Burger King in Wolverhampton

Was waiting on a driver to accept the order for ages. Since charging extra for delivery. The services have gone down

all the food was cold both fries and the burger was like it was cooked 30 mins before hand

Over an hour late for 2 meals, food cold on arrival, after waiting almost 20 minutes after the delivery person had left the restaurant, for a maximum 5 minute journey.

milkshakes tasted like bleach, tried to contact the store for two days with no answer, very disturbing

Delivery was fine however my burgers had no cheese on and my one burger was a cheese melt

Despite confirming the order with the Delivery Code with the Delivery Person, received wrong order -it was not my what I ordered. Delivery person was too busy talking on the phone in punjabi, whilst delivering my order and confirming the Delivery Code. Really poor service received today.

I didn't receive my order 2 hours after placing my order despite the app saying it was delivered

After a 2 hour wait food claimed to be delivered but haven’t received any food. This is beyond ridiculous.

Lovely friendly staff. Come here couple of times a month. Great atmosphere and clean. Food is always perfect Edited 5/3/25: sadly, when offers are on they are very slow and disorganised. Food is piling up ready to be dished out but no one is working on people in the restaurant. I have been here a good 15 mins and only 2 people have received their food.

I just don’t get why work at a job where you have to work with people if you don’t know how to deal with them.. young black girl in the store came to bring my food out and I had just asked nicely if she could give me a second to check my order. Just completely ignored me and walked off despite me calling out excuse me a few times. Weird. No shock the reviews here are so bad lol.

Best Burger King Went on 25/02/2025 at 9pm. Obviously you know best beef burgers, but as we entered guy was cleaning tables and doing mop place was clean other guy on tills was so friendly help me and my son with our order to get us offers that we could not get on self service screens as needed an account.

I recently visited the Bilston Burger King, I was craving my favourite whopper, I went straight to the ordering point, to be greeted by Dan! Dan attended to my every need, customised what I wanted to precision whilst Serving me with gratuitous smile! I shall definitively be back!

it was OK they put cold drinks in with the food so we had warm drinks

The man who delivered my food was really friendly. I don't know if you can pass a message on to him or not but I want him to know I really enjoyed my food and his customer service skills were good

Ordered off Deliveroo to find out my driver do not have my food. Burger King has refused to give it him. Tried calling the store numbers of times still currently waiting to get through but clearly the staff are lazy and can’t answer the phone.

Never again.. food was stone cold, and took an hour for delivery... 3 times this has happened... Complaint made to customer services...

Food was cold and disgusting! Inside the restaurant was freezing cold and dirty and mucky never again am I ordering from here spoke to one crew memeber her name was Nakita if I can remeber she was lovely regardless of all the disgusting things in this poorly ran restaurant one of the worst burgerkings I’ve ever been to in my entire life, it’s a 1 from me!

I ordered on the App to collect order via drive thru. Got there and man in speaker says can't see an order number. Then he began to ask how long it's been since I placed the order. It was 5 minutes, however ordering on the App should be quick not long. So he wanted me to wait around until it comes through the system and onto the screen. I was in a rush so I suggested to come in and show him my order physically, which then he said yes that would be better. But why did I have to suggest this to the worker he should have suggested it to me rather than asking me to wait about. So I went in... showed him the email reciept and it took them 1 minute to prepare my burger which tasted cold and stale. The restaurant had no customers which makes me wonder why?!?! Will not bother with this BK again

The food got here on time, but we were missing 6 items and one item was wrong which is frankly ridiculous! We have tried to get a refund and we cant even get a total refund as the 'select items' part of the refund process is missing 4 items. AWFUL.

We're do I start... the car park is a nightmare of rough ground and daft park. No space. If your thinking there must have been loads of people inside like I thought well you'd be wrong. The place was empty . The inside is so depressing looking and very cold. Which brings me on to the food. Which was like the inside of the restaurant depressing looking and very very cold. The toilets stank like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I did see a poster that said keep your receipts and get a free burger for doing a survey. Needless to say I took that as a threat. I will NEVER go to this burger king again.

Total waste of time and money. The order was over 1 hour late from when ordered and to top it off I’m missing 2 meals. Such a bad service. The driver went to 2 other properties before me they probably got my meals.

Brandon and Nikita were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Food was served quite quick and with a smile.

My order was missing the Doritos chicken fries . The fries were cold and flavourless, both beef pattys were burnt and tasted burnt. Never again. I want my money back. This is unacceptable for a such a high and popular fast food chain.

place the order at 7.05pm it's arrived over 2 hours later and has missing items in the order..

I never write reviews but the young girl in this Burger King was so nice and helpful to me and my son. She was so nice and very good with my son. Think her name was Nikita if I remember right. We were served very quickly on our little Saturday treat and was so helpful with my little one when he didn’t know what he wanted and suggested the nuggets were her favourite and they way she talked to them and made him laugh and smile was amazing. She even got him the little Burger King hats and just made our day out so nice. My child is autistic and she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and juts made his day. This is the type of service which is above what you expect and more praise for this young Thank you so much Nikita from your little friend Kayden who says “Hi”
