Absolutely disgusting I was eating my pizza and found a bug 🤢🤢

Order a burger and ended up with food poisoning and have emailed and left messages on Web contact us but nothing back so left no option but to say customer service goes a long way but not here

The food is so good you have to be mad not to go there

Awful awful awful experience! Ordered on Uber eats, wrong order came with missing items, spoke to the restaurant they resent what was missing and that was also wrong. Shocking member of staff on the phone who was unbelievably rude and unprofessional who I spoke to originally the what I presume was a manager was brilliant after. I was told oh well it’s because we’re busy…. That’s a shocking response to THEM making a mistake TWICE.

It never disappoints! 😎 Probably made over 20 orders since we moved in the area and the kebab is always good! We usually order Chicken Doner, Lamb Doner and Hummus.

Gutted always order from here as always very quick good food tonight the food was good but only half if not less than normal portion size smaller packaging forgot my salad and cheese I paid extra for in both meals i was shocked when I open my meal tonight Maybe it’s a sign ….. no more takeaways 🫡

Be using this kebab empire for while usually good opinion. But mess due there mistake staff was rude and didnt satisfied the order. Very disappointed

First time in Wellingborough. , trying shish (kofta) kebab in wrap. One thing for the start of my weekend. The taste of my Kebabos put a smile in my mouth. Really like 👍 👌

Ordered once from this place a few months ago the lamb donner kebab tasted dry, every time I went past the shop window they gave me a dirty look. I’m never ordering from there again and I definitely won’t recommend other people to come here either.

So ordered the kids, Donner, meat and chips. And wow this was tiny also the large kebab is small not very good considering the prices have all gone up and the pizza is very expensive.

Phoned in order and was delivered within 15 minutes. Food was tasty and fresh.

Really good quality kebabs, which might sound like a bit of an oxymoron, but the ones from Kebab Empire are genuinely delicious. Lovely clean premises too, and you can eat in. Worth a visit.

I would put -100 if I could. How on earth this was allowed to be served to me is beyond a joke. I suffered severe food poisoning not too long ago, I’ve ordered from this place quite a few times but I am appalled and will never order from here ever again. The pictures speak louder than my words ever could. I ordered a chicken and lamb wrap as a meal with chips and a cheesecake desert. Well after eating a few bites something seemed off so I investigated come to find it was undercooked ! As you can see in the pictures below this isn’t a joke. The chips were dry and cold by the time it was delivered and the cherry on top the cheesecake is a frozen bought cheesecake in which case they forgot to defrost when serving to customers! In the photo you can see how frozen it is not only that for nearly 4 £ for the cheesecake I was missing a load of the biscuit too ! Absolutely disgusting this order cost me 15 £ it’s not even worth 2 ! This has been reported to just eat but I would advise anyone to avoid at all cost unless you enjoy food poisoning. I’m petrified for the night ahead and if I end up ill I will be taking this further. If you don’t enjoy your job then don’t work in a food place ! Rant over please avoid.

*edit - i was not rude - after the second call i was told the driver had dropped the meal and it had been resent. I said what you really mean is you forgot the order when i rang to chase it up 15 minutes ago because you told me something different then. If yoj forgot the order just apologise and say its on the way. Your customer service isn't up to much clearly in your response! I've always had good service from here but it's gone down hill recently. Definitely will not use again. Id avoid at all costs if i were you.* Currently an hour ans 15 mins waiting for a delivery of a burger and a drink. Told twice its been sent! Waste of time and a bad attitude.

customer service is rude, you can tell them your order twice and they still get it wrong, and when you ask them to correct it politely, they act like it's an inconvenience.

Been A loyal customer for over a year and did a order online and called to make sure a payment went through and the lady said yes .. then a couple of days later I have police at my door saying I hadn’t payed they said it was £38 when I look on line it is £35 So watch out .. definitely won’t be using Them ever again … BE CAREFUL STAY AWAY

Really gone down hill lately and cutting corners which is a shame. If you order through uber they give you smaller portions even smaller chicken but charge the same money and also charge 2.50 for delivery.

I waited 1 hour for my food got lied to twice on the phone about how long it would be then when the female turned up before coming to my door with my good I stood and watched her put out her fag. What a disgrace would rather go else where with this disgusting behaviour it’s a disgrace and will be telling everyone about my experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Pizzas are terrible! Don't order from this restaurant! When I spoke to the manager she was extremely rude to me while I was trying to explain the situation with pizzas ,she refused to listen me and be understandable! That's just unprofessional from somebody that's manager!

The quality of the food was not good and the manager was rude. I tried explaining what’s wrong with the food but nobody listened to me.

I was regular customer but after tonight I will not order more.Тhe pizzas had nothing to do with what we always ate, very few products and for the attitude of the staff two women it was awful one introduced hеrself as a manager, they were rude and did not try to listen to me and understand what the problem is.

Sent the wrong order then don't bother answering the phone so it can be sorted.

Got my order badly wrong twice. Bad attitude from staff. They said I was to blame. The food was disgraceful. I was a very loyal customer. Spending 100pound a week there. But due to the repeated mess ups. I won't be returning again. They didn't even offer an apology. Avoid this company to save yourself disappointment.

This place was fantastic, food is good but you have to order more now as they have reduced the portions drastically compared to before. Hit or miss with coming home to the right sauces if any.

Ordered several times now, this is my new go to. Great kebabs, good portions the salad for a kebab arrives in separate container stops it going warm etc. Friend had a pizza and enjoyed it. Would recommend giving them a try.

Had pizza tonight, there isn't a lot of the menu I've not had. Always delicious food and the staff are brilliant. Left something in the shop one night, it was still there a week later.

Love this place... people who work there are so friendly and the food is done so well! Throughout this isolation period (last 3 weeks) I have been there 7 times... they have been a saviour! So much choice too 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Lovely kebab, best I have had in Wellingborough. So glad i tried it

Menu states ‘cheapest pizza free’ but was told I’m not allowed a 15’ margarita with me 12’ pepperoni because pizzas have to be same size for some unknown reason. Got my order wrong so sent back my kebab, when what I ordered turned up they forgot my salad. Pizza dough was soggy and under cooked, chicken doner was mediocre at best. If you fancy a decent kebab stick to your original choice.

First time ordering last night highly recommended superb quality of food. Friendly staff when ordering on the phone and friendly delivery driver. Definitely will be ordering again thanks for the great food and service

Got the menu through my door today...looked really nice so gave the kebab a go.. I've not tried a nice one yet in Wellingborough until now. I'm definitely choosing this place when I fancy kebab again..
