Always great kebabs. Tonight I thought we'd try burgers for a change. Will definitely be having burgers and onion rings again, absolutely delicious and great value for money. Had great food again (24/08/2024) today as always but it was delivered 2 hours early. Delivery rider said he could take it back and return with fresh food later but it was pouring down with rain and he was already soaked so I told him I would accept it early.

I got myself a kebab after work at 23.20pm which I have used a few times and enjoyed it but this time I had a small doner and asked if I wanted salad I said yes, I noticed there was no lettuce left or red cabbage also they served these in polystyrene tray which are banned. They put into a paper bag, I left back to my car and put on my car seat when I got home the bag was soaked in grease which was all on my car seat, when I got indoors the tray was covered in thick white grease not very happy🤨. Will not be going back.

Don’t waste your time ordering if you want a delivery. Taken over an hour and twenty minutes for delivery on two occasions now. Won’t be going back. I don’t know why they offer this service if they can’t deliver in a reasonable time.

30 minutes late and the bread was mouldy. Probably thought I wouldn’t notice since it’s at the bottom and covered. How can you charge people money for that?

this delivery never came. restaurant called and said they dont have chicken doner and said i will get a refund since i asked to cancel the order but i never got a refund.

After waiting for over an hour I tried to cancel,the restaurant refused! I’d waited for well over an hour before it arrived.The chips were undercooked and cold so uneatable. The chicken was a little dry but I was hungry so ate it. The message I got from the restaurant said that they won’t refund, and that the reason it was late was that they were busier than expected???? Nonsense, just read their reviews, late deliveries are common place. Shan’t be using this place again.

We use Kebab Time, Wallington regularly and its not often there is an issue. The food is good most of the time, but every now and again there maybe a small issue. When an issue has occurred they are very quick to sort it out. Sometimes delivery is just over an hour on busy days, but now I expect this and have no problem with it. If I request a quicker delivery due to my own commitments or the time at night I order they always accommodate. I even introduced my nephew and his family to Kebab Time who is also now a regular with them.

Kebab was enormous and very tasty

Always use Kebabtime, but won’t be returning now! Food was late, cold and missing an item. Phoned twice and was told it was on its way. Then told them we would come and collect. My partner went to collect and within a few minutes the driver turned up on the doorstep 🤦🏻‍♀️! They gave us a free slice of chocolate cake, but to be honest that doesn’t make up for it. No chilli sauce on the kebabs either 👎

Terrible service. Ordered online and received a confirmation. Called up chasing and was told food had left. Call up 20 mins later, claiming they'd never spoken to me before and they hadn't received an order. Had an email confirmation etc. Go somewhere decent not this grotty place

Chicken doner was so bland tasted absolutely foul

Used to use these guys all the time and order a lot but may not use again ordered a chicken shish which clearly states it comes with onion and peppers but it came plain and small did. Called to ask and they tried telling me I needed to put in the comments I wanted a shish with onion and peppers otherwise it comes plain. Asked for my money back or a new one and after 15 minutes of them arguing they came collected the food and refunded me absolute jokers with no customer service skills. Food is still good but service shocking

The food is awful the restaurant has a different name on here to the one they give on thr phone I could have cooked a better meal than this at home this wss a treat tonight as wasn't feeling well and after 2 bites of the food I feel even sicker then before now awful! I politely requested refund through the shop I rang thrm and wss told to ring just eat instead

50 min delivery. I don’t recommend the hot wings ( will be given to the foxes) but the burger and fries are alright.

Food is lovely but delivery is dreadful. I often order from here but the food is always late and this evenings order was in the drivers car for half an hour so stone cold. When phoning the restaurant I’m continually told the driver is on the way when he isn’t.

Great portion size ( xl doner) and good value. Quarter pounder is alright. Nothing bad nothing exciting. Delivery around 50 minutes so if in a hurry this place is not for you. I wasn’t too hungry so I distracted myself till eventually the door bell rang!

the chicken and rice is very plain and bland, definitely not worth the money, but the delivery was on time.

Pleasantly surprised, the lamb Shish was cooked perfectly and not overdone, the Borek was crispy, tasty and not greasy, and the portion of chips was very generous. I would definitely order from here again

Ordered from here as it was late and not many places open Arrived packed well and still warm Ordered two 1/2 pounder meals The buns were a bit soggy but the rest was ok 6.5/10

You forgot my drink but if I rung back you probably would have sent one and I could tell justeat and get refund but I won't because as it stands for quality it was nice the lamb doner burger could of had a little more doner in it but nice overall

Food took 1 hour and 25 minutes for a kebab and hummus. Called the restaurant twice and was told would be a few minutes but still took 25 minutes. Never again!!!

Loved it ! Took me back 40 years to when I used to walk out of the pub and buy a kebab. Ive had nice kebabs but never quite like the original until today. Bloody lovely !

Forever lost a customer due to being catcalled while walking past the shop. By one of the staff!!!! Made eye contact and he definitely was not bothered that he was at work or that I was clearly not happy about it. Disgusting behaviour really. Inexcusable and incredibly stupid.

Worst peri peri bbq..strips and wings ever eaten ...though wanted bbq mild there was some hot horriable seasoning stuff on them expected grilled... tasted fried !!....couldnt even eat them ....so disappointed all I could eat was the jalapeños bites only thing that was nice ....won't be ordering again or recommending....

It may sound stupid but incredible food ,o had the chicken burger with doner meat and it was beautiful ,peri peri chips that weren't soggy or too powerful and didn't leave any , if you get the wrap the don't eat for a few hours before because it's epic ,great food ,thanks

For about a year my family have ordered from this place 3 or 4 times and each time one of the orders has come back wrong. My most recent experience was tonight when my family ordered once more even though I am always left disgusted and disappointed by the food. First of all the delivery time is extremely slow. When ordering they said it would take between 30-45 minutes for the food to arrive but instead it took them an hour and 30 minutes. Once the food arrived the first thing I noticed was that the food was cold and they had once again got one of the orders wrong. When I opened the wrong order the first thing I noticed was a dark black hair right on top of the doner meat. Straight away I was left disgusted and left the food. It is safe to say I will never be ordering from there again and I think that they should be checked for hygiene as they are clearly lacking it.

The food was bad, I literally had to throw it out because of how awful it was, the rice tasted gone off, the fries were stale and the only thing good was the dessert

My food was missing some items and my order was completely wrong when I called they told me the shop is closed and there is nothing they can do was so unhappy

Never received my order The driver gave my food to a total stranger at the front of the building I would of given no stars if I could and the sad thing is she didn’t even offer for a replacement. Poor customer service. I contact just eat to investigate this.

Don't even bother with the chicken steak burger, its like something you'd get 10 for a pound in Iceland. Didn't even smell like chicken

Without a doubt my favorite kebab shop. I have been coming here for over eight years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are so friendly and polite, asking after yourself and the family. The food is brilliant, I've ordered, kebabs, shish, burgers, chips, rice, and a number of products over the years. Each one has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend this one :)

Very poor service. Waited over an hour for a delivery that should have taken 45 minutes. Then wrong food delivered. Driver said he was going to ring the shop and let us know. Sat in his car then drove off after 10 minutes without telling us anything. Rang the shop, they had no clue what I was talking about, I asked for a refund, they said they don’t know how to do a refund and would call me back. 10 minutes later, no food, no call back. Rang again got a very vague answer about cooking the food again and sending it straight out. 1 hour 30 minutes after ordering no food and no idea if or when it is going to turn up 😡 Right food turned up 2 hours after ordering. Burger bun was badly burnt and hardly edible. Promised a 50% refund, but no sign of it yet. Won’t be using them again.

we always used this place. last few times the order was wrong in some way. Tonight i got a burnt burger for dinner! Thanks kebab time! dont think you'll get a 3rd chance
