This is a great place to order from. The doner kebab from here is one of then best kebabs I've ever had.

Raw food delivered this evening, around 5:50pm. One caller apologised and said they would deliver another batch. 35 mins later and three very hungry children, there’s no show of food. Two telephone calls later, to rather a rude waitress who doesn’t care less. She gave no apology, no offer of replacement, just a 10% discount off my next order?! I understand it’s a very hot environment for those working there tonight, I acknowledge they’ve cleaned the fryers however when chips are very pale and snap, they are not cooked. How on Earth can I feed three children raw takeaway food? Given current circumstances and hot weather, we thought it would be easier to order tonight’s food in. But why should we be forced to eat raw products, or place another order and give them more money to rectify their issue? Up to today we’ve been rather regular customers and have supported them for many years. Not anymore, this is very disappointing. Where’s the customer services? where’s their loyalty?

The fish is definitely dead and battered and not swimming in water but the chips on the other hand are completely swimming in oil

Sorry to say my fish was absolutely inedible. It smelled and tasted of ammonia, was a funny colour and the batter was like wool. It was pouring with rain otherwise I would have returned it so it was binned. The chips were edible although some looked like last nights leftovers. Edit: 2 days later ... still trying to clear the fish smell from the kitchen. Any fast food seller should ensure that nothing like this should ever be on sale.

Pudding looks like it has been reheated over a span of several days, can tell just by looking at the pastry, wasn't even hot! This is disgraceful, this has surely put me off ordering from here in the future.

Who eats anything from this chippy, fancied a chippy tea which ended up in the bin, don.t know what oil he uses but it tastes disgusting, never again, everything was cold as well

Waited over an hour for food which the countdown timer on the website is not accurate and did not update when food out for delivery. Staff nice and polite food sadly arrived cold also discovered after places order its cheaper to place order via just eat than their direct website

This was one of the best chippy about but since it became a kebab house aswel it has gone down hill I ordered fish and chips for delivery and it came with hardly no fish in as the batter was that thick and over cooked it was inedible and chips were freezing cold

Poor food expensive for the quality

Used to be a top notch chippie but gone downhill lately put battered burgers up nearly double and then it comes cremated sorry but last time I come in

Very poor gone down hill I am afraid the fish thankfully I bought for my cat so I threw the thick batter away which was uncooked inside. The chips are not cooked properly, tried to eat them but had to throw them away in the end all very disappointing. The one star is for the waiting staff who are lovely and friendly shame they are let down by badly cooked food.

Gone a little bit down over the past 5/6 weeks, user to be really nice but the following has been a let down - Hard, sharp chips Hard doner meat Lack of pie variety - only meat and potato, no chicken and mushroom or steak and kidney The staff are really nice and friendly but the cooking of the products has gone down hill. I know a few families who have stopped ordering so if they look at the bottom line hopefully this will demonstrate what's going wrong.

Bought fish n chips large a small fish and a small peas the small fish was under cooked the chips were whitey yellow they were very under cooked gutted that it nearly cost me 13 pounds I cud ov gone Iceland and done a better job the only food what was OK was the mushy peas 🙄🍲not good so it's a no return for that chipshop

Food was amazing delivery was fast well worth the money staff really nice

We ordered online for delivery waited an hour and called them as nothing arrived. Aparantly they do delivery 4pm onwards only so it reverted to collection without telling us so we went down to be told it had been there for an hour and they wouldnt redo it. It was cold and soggy and we wouldnt eat it. Rude staff would not go again. They would not refund us

Absolute shocking place.... 2 large chips was like 1 small portion...sent the pudding out frozen... rang them up... the apparent manager 're delivered the pudding... the staff in the shop said at least I got free chips... customer service is shocking will never use again..couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery

Had delivery it was 45mins overdue and cold. Was salvageable after re-heat, food okay. Not really good enough compared to the competition, better fast food dispensers.

£1 for a can of coke.....had the value box at £3.30 the chicken was like cardboard and dry my dog turned his nose up .. the dona meat was gray thin an like plastic. .just ad the chips n coke .. so paid £4.30 for harf a portion chips n coke.that's not a value box... never again ....none of the reviews below are real trust me try there food discusting.
