The food was delicious and warm!

Chips was all soggy and cold they are put under the meat not a good idea !!!

Really quick and really quite tasty

the guy went to the wrong address and instead of calling when noone answered the door at the wrong address, he leaves, then calls and shouts at me saying I didn't answer the door (I was in my front garden the whole time, noone had come) and that he will return in 20mins. 30 mins later my order had been sat in a bag for around an hour. the salad was literally steamed, the pitta drenched and soggy and the food tepid. safe to say i won't be ordering from here again.

Delicious Kebab. Fresh salad. Very long waiting time. More than an hour. I recommend👍

Chips were cold and under cooked and burgers were both dry and pretty tasteless.

Kebab was very greasy and the sauce was already put on there i asked for 2 pots of garlic mayo and it was saturated in it on my kebab I prefer it without but all taste fresh and nice anyway

Bad attitude, will never go back. The food was near decent but If they smiled or made me feel welcome or gave me options, I would be their customer for life. The staff was grumpy and very confrontational when speaking to me. Then I was ready to pay and the guy says wait 5min for the card machine. So I waited like 10min as he went to the back of I fix the card machine and my food is cold and I paid and left.

Didn’t deliver the drinks but delivery man just returned with them. Always good service food always coord fresh…

I ordered small chicken shish, small doner and a mix kebab so good 🤤and the salad was so fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal I would be ordering again pretty soon from there it’s one of Thornton Heath hidden gems 💎❤️ !!

Ordered chicken meat and chips. £10 for medium size compared to other kebab places looks like its small portion. Also they should have mentioned that its doner meat as i was expecting actual chicken peaces. Came cold and not tasty. Garlic sauce tasted off. First tike ordering and it will be last time. Very disappointed.

The food is great however I am very disappointed with the fact that I have spent over £35 and I was supposed to get 1.5L drink for free and I never have received it which seems to be a massive let down compared to what was advertised.

I ordered my food last night and it came fresh and it comes out on time the delivery driver was nice I would definitely recommend this place. I’ll recommend everyone ordering the food from this place the day before so it comes fresh during lunchtime.

Second time I've ordered a shish kebab and got doner meat instead. I really don't like lamb doner meat so it went straight in the bin.

Chips were a undercooked, but everything else is good - fantastic Rumbaba!

The lamb kebab was soft and not greasy but a bit salty, other wise all good thanks.

The kebab was small not large and salad not fresh

The kebab was lovely and good value. The prawn cocktail was some soggy defrosted prawns and half a handful of iceberg Lettuce. No sauce, no seasoning. Stick with thr kebabs!

Obviously after an extremely long wait I was already expecting the food to not be hot. It was stone cold. The chicken shish was over cooked , dry and hard. The lamb doner was also over dry and had no moisture in it whatsoever. Despite me specifying no onions in either salad due to an allergy I still had to pick onions out of both. Why I bothered because after one bite I couldn’t stomach to eat anymore without needing the whole bottle of coke to wash down a single mouthful of dry meat flavoured whatever it was they sold me. Definitely not recommending them for anything other than poor cooking and time keeping skills!

Order was wrong - combo kebab that only had one meat instead of 2, grisly as well.. chucked it away

It was 30 minutes early that’s not good as I might not have been in as I was in my way home for work luckily I got home early that’s why I ordered for 610pm and it arrived at 534pm I had only just got indoors you need to bake sure that if anything orders are later but not 35 minutes early I think I deserve compensation thanks

I recently had the displeasure of visiting KEBABI Kebab House, and unfortunately, my experience left me extremely dissatisfied. From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this establishment did not prioritize cleanliness or quality. One of the most noticeable concerns was the attire of the employees. Many of them wore dirty shirts that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. This lack of attention to personal hygiene instantly affected my perception of the establishment and its commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. It is essential for a food establishment to prioritize cleanliness, especially in preparing and serving food. Moving on to the food itself, I was utterly disappointed with what I received. The kebab was noticeably old and dry, lacking the freshness one would expect from a reputable kebab place. The meat was tough and lacked any distinct flavor. Additionally, the accompanying ingredients were stale, further hindering the overall taste of the dish. It seemed apparent that the food had been sitting out for quite some time, which is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the poor quality of the food did not align with the exorbitant prices charged. It was disheartening to see how much I paid for such low-quality fare. I would have expected a much higher standard given the cost involved, but sadly, that was not the case. Overall, my experience at KEBABI Kebab House was highly unsatisfactory. The combination of employees wearing dirty shirts, the old and dry food, and the high prices left me feeling like I had wasted my time and money. While I hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues, I cannot recommend this kebab house to others in its current state. They are not even deserved for one star

rude employer. came here on my break and i was hungry. he took forever to make it and even when he did, he didn’t want to put enough sauce on my food and was holding my food even when i tapped my card reassuring him it wouldn’t decline (which it didn’t) i’m a reputable individual. i’m not gonna run away. i support small businesses. but this man was rude. i don’t know if i will return again

Food tastes awful. Chips are stale and dry. Kebab is over cooked and hard. The tiny piece of salad included was limp. They don’t follow instructions, why ask what you want on your kebab/burger to then ignore the instructions. Waste of money.

I ordered combination kebab (lamb doner and chicken doner. I received lamb doner kebab. I was charged £11.50 . As I got lamb doner only, i should have been charged £9.50. I was charged extra £2.00 . The food is good but the order was wrong and I was charged more.

Kebab wraps were delicious and contained generous portions of meat. Delivery was very fast and I will certainly order again from them.

At the time of my visit they had a 5 star food hygiene rating which is one of the reasons I decided to try them out, however when you visit the store it does appear like a standard kebab outlet, it is slightly tired and could do with a redecorate and good tidy up and the staff could do a little more with their appearance but I was there for the food. I was a little disheartened that the server was not wearing gloves, nor did he wash his hands before making my food - I’ll assume he’d wash his hands earlier. The portion sizes were generous, and the food tasted pretty good, the meat wasn’t too salty or gritty. I wasn’t disappointed. Id increase my rating if the experience was better ie improve hygiene eg wear gloves when handling food or at least wash hands first before starting to prep the food. Also take pride in your personal appearance it’s a reflection of the outlet.

As always - good food, good portions, nice and hot, and delivered earlier than the time frame given.

Probably it was the last time ,we've been ordering from this place. Food late., cold and portion of chips(only chips were hot), definitely were not large(remember when I ordered regular, I've got same size of chips as yesterday I ordered large one for £4 . Only driver was polite and was sorry for it.

Chips seemed like they were re fried or old chips. Which is unlike them.

The food is always served well but the delivery service today was horrible! Food went back and fourth twice, cold by the time we received it and driver was refusing to deliver to my door.

I never got my pickles as requested but food was nice.

Ordered in advance and food arrived over 30 minutes late. When i called the restaurant asking when the driver would arrive, they were very rude and hung up.

The food was great and delivered quickly. They forgot to add my drink but upon calling the restaurant they sent someone out with it. I can’t fault their service at all.

Would not recommend. Ordered for delivery a Chickeb Kebab with salad and Doner Meat and Chips, the salad on the Kebab consisted of Lettuce, JUST lettuce and it was dried up and brown, the skinny chips that came with it were sub standard and not to mention a different tryoe of chip that came with the meat and chips, the meat and chips had thick cut chips which somehow were both under and overcooked. The meat was very very dry. Ive bought some dodgy Kebabs before after a night out at silly o'clock in the morning but I've got to say that this one is by gar the worse I've ever had!

Lamb diner wrap itself was fab, meat was succulent. The chips were a bit on the dry side and tasted reheated.

I ordered two kebabs one lamb one chicken, the chicken one was ordered with mayo and no salad instead I had it smothered in chili sauce and salad and it was lamb. The chips were all tatsless and tatsed reheated and all the drinks bar one was wrong

I ordered a large lamb doner, kofte with salad. The food quality was good, but the salad took half the space of the box leaving a small amount of lamb doner.

It's your local kebab spot, staff are friendly and helpful, they have a good selection and food is good if you want quick before a few more hours at work. Kebabi is small space, accessible to most.

Bad service, the boss can t speak English, is unprofessional and he don t care about the customer ls if they git the delivery late.I was told from the boss that his curier didn't answer on his phone because he had on viciemail and my food was all ready late of one hours and half .I order the foid at 8pm arrived at 9:50pm .Doesn't take that longer to prepare x2 kebabs and they are in.london rd and to central croydon doesn't take that longer fir a delivery.When I pass by the kebabi shop I saw 3 people in the kitchen and one young guy standing on the entrance, was the curier guy was chatting with his boss. They lying to me saying his curier dudbt have his phone on .Never again

Gave me Kids Chicken Burger and Chips & Drink instead of special shish meal 5!!! Very poor! I don't eat processed chicken steak burgers so went bin! Had to get refund from justeat l.
