The food was outstanding! Each bite was full of flavor, and the variety on the menu is impressive. Can't wait to come back.kashis is wonderful guy he talks like he is one of my family members Very good customer service.

Very bad customer service, this Girl was so rude, I went in the shop to get some food and was standing at the counter waiting on her while she was on her phone texting then after she ask me what I want to order so I placed my order and give her my money in her hand then she throw my change down on the counter and I said to her that I give you the money in your hand so I would like it back in my hand and she said to me does that matter because it doesn’t matter and I said yes it does so I said to her give me my money back and I don’t want the food again and I said to her that you need to get some customer service training this is very bad I would never buy nothing more from that shop I was very angry you should never have someone like that working if you don’t have any customer service skills

Decent priced for food if you on a budget, you can get 4 meals for under £15. Been going here for over 7 years and never had an issue with their food. Chicken pcs, wings and chicken fillet burger always good

No music, not welcoming. Front house people have no manners and was not even bother to answer properly. No proper eatin facility for customers. Sauces, mayo and cutlery should be provided by default which they dont do and if you ask for it then they behave like they are doing a favor on us. My money is already been wasted over here please don't do yours.

The lady who is usually taking orders has no manners what so ever. Every single time we go in she has the worse attitude, gives you dead looks as if she just wants you to get out. it’s crazy how one person like that can ruin the store. Because besides her the food is nice but she is honestly vile.

3rd time here and by the best chicken fillet ever. Massive portion and only £5 for a meal. Quality customer service too.

Ordered on Uber eats - missed out a bottle of pop and 2 x Fries! Rang the restaurant to be told they’ll send extra next time and wouldn’t send the items back out because they have no drivers. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again..

Once again I order a chicken chips meal and the chips r cold, raw, flimsy and pale yellow colour. I hv to put them in the oven to cook more!! Today I ordered and look at the amount of chips I was given?????? Last time I order from them. Flipping ridiculous. £7 down the drain. I rather have the usual food poisoning from Dixys at this point.

I used this place few times l am absolutely disscussed with the customer service, no please or thank you. Both women and guy absolutely jokers do not appreciate customers coming in to purchase I will not use them again, if you are not welcomed then why spend your money at that place.

Food wasnt cooked hard to bite on seemed like he was trying to sell food which was made in the daytime. Never again will i make a mistake going to this place. Took food back staff was rude the (little bold guy) . Said its not his problem, i dont understand. Paid for food which was not even good for my pet.

Myself and my colleague, hust had a 2 piece chicken and chips for lunch at work, and was disappointed. The chicken was mostly sale, and tasted overcooked, as if it had been there for a while.

if I could give one star I would,terrible customer service,the girl that served me had an appalling attitude as if she didnt want to serve me and when I asked her for hot wings after making my initial order she lied and said there wasn't any left even though I could see them behind her. She needs more training on customer service, otherwise u won't get any more customers

Ordered online, order placed however they denied receiving the order only to then discover the order had been made and received. Then disputed payment had been made. Food received nearly 2 hours later with a prominently displayed hair sitting on top the pizza. This is not the first time this has happened with the hair either. I understand mistakes happen so gave it another try, never again!!

Messed up the order. Sent a 16" pizza went offered a hot and spicy. Asked if they could add more toppings and we would pay the additional cost. So rude put the phone down,when asked to speak to the manager. They put the order thought on its way in aayyer of 3 mins which is not true.

Well well customer service is rubbish made a order couldnt understand me foods come freezeing cold had to text delivery driver my address then we he turned up was really aggressive then i took a bite out of my chicken to find a maggot 🙄 really disappointing very bad service and horrible food will be going to environmental health agencies about these!!!!

Appalling customer service from the get go. My delivery driver was extremely rude, My pizza base was mouldy and after calling the shop they didn't offer me another pizza or refund, all they could do was tell me it is impossible as my order was correct and cooked properly (baring in mind mould doesn't come from being cooked incorrectly). Disgusting customer service and definitely would not recommend!

They have always got my order wrong and always missing an item. Staff here was rude in the call when contacted to tell them about missing chicken. The lady who pretend to be manager gives false promises to give extra next time,but never compensate for missing item in delivery.

Wrong order was sent to me. Tried to rectify over the phone. And was rudely shrugged off as if there wasn't a problem. Wouldn't refund me anything or replace missing food.. Thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! 🚫⚠️⛔☢️

Placed an order at 5pm.... 7pm comes no Order ski rang them up to be told delivery has just left , then 20 mins later no order again I called them ( Asian man couldn’t understand a word of simple English.) I told him I’m driving down to get my money back. ( paid via card)

Ordered a meal late night. Waited 30 minutes just for them to cancel the order. Rang to ask why, was greated with a sharp explanation about how their delivery driver had poofed into thin air, that i dont mind but the man seemed angry at me, as if he suspected me of nabbing his delivery man for my girl scout cookie delivery services.....

By God this place is terrible!!! Found a hair in my food they need hygiene down there I swear they got rats!!

Won’t be visiting here again. Have always chose this place over Dixy Chicken a few doors down and today the chicken wings were pink inside, called them up and they said bring them next time (what use is that?) I told them to ask one of their drivers to pick them up as it’s a mistake from their side... on the phone the guy agreed to replace my order with a fresh batch of wings and return my money for the inconvenience. Went to the store and the manager refused this decision made by his member of staff and told me I can have my money back that I paid or pay for my order again. Worst customer service I’ve received - Two of the guys can’t even speak/understand English!

Awful food,burger tasted raw,bbq beansnwere just beans with bbq sauce wacked on top and they were freezing cold,felt poorly the next day. only thing that tastes decent was the chips binned the rest of the meal would never go here again.

Bad experience, pizza was late 2.5 hours late, delivery man came with 2 pizzas which I should of had 4 pizzas because I ordered 2 pizzas 1 plain pizza and 1 with toppings on so with the buy one get one free that’s 4 pizzas in total, I tried to explain this to the delivery man but he couldn’t make any sense of it even though he works for the company, I spoke to a man on the phone and he turned round and said to me how can we deliver 4 pizzas, I tried to explain to him it’s buy one get 1 free but he wasn’t getting the understanding of it, so I just said I don’t want the pizzas and shut my door, I got no time for time waster I waited 2.5hours and they turn up with the wrong order, not happy at all, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this restaurant, bad customer service.

They haven't given me what I've ordered a few times. They also told me I would be getting cod and sent me haddock when the menu specifically said 'cod'. But on the plus side they dealt with me nicely on the phone and rectified it.

This place is ridiculous we ordered food last Saturday and when we got it the chicken was raw so couldn't eat it we called them and they said they would send new bucket out that day we said no cause we had been put off all week they have been saying they will send another lot of food out and today we get told we have to call back in 3 hours will not go there again

Ordered food for delivery. They told me their delivery driver wasn't working that day and I'd have to come pick it up and when I asked to cancel my order she told me she'd ring me back in 5 minutes. When she called me back she then told me that her driver had already been around my area so he wouldn't go again so basically she lied to me the first time and he was too lazy to do his job. My first time ordering here and I certainly won't be ordering again.
