Shocking customer service...walked in was ignored by member of staff whilst she prepared sandwiches for Uber....I was waiting 15 mins while she was doing Uber orders first....I was the only customer in there. She didn't even speak to me no hello...or to tell me she wouldn't be long....just rude. To make it worse there's only 1 member of staff who works there and she's really really slow and is rude...won't be back.

Ordered online at 5.45 pm to supposedly collect at 6 pm. Got my order at 6.30pm ☹️. There were other people in the shop who had waited 40 mins and still hadn't been served either. The order system is abysmal , as they could do with a system like McDonalds, to know when you order is being dealt with , as numerous uber/just eat , etc drivers walk in and appear to have pushed in front of you. To make matters worse , there was only one member of staff working who was working at snail speed , and so the orders just kept getting backlogged. Now the food........... I used to love Subway because you felt like you were getting a proper sandwich , which was huge and full of ingredients....... not any more. The bread was painfully thin , and there wasn't anything to it. You used to be able to have every salad vegetable on your sandwich , but now you're limited to a few sparse items. You could pick your sauces to go on as extras , but alas, this is no more. If I had paid the full £7.99 for this , i would have been mega upset 😡 and felt robbed. At £4.10 with a discount code , I still feel robbed , so much so , that I don't think I'll bother with Subway ever again , as their quality of the sandwiches has gone down hill and at this particular restaurant , so has the service.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered 2 6 inches. Got charged for 2 foot long’s and when I asked for a refund the girl said she had to text the manager and that she couldn’t issue the refund until she’d spoken to them. I asked ‘could you call them, as I was in a hurry to get back to work’. Eventually the manager got in touch. Sandwich was freezing at this point. I then had to pay again for two 6 inch sandwiches and have no idea when I’m going to be refunded. In total I paid £25 for two 6 inch sandwiches. Communication and knowledge from the staff was appaling

WTH 5 59 for a salad that had 1/4 of box full. Cheese they use a melon ball sized scoop now there measuring everything ridiculous for what you pay for it. Used to fill the box and it was amazing. Will NOT buy again from here I'd rather go and grab a salad from tesco for less money and more content ! Partner had wrap with hardly any filling meat or sauce. Minimal flavour. Really gone down hill this store has since new management took over and started measuring stupid things 😒

Girlfriend got severe food poisoning and a bacterial infection placed her in hospital, complained got a professional very rude response with factual lies in there and making out im stupid, then no response after we have went there few months later didn’t have items in stock after paid such as drinks cookies told we couldn’t have a refund then food was cold and the meat balls had grissle in and was hard n burnt ? Me and my partner love subway and don’t mind paying the price but by far worst service ever here.

Food was not cooked to specification, stasff were unfriendly and rude. When raising an issue with the food and asking for a replacement after having to come into store, staff refused to replace order. I returned my order back to store as it was not eatable. When asking for a refund I was spoken to in a rude and degrading manner. When placing a new order (which I had to pay for on top of already paying for my previous order that was already returned to them) staff were sarcastic, ignorant and blatantly rude and disrespectful. No compassion ornunderstanding shown by staff or manager at all. I am q fan of subway hence why I chose to order from them but after being treated and spoken to the way I was on this occasion I will NOT be returning to subway again.

I usually come here for lunch, and i have had no issues with the staff or service, they have been very friendly. However, in the past few weeks there has been an indian staff member present, who i assume is the manager. It seems every time i go in there he is insulting, being sarcastic or belittling them. He does not seem to be this way with the customers in my experience, but it is sickening to watch the way he treats the staff.

We received the wrong order. The bag was sealed when we received it, so couldn’t tell what was inside. When we opened it, the bag contained a 12” chicken & bacon sub, ready salted crisps, nachos, double chocolate cookie & a cherry Pepsi max. Not the 3 x 6” subs we ordered. We called the restaurant, who said as the drivers drive for Just Eat & not for the shop there’s nothing they could do. So I am currently out of pocket & have hungry / angry teenagers. I contacted Just Eat in the hope of getting this sorted and yet I have to wait up to 48 hours for a response/ refund…. Shocking
