great food and great staff always having a laugh making you feel welcome it's the best kebabs in West yorkshire

The food is very delicious and the service is very good and the place looks really nice

The guy who runs this is just amazing. I love to go in and watch how loved the guys are and the place. Everyone is remembered as they come in and everyone is always chatty and nice. The food.. well it's in my top five restaurants and my go to takeout for that wonderful filling experience. The meats are all beautifully cooked and the portions are amazing. Like all good kebab and takeouts, they don't deliver and it's best to ring in advance if you want a mixed but I don't mind sitting and waiting as it's always got good people coming for some good grub to chat with. The salad is on form and with salt and lemon. A good sign of a real kebab house. The portions are massive but if your a big eater they do and extra large kebab and it's a beast. My favourite is the mixed kebab with a bit of everything. They do lamb here too which is amazing 😍 and beef and more. Take a trip down or give them a call and get some of this fine kebab houses wonderful grub in your belly. You won't be disappointed. Oh and get the chips too.. they are so good I get two portions.. the best chips I've had anywhere by far... All this typing about it's got me hungry.. better get my shoes ready for opening time lol it's Kebab night tonight ha ha 👌🏼😎

Really good salad with X large donner and the meat is plenty full. Few tiny bits from meat in teeth at times but really tasty and enjoyed . X large would do 2.

Gave me a kebab that had clearly been sat on the side for some time, most likely an order mistake.got it home and it was all soggy, cold and tasted disgusting. Will not be returning

Can anyone remember the kiosk nightclub. The guy who runs this kebab place is the same guy from Sager Street many years ago.

Kebabs are my favourite food, and I'm very particular when buying them. I wanted to try Kebab House for a while, as it's unusual for a place around here to specialise in just one thing. I wasn't disappointed. The doner meat was delicious, and a cut above the usual rubbery, greasy elephant leg. The salad was lovely and fresh, with plenty of pickled cabbage, just what you should get on a kebab. The chips were also nice and crisp, sprinkled with paprika, just as I like them. Overall, an extremely delicious kebab, and at these prices, amazing value. Will definitely be going again.

Superb all round. Hearty portions of delicious kebab with brilliant salad of shredded red cabbage, tomato, cucumber, onion, lettuce and jalapeño with just the right chilli and mayo sauce on pitta. A really well priced delight. Very popular place but the speedy service could not be faulted. Best kebab I've had in 20+ years!!

These guys are the original from sagar Street best kebabs in Yorkshire second to none best meat-best chilli sauce best salad also burgers are fantastic me and my wife know these personally if you want great food good great price get yourself down you won't be disappointed 5 star

I’ve really been craving a proper kebab with jalapeños, hot sauce and all the salad and I found it! The meat is really good, staff are friendly, price is really good, the chip seasoning is amazing. I would say I personally like my kebab really spicy but other than that I can’t fault it at all, best takeaway in castleford. I will definitely be back! Amazing!

Got a chicken kebab the chicken was ok but the chips were to salty and the sauce was basically water

Lovely fresh kebabs with fresh salad and jalapeño peppers. I always get the lamb and it’s always grilled to perfection not too well done and the salad is always fresh. A healthy option and not greasy at all. Comes with lemon and salt for free. I do wish the chili sauce was a little spicier if I was being picky as it’s quite watered down. I also do wish they would take card payments as it’s cash only. That’s the only criticism I have for this place, friendly staff and good customer service.

We used to go to Sagar Street when we moved up here but it's gone downhill and prices increased. We struggled to find a decent kebab around here so instead we'd go to Harehills, cheap and chearfull but nothing to write home about. Not sure how long Kebab House has been opened but a couple of months ago we decided to try it. And we were not disappointed with what we got. I eat like a horse but extra large kebab with salad proved too much for me to finish it. No need to say we have been back a few times. The meat is tasty (that's coming from me after running a kebab shop in Exeter for 4 years), portions are generous, salad is always fresh and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend 👌👌

Has got to be one of the best around on par with the (( the original castleford kebab shop.)) if you remember legends and jimmy’s then you will remember the taste. The kebab meat is always a consistent taste and i suspect it’s the higher quality kebab meat that makes the difference the chilli sauce is his own recipe i think not out of a pre pack bottle the veg is always fresh theres always a queue of people they don’t skimp with the meat and veg either.

Always fab kebeb,some time slower then other but get really busy 😊

Superb kebabs n a few burgers n chips. No pizza, curries, pasta etc to distract, just a quality specialist, at good prices.

First time customers last week and wow gorgeous food very fresh tasty, but thought maybe first time lucky! As food places like to make a good first impression. So we ordered again! Best Kebabs I have had outside of eating them abroad in Cyprus, fresh grilled meats (Lamb and Chicken are amazing) pitta and salad as far as takeaway goes this is really good filling and great food. The staff are really friendly and certainly look after their regulars. Give it a try if you haven’t already !!
