chicken donner burger was too dry and not enough salad and sauce. cheese burgers not enough salad, sauce and cheese slice was so small.

Delivery did not turn up called the restaurant very helpful that you got in touch with Just Eat basically the driver stole my food

Waited over an hour no call to explain why they are late driver said they was busy and one driver had broken down and we couldn't eat it it wasn't hot more like warm and to spicy. I can eat spicy but this was a cheap meat kebab and they have used extra spices to add flavour to it so we are very disappointed and not going to order again from there

the food was not edible it was completely drenched in chilli sauce both sets of wings and the 1 kebab cannot eat it

Love this place. Best kebab always!! Always send soft meat which is what I prefer. Cooked to perfection. Delicious.

Was looking forward to my pizza. Was disappointed how cold it was when it was delivered. Standards have definitely dropped since I first started to use kabab rush. Don’t think I’ll use kabab rush again. Very disappointed on the quality.

Found hair in food. Got meal replaced found food in replacement meal. Kitchen staff not wearing hair nets or hats will be informing NSF.

They advise buy one get one free but it's not they try to charge you for both it's a scam don't but from here!!

Brought medium mix kebab, and large chicken kebab. Ended up with medium being the same as large (in amount vise) and the salad included being 2 pieces of cucumber, 3 of tomatoes and no salad at all.... Then the mix kebab sustained mainly of donner and no chicken. Genuinely rip off for the price.... Just go over the road man

Usually Love my food from here. Unfortunately tonight Kebab was cold and some really hard and burnt. Chips were hit and miss. Some squidgy,.others piping hot. Disappointed tonight. But will defo order again and usually really good.

Food was cold and like cardboard

Had to change my review - went back to the place and the pizza is now close to inedible - in particular the cheese was absolutely terrible, I seriously doubt that is "mozzarella" - had both the texture and the bland taste of halloumi.

Chicken was missing from order. It should have been with the fries

Gone down hill notoced it was closed for a while so maybe new owners but did not hit the pot like it use to only thing that was nice and still hot was the chips meat was dry pizza was bland no flavour to the meat no spicyness real let down use to be our fav takeout

Kebab was decent when drunk - attitude was NOT. I ordered my food and waited. The person serving me said “hello. Helloooo” just being plain rude - I couldn’t hear him. I have hearing issues and I didn’t need him embarrassing me in front of a whole shop full of customers. There was no need for a lack of manners like that. I genuinely didn’t hear him. Just not polite.

Kebab at this time of night they think they can give u a Dry over cooked kebab. Be careful of dodgy establishments that think if u drunk they can get away with shoddy food.

We got delivered the complete wrong order we rang the store and they told us there was nothing they would do as they were closed

Miss communication with drive as their English wasn’t too good how ever I called the shop and they sorted it out

Fresh food & arrived earlier than expected, tasted amazing, conversation on the phone was a bit difficult with the worker, but worker advised us to call back when the manager is in, when the manager came in, he has spoken to us and taken our order perfectly, obviously there should be a bit of an improvement with the workers taking orders, as it’s important that they know what’s the rules and whatnot as they didn’t know a couple things, other than that, great food place, should have extra menus though, like burger sauce & peri peri wings would definitely order more.

I ordered the food and waited over an hour, I got a message from just eat saying enjoy your food... I checked the front door, nothing, so I called them up. "sorry mate one of our drivers broke down so its slowed down, it will be 10 more minutes" I waited a further 30mins before calling back: "sorry mate your food left the shop 10 minutes ago(1hr and 20 mins after my order was accepted) sorry for the delay it will be 5 or 10 minutes" ... I waited a further 10+ minutes before receiving luke warm food... just under 2 hours😤

My food portions where too small for a large I basically got charged a large for a small I have photos to prove it

Good portion sizes and great food

The pizza was burnt at the bottom. The fries were super cold. And the dough of the pizza tasted sour. Very disappointed… more disappointed because the pizza was burnt.

Do not order from here, waited two hours plus and still not arrived. Rang three times and shop told me not to worry and that the driver would be here within a few minutes and still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! My food literally turned up 10mins ago!!! And bbq wings was stone cold all of them!! 2 piece chicken was like old leather, chips was hard!!! Everything had to be thrown away!!!!!! So waited 30mins for it all to go in the bin n order from elsewhere!!!!!!! Also missing a drink from kids meal!!!! Delivery time stated 1.55 to 2.15am after ringing 6 times and being told on way arrived at 2.55 food cold and appaling,food not eaten ,will be contacting them for refund.

Complete rip off and waste of time. Overcharged me then served and gave food to 4 other people who came after me while I waited 28 minutes then I left we 6 pieces of chicken in a large kebab. Do don't use these guys!

Was our favourite shop but gradually gone downhill the last 4 times we have orderd the order has been missing food and they don’t read the note at the top we keep asking not to put cucumbers on as ppl am allergic and the food comes with it on so the food has to go in the bin. We have tried many times to Fne and explain but they say not There problem so won’t b ordering from here agen

I was a little worried when the order hadn’t arrived but was showing delivered. But it was well worth the wait, the kebabs and grills were very tasty and well cooked. Would recommend this restaurant.

Ordered two kebabs both was inedible, was just little chunks of donner meat like they have scraped the last little bits out the food heaters and put them on the kebab, there was pieces of kebab that were burnt and mixed with the fresher donnor and looked 2 days old, phoned up the shop and the bloke basically said i was lying cus he has served this kebab all day and not had one complaint and he could not do nothing about it, literally if you are thinking about ordering from here i hope this review changes your mind absolutely vile

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! The food is shocking! Kebab looked days old half burnt and little tiny pieces of kebab, chips soggy and dried up, basically if you order food and can’t eat it the owner couldn’t care less he’s already taken your money so it’s eat it or bin it! Do not let him con you into taking your money I’m left with no tea now as my food is inedible but I can’t get my money back, terrible place

I always have my pizzas from here never have a problem. However today pizzas were very greasy and tasted different to normal.

Drinks were wrong with no heads up from the place, & hardly any salad.

This is the 2nd time ordered.....first time delivery was spot on, this time it was 30min late. However food quality really good. I will order again.

Food was really good, cooked nicely and tasted great.....chilli sauce really good. Hot when came and delivered on time. Portion size a little bit smaller than expected.

Food is always good, always on time other than when its super busy which is understandable really, don’t know why people complain so much even the new drivers are really polite.

Very bad restaurant they not send my pizza

Forgot an item (jalapeños) on my pizza that was essential for the flavour to be bought together. Ordered southern chicken. But the batter used was incorrect and the chicken once fried was very dry.

Near enough 2 hrs. Rude staff on phone speak over u full of attitude and cut u off. Was told I was next on the list 3times! Was told order was on the way after a hr but still managed to add a can of pop to my order that was apparently on the way ...food was cold dry and honestly upsetting! Never leave reviews but felt like I had too!
