I was working at barking underground station doing cables and me and a few of my colleagues went to this shittt holee to eat and all 5 of us had to go running to the toilet 400 meters up track to use the toilet. The job didn’t get done because of this and out boss wasn’t happy and nearly lost our job! DONT GO HEREE AVOID!!!!

Pizza is at a reasonable price when ordering in store, not the best but still good to eat. Boss even gave me a free water after I forgot to order it

The workers are cheaters. I took 20 wings for £7.50 and when i came home and counted them there were only 15. Another day i took a meal of a burger,chips and 4 wings but that worker gave only 3. Definitely not recommended .

The taste and smell is very bad. Also the size of the chicken pieces in the burger meal are very small. I asked him before buying whether it'll be large or same as in the picture, he said it'll be large and he cheated us by giving small pieces

Ordered 3 chicken burger meals. The guy tried to make me buy 3 x higher priced meals. Shop wasn't very busy. 10 minutes later, the guy shouted from the back of the shop to his colleague to start making the burger meals. Colleague makes burgers then puts down the fries and stands there staring at the fries whilst they're being fried, instead of getting the drinks, sauces and bag ready. Basic rule of fast food shops is you put down fries as soon as order is taken aa these take longest then do the rest of the preparation. Slow, inattentive and poor customer service. Had to wait around 20 mins for the food which wasn't great but okayish.

Pros: Cheapest pizza in the area 6 pounds for 12''. 2 times pizza was ok. The 3rd time either chicken or peperroni was smelly and had to remove them so I could eat it. Lack of ham or bacon to choose from toppings. Staff in general friendly. Space looks kinda meh to sit at.

Chicken is spicy yet bland and they have less meat on them compared to wings you can get from your big supermarket. Not worth compared to how much you're spending for it. Chips were still soggy despite being in the bag for less than 5 minutes. In conclusion please don't buy your chicken wings from here.

The aged man kept telling me to buy a certain meal not knowing of my needs. I ordered from here not long ago and they put the price higher for me when the same person ordered the same thing as me for cheaper. The chips were cold and tasted like cardboard. The wings werent fresh and hd blood coming out of it. Wings werent crunchy to my standards and i would recommend dixy next door better than this. The woman who served me was really nice though

I though it was alright honestly. The prices weren't too bad and I found the chips and chicken more than edible. The man serving was nice though considering the previous reviews, that seems to be a stroke of luck. If anything, the issue I had was the ketchup provided was mixed with mayonnaise. Yuck.

I’ve eaten at many fried chicken shops in my years and this has got to be on the lower side of the scale when it comes to taste as well as portion size. Just look at the amount of chips that were given and to top it up the prices were extortionate. Either give larger portion sizes or put the price down.

Worst fried chicken and pizza shop I've ever visited here in London. The aged uncle will recommend higher priced product without understanding the customer needs. The guy will try to milk as much money as possible. The quality of food is below par. I will think multiple times before ordering from this shop again.

Two stars because the food (chicken) was alright. Came cold and the fries and pizza was really cold to the point it needed to be reheated in the oven :-( Pretty sure I won't be getting anything from you guys again.

Ordered via uber. Stated clearly im order that i want chicken side breast. Didnt get side breast sent to me tho. Not happy.

Ordered via Uber eats. Food took over 1 hour to arrive. When I called them to ask what the delay was, the staff blamed the delivery guy then hung up on me!!!

Shop has a 4 star hygiene rating however looking at it I am shocked it's a 4 star The bins are always over filling, the ketchup bottles look dirty Customer service isnt great either. They give special deals to certain customers and when u challenge the staff on it they try to lie and deny it Iv actually heard them give certain people discounts or good offers which are not advertised . I agree uniforms staff wear look like they need a good wash

This place is awful to eat in. The chicken is not cooked with the right temperature. It gave me food poisoning straight away. I would suggest to stay away. It was my first time having a meal from there and it will definitely be my last.

The environment was toxic and unhygienic. The staff were very rude and indignant. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes only to hear they forgot my order. Needless to say I got food poisoning twice from this place. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Received very warm welcome. Friendly staffs. Noticed very clean and tidy around the shop. Food was recommended by a member of staff and it was absolutely fabulous. Service was so fast. When left the shop a genuine goodbye received from all staffs which was absolutely brilliant. Will visit again.

The old guy over charges you when he thinks you aint paying attention and when you make them aware he becomes aggressive and rude. The shop is never clean and the service there is turbulent .. I have reported this shop to trading standards as well as watchdog ..the man that always over charges is in his late 50/60s and wears a baseballcap and will challenge you every time catch him out ..check your change at all times and your food as well while your at it ... and if the item you ordered has run out he changes your order without asking permission ..their clothing needs a good wash and the cooking area is disgusting and unclean bins always filled to the brim rubbish from previous customers underneath tables and all over the floor. These people just want to take your money and don't Care how they treat you..THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!

I entered and asked for a quarter-pounder burger meal because we had 15 minutes until our train. The manager persuaded (almost ordered us) to order a pizza because he had one to get rid off but we didn’t like green peppers so he offered to make us another one in 10 minutes, for which I paid. The pizza still wasn’t ready 15 minutes later ie the time we had to leave to get our train so the manager offered us some pieces of chicken as compensation - as well as chips we didn’t want. But then when he brought our pizza out, he took the chicken away saying we should pay for it. After I complained, he said he would give us two pieces of chicken but when we opened the box, there was only one. Oh, and the pizza was not the one we ordered. This restaurant and its manager are a disgrace. Please avoid and tell your friends.

Well well well i order a chicken burger with meal and bbq wings so soon i starts eating i found that the chicken burger was little bit uncooked as the chicken was navigating me to my route while i was driving and eating 🤦‍♂️ next thing i opened my bbq wings and they were so small like a packet of M&Ms .So guys one advice for you ,Kfc is just off the road and i think chicken has finally arrived after being in prison for long time so head down to kfc and forget about kennedy .

I'm not one to complain but this place should be closed down... the food they sell is not fit for human consumption... I called and complained, they totally ignored what I had to say.... so now I will be calling all the relevant authorities to complain.... DISGUSTING PLACE

I have just a single word to describe this place, Amazing. When you taste the astounding chicken, it takes you to another place, one that you can not dream of. Envision this chicken being sent to you from heaven above on a golden platter, served to you by the most beautiful lady. It is just celestial, the taste, the texture, everything... Once in a while i wish i could wed this chicken.

Absolutely terrible. The disgusting perverted workers made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will always serve the women first and leave the men till last. The place should be shut down they didnt even give me the right amount for my order.
