Best kebab shop in the area, ordered on their new app, my delivery came quite quick and the food was fresh and piping hot. The chicken shish was amazing.

The best kebab restaurant in the region, lamb shish kebab and chicken shish kebab are very good, doner kebab is very good, I recommend you to try it. They are extremely meticulous about cleanliness and hygiene.

The large portion was actually smaller than the small. Chilli sauce was poured all over the meat, not place on the side.

Not the friendliest place to go to, I went to order my food and as I have been working all day asked the manager if I could wash my hands he point blank refused there is no facilities and I really did not like the service or the atmosphere cleanliness is not really there either

My daughter and I really enjoyed our kebab, it was delicious even the chips were lovely, when I have ordered from other places the chips were not as nice. Would recommend them.

Good wasn't too pleasant, when ordering the salad on 2 of the kebabs there was stuff missing, not even a teaspoon of sauce and the meat was tough and dry. Ordered chips separately and they were small but what was given was extortionate!

We were given the wrong order, had to call to tell them about it, driver came back quite a while later. Our food was cold and one of the buyers was almost squashed and the chips were a soggy mess.

We ordered for the first time today and it was really good, the best kebab I've ever had.

Ordered a lamb shish with all salad what I got was just a small pitta with lamb and tomatoes when I put down for all salad very dissapointed called them thinking they made a mistake but they told me I should have come in and ordered blamed it on the delivery driver very dissapointed with the service and that I was not offered the salad if you guys want to keep people buying from you then at least have the respect and decency to at least say you made a mistake and you will rectify it not blame it on some one else what a wast of money never again will I buy from you guys . Terrible . The reply to my above review from the owner is very low being a business. And also when someone place an order through DELIVOROO it is not the responsibility of the food supplier but the delivery driver. Further he down grade the delivery service and trying to encourage buying from them directly. We have already mentioned to the shop that we are not going to order anything anymore over the phone and the owner too happy for that.

Usually have good service here but they kept not giving my order to the uber eats delivery driver just because I politely asked for extra sauce in the notes. Did mention to not bother if it’s an issue. Having mentioned this, they still put extra sauce but wouldn’t give it to the driver saying that I have to pay more, which makes no sense as why would the delivery driver pay for my food? And how can I pay extra if they do not communicate this. I had to end up cancelling the order after they kept messing around with various drivers - all for a portion of chips.

Best kebab I have eaten. Tasted like an old school kebab. How it was package loved it. Definitely be ordering again

There is a bag fee like plastic bag. My order before was places in a paper container for convenience but not the kebab meal was just wrapped in a paper.

Staff were really nice. They did massively overcook the chicken shish so it was incredibly dry. Then they muddled up the sauce bottles so we got mint sauce instead of garlic which completely ruined it and we didn’t realise until we got home and it was too late.

The food is cooked in front of you.the meat is so soft and tasty. By the time you get the garlic ,chilli sauce and salad your be full.....long time since I been back here, but still excellent food

Ordered two large kebabs (one chicken doner , one lamb doner) both looked like small portions for the price they were we expected a lot more meat. And the standard cheese burger was very small also. Considering the price for the burger I would not recommend and will consider ordering from here in the future..sadly.

Food came on time and hot, but the quality wasn’t great. The falafel was tasteless and the chips were like cardboard. The lamb shish was okay, but overall a bit of a let down.

The kebabs were really tasty and fresh! The only suggestion I have is for the mix meat & chips to have an option of 2 sizes (small and large). The one size they offer is quite large and my son couldn't finish it and we had to throw some away :( It was our 1st time ordering from Kebab World Carshalton. We will definitely order again!

Best kebab house in the area, has been for years. Excellent quality food, fairly priced, Quality is excellent and portion is reasonably large clean environment and to top it all really nice guys. Highly recommended.

Second time we ordered from this venu. First time, couldn't fault the food, it was really tasty. This time, the meat seemed dry and all 3 meals were cold to luke warm and the pita bread was hard. My partner rang to express her disappointment just as I fed my pita to the dogs. Within 30 minutes, we had 3 fresh meals, at the same high standard the first order we made a couple of months ago. We will be ordering again. Thankyou.

Absolute rip-off on halloumi - £6.99! for 4 small pieces, waaay overcharged. Don’t bother. Falafel wrap could be better if it was made with fresh falafel and not one which was clearly heat up over and over again.. kebab was okay. Very much overpriced for quality.

Combination shish, lamb, chilli sauce was odd as its more like sweet chilli than what I'd expect on kebab, too mild and sweet. Overall nice but pricey especially compared to other offers locally

The last time I received a delivery from the Just Eat was end of March or beginning of April. I had been a customer of theirs since 1993 and the food has always been hot, fresh salad and also have been of good value. The staff are always pleasant and polite and I would recommend their food to anyone. I would give the food 100%.

i asked for a delivery and when it arrived the keba meat chicken and lamb donna meat was stone cold i telephone them and told me to put it in the microwave chicken should neverbe reheated my dig even turned her nose up very disgustingly never again

Terrible food. Will never order again. Wanted to support local, but food came in a slop and was very disappointed. The meat was over cooked, salad was old and covered all of my already torn pitta bread. Save your money!

Been using this Kebab shop for over 30 years, until yesterday eve a very satisfied customer. Portion sizes have madly decreased in size!! An extra large lamb doner now resembles a small! Really sad that I will no longer be a customer

We have ordered from this take away for many years, and also order a few times a month, tonight we ordered our usual and it was sub standard, pitta bread shredded, looked in edible. we called and told them we wanted a replacement, they verbally abused us and refused to accept that the food was not edible. They ranted and hung up on us. We then got another call saying we always complained(a lie) , we were too far for delivery (lie) and we were banned from ordering in the future( slight over reaction but no loss). Their reaction was massively over the top and VERY AGGRESSIVE. To not be able to accept criticism and to not offer an alternative

Kebab world carshalton have never let me down under any condition what so ever I have been buying from this same shop for over several years I have currently moved from carshalton I now live in Banstead village but I cannot find any kebab shop like this which deliver quality and taste and allways it’s the same day in day out I have even ordered on weekends which is more busy for them but even that is the same I would like to the thank them allways for providing great service to me and my family and during these hard covid 19 times they have been open and serving us allways thanks agian 5 stars all around **** the best 😌

Great place fantastic food staff are lovely

I have been using this kebab shop for nearly 30 years. Very disappointed today, they forgot to deliver one burger. This was sent out after I called to complain and received 20 minutes later - after everyone else had finished, and chips had now gone cold to accompany said burger. The lamb doner meat was very greasy and really tiny pieces, it made the pittas too greasy to eat. Chips soggy also. Sadly not what I am used to from here.

If you enjoy juicy succulent meat wether it be Shish or Doner this is the place. Once you order from here you wont order from anywhere else. A*
