Kebab World in Stoke-on-Trent

Used to use this place every week and the food was great but tonight got kebab and was basically inedible meat dry and hard chips cold and nan too dry to eat looks like new owners and definitely gone down hill will have to go elsewhere in future

I have ordered chicken pizza taste is awesome I like very much

The food was awesome test especially the kebabs is too good and very good service and nice people highly recommended

Me and my sister ordered from kebab world often so was really disappointed when the other week when are ordered was totally wrong😡😡 untill i got a phone call off the owner I'm guessing who told me how sorry he was and then said we could order anything to the same value, so even tho they messed up in the first place ( which is very rare ) the customer service was brilliant especially with the personal touch so 👍👍👍👍

Just had a large chicken kebab from here on a garlic Nan (collection) £8 it was lovely, proper nan plenty of well cooked and seasoned chicken with loads of salad plus a side of cheese chips £3.30 which were nice and crispy with good quality cheese. Garlic mayo was also one of the best I’ve had! Hygiene rated 5 ! Will definitely have again when passing.

So normally do not have a problem with this takeaway, but just last nite placed an order for 2 doners and medium chips.. food arrived quickly and realised there was no chips so runs back to see if the delivery driver had gone.. he hadn't so shouted down, missing chips mate so he's looking in his car for them, not there.. then he went on to say that me and my mate hadn't been charged fuel, bizarre statement for missing chips, then said the order only came to 11 pounds even tho showed him on the phone from Natwest, it came to 13 pounds. Then it was he was the CEO of kebab World, really the CEO delivering food, this got into a heated debate, rang kebab world after Mr wannabe gangster got on his merry way, explained to them, and was getting somewhere, until driver came back, and was giving it the big un over the phone, all over missing chips, saying we don't do it like that anymore, what charge for food and don't deliver it.. Told US not to call again, don't worry I won't.. friendly atmosphere really. Anyway gave food to to the dog as even the kebabs were wrong, hardly any meat on each, wrong sauces on as well. Used to highly rate this place, as they're meat was legendary. Not my fault you messed up the order. But was fast enough to take money and start a stupid row. Knocking on my friends door like ya some big man, shouting obscenities. Goddam joke. Everyone should boycott this place. Plus you also want to much information just to place an order, your a walking cooking, cookie collector. Hope ya place goes under. As for how we were treated ya deserve to...

Takes a hour get delivered but comes piping hot (fresh) best kebab I've ever had in all of stoke better than nidges by far, bit expensive but delivered to me at fishing and best kebab by far.

Kebab world special sizzler I don't think you can get that much food from anywhere else for the same price, and wow they are absolutely amazing Next time I want a mixed grill Kebab I know where I'm ordering from!!!

Food was cold chicken n chips smallest chicken legs ever seen more salad n chips kebab was missing salad and sauce was same cold food won't be using again

Had a chicken curry it looked horrible swimming in gee was a funny colour bit brownie orange defo not fresh and smelt funny it looked so bad I didnt even try it and my dog wouldn't touch it a should have sent it off for testing see what was init i may have been unfortunate with my curry but the place is empty every time I drive passed so I dont think so

Not received my food free paying and now waiting 2 hours for my order and I’ve tried calling but no answer. I’ve been robbed.

Ordered at 23:30 and called after an 1h to ask where our order was, They said give us 20 mins… Waited a total of 1h30 for it to arrive they they forgot our fries. Food wasn’t great, chicken kebab very fatty, can’t comment on fries as they never arrived. Won’t be ordering again!

Ordered food off justeat from kebab world it said it was on its way we waited for a bit for it to come but didn’t turn up and it said it had been delivered. We rang them up and they said we didn’t order from them then said we did and it’s still at the shop. We were then waiting another 2 hours and it still didn’t turn up so we rang them back and they said the order was on the way to then be waiting another half an hour. It finally turned up we were starving. My chicken kebab was awful and couldn’t even eat the chicken popcorn I ordered I felt sick and had really bad stomach ache after eating. Definitely not ordering from here again

Helpful people and the food is really nice. The milkshakes are delicious. Only complaint is the cakes/cheesecakes are that nice bit dry but overall nice place for a takeaway.

Spent £20 on a curry deal. Food came stone cold. Was late to.onion barges were flat. Chicken in the curry was watery.The dips were disgusting. Wont be wasting my money again

THE WORST KEBAB WE HAVE EVER HAD - We were so looking forward to a Friday treat, the first one in a few months and what a VILE disappointment, the lamb was so overcooked I had to spit it out, thin kebab meat soggy chips and rubbery chicken - AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🤢

Ordered twice in a long time and they nevwr disappointed. Portions are freaking huge, food tastes good, staff are friendly, good selection of sauces and salad options. I am surprised this place have bad average score meanwhile my other friend says Kebab World makes best kebabs in Stoke.

Used to be our takeaway of choice was a a big fan. Then we ordered a value box from there once and me and my partner got food poisoning. When I rang up the place and told them they were less than apologetic instead stating no one else as complained. Man on phone said he is delivering our way later on and would refund us but never did.

No flavor in my chiken balti I couldn't eat to oliey plus forgot my bottle of pop I rang them few times then to be told drivers been this is around 2 hours later thay said was no answer I said y couldn't leave the pop on the step I will never order from here again

Absolutely disgusting the food is I ordered from there last night because it was the only place open so late I had a curry it was vile it’s just a portion of oil chips felt like they been warm up in the microwave pizza didn’t come and they give me two chickens and potion of chips instead of what I ordered chicken was slimy and not cookedask for cheesy garlic naan but got given a undercooked plain one been trying ring since lastnight but keeps saying user busy like they took the phone off the hook FUMING reporting them to trading standard before somebody falls seriously ill and I’m not letting this go!!!!!

Dire. Food was cold, chips undercooked, fillet burger cheap and the sizzling box was full of gristly meat and a 'special sauce' which made everything taste the same. Went in the bin.

Just had "steak" kebab and 2 piece "value" box.."steak" was tougher than shoe leather, there was no way I could of chewed it if I had metal teeth!! Absolutely shocking!! All that happened was the bin thanked me for it!! Never again!!!! Steer clear!!!

This place is an absolute joke. I've ordered from them on JustEat, they confirmed the order and said it was on its way. It NEVER came!!!!! I've tried to ring them and there was no one picking up cause the place closed. Then recieved a text message asking if I've had my food. Told them I haven't but since it's passed 2hrs since I was meant to have it, I wanted a refund and they've stopped replying.... Terrible service.

I had food from kebab world yesterday with my girlfriend and I had work the next day I could not attend work because I was extremely ill the food was not verry nice either

Bicycle friendly and makes really good kebabs. Portions are always big. Probably one of the best places for kebab in Stoke.

Wouldnt even give it a 1 star, Horrible food, won't be ordering from here again, paid £21 for 2 curry deals and chips, the currys were very greasy and lumpy and even after stirred it still wouldn't mix, didn't dare to try the chicken , had to pour the grease down the sink and throw the rest in the bin, naan bread was very burnt. I rang up to put a complaint in and the man was very rude, he is clearly in the wrong job as he has no customer service skills, just kept saying no I don't believe you, we have ate it and its very nice, what's a load of rubbish that is, nobody would eat that.

Absolutely disgusting burger was a cremated piece of something .Pizza was mangled and tasted like fake cheese, as for the Korma it was dark brown and as hot as a vindaloo, truly awful food DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVEN IF IT'S THE LAST TAKAWAY OPEN AND YOU HAVN'T EATEN FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS STARVATION WOULD BE BETTER

we have some food from here before food it was good. but today we ordered from here food quality gone down and they put the price up. Meat you couldn’t chew ,nanbread smaller than before,meagre portion of chip,salads food was cold. very disappointed 😟😟

We ordered from here we didn’t intend to but daughter ordered not knowing how bad it is the food came chips under cooked 3teaspoons off cheese that couldn’t melt on the cold chips, a steak kebab that the nan bread was so hard it broke and the meat you couldn’t chew. Phoned to complain asked for refund was laughed at swore at then threatened the police where called and the takeaway reported to environmental health please don’t risk food poisoning or threats stay well away if you look on just eat others have said the same.

Brought something thinking it was nice and the only thing good was the Naan bread, the chips were uncooked and full of oil !!WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT!!
