Kebab Choice exceeded my expectations with its delectable offerings. The menu is diverse, offering a wide array of flavorful kebabs. This is probably the worst kebab shop that I have ever been to. The hint should have been that it was empty when I walked in. The quality of meat is questionable, so much so that I had to bin the rest of my food. The portions are small, even with the salad which is carefully picked. It is overpriced for what it is and I am surprised they are still in business. I will not be returning and I would highly recommend avoiding this kebab shop. The other one star reviews are clearly genuine.

For £17 quid for a simple chicken and lamb shish i was expecting something great. Possibly even a neck and shoulder massage. However the food was very mediocre , chicken and mixed lamb kebab was barely seasoned so completely flavourless and they were really tight with both the meat and Salad. I demolished it in moments and was left wanting. Its gone bouncing down hill since my last visit with high prices. There’s a mcdonalds up the other end of the high street.

The place was nice and the people were very kind but the food told a opposite story the food had me gagging and the best part of my meal was the pepsi, it helped me get the food down and I couldn’t finish my meal as i nearly threw up. Overall the staff amazing and the place isn’t too bad but the food was not something to be described

Kebab was OK but I ordered cod and chips for 8 quid. I recieved a piece of cod that clearly came out of a birdseye multi pack and put in the fryer. I feel like I've been mugged

extremely unprofessional behaviour from the owner to each one of workers, and i can clearly see no one is happy in here. I am Turkish, they know me and I know them. If there was another kebab shop here, I am absolutely sure no one, NO ONE would purchase anything from here. I had a chat with the owner here and we talk about the city I am from, he made some absurd racist comments our of no where. I thought he was being sarcastic so did not really care much. Then on my next visit I ordered a Adana kebab Urfa kebab, I said exactly like that expecting knowing Indian guy who works here would know what that is, obviously he didn't know and said i know nothing about kebab. It is ok. I do not judge people with their stupidity so i carried on, explained what i've requested. He went plainly "oh you want kebab" - dear lord..... Also I am fully aware they do have card machines, and they are not using them because of commision. This is utterly crazy, they are forcing you to use card machine which charges £1.99 on withdrawal. Hell no mate, you use your PDQ, and we enjoy our food, simple as that. I am the customer, I am not going to walk near Uxbridge station just because your sake of profit revenue. Disgusting customer service. Unbelievably rude. Ordered a kebab with only lettuce. Received one covered in pickles, chillis and an assortment of other things. Called the restaurant. They sent a replacement. Replacement exactly the same. Man on the phone INCREDIBLY RUDE. Told me I must be drunk because there was only lettuce on it! I requested a refund and he put the phone down. How are these people allowed to work in customer service. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

The chicken fillet burger buns were soggy. There was no salad in the burger as advertised. There were no sauces inside. The chicken fillet itself was sticky and chewy. The vegetarian burger was not edible. Half could not be eaten due to distaste. All the chips were soggy and tasted old. The chips were not fresh, not hot and not crispy. The lamb doner and chicken doner were hard in pieces. Overall one of the most horrible meals we have ordered. No sauce tubs, no drink offers and no tissues :-(

it was the worst food I've ever had, the best thing in there is the Fanta drink. the staff are nice and friendly but there was a hair in my food. they gave us something we didnt ask for and had to pay for it which was dry and horrible

Today I ordered two kebabs via Just eat and I didn't receive the order because for 9 pounds they won't come to me, they didn't even refund the money, just a stupid explanation to contact Just eat, why do they take orders at all if they don't fulfill them and still took the money.

I ordered a couple of kebabs and I previously liked this place Food arrived and it stone cold and it being a kebab I wouldn’t eat it. I called the restaurant to be met with claims of me lying and they helpful man put the phone down on me. This place is absolutely disgusting just like their attitudes to customers. On top of that they wouldn’t refund me. If you ever think about eating here I would advise you to instead eat the contents of your toilet after a curry

A very bad experience… Last night I ordered foods and drinks. They forgot the drinks (which shouldn’t happen but it can happen, I can understand,not the biggest problem) however the approach afterwards was terrible. I called them to say the drink was missing and he said yes he’s aware he delivery guy forgot it!!! First of all if you were aware, why didn’t you send it? And wait my call to confirm it! Second, the biggest problem is he told me he will send the drink and he never did!!! Also the doner was very salty. A very bad experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone…

They charged me 21.30 for two meals and a salad. When I asked for an explanation the guy ignored me and laughed in my face instead of listening to exactly what I wanted.The two chips they put in my bill had to be free because they were included in the meals.Of course they didn't give me the money back, not even the receipt. I will never cam back.

Edited to one star: Walked in, asked for Halloumi wrap, and the guy looked at me blankly and said they don't do them. I said I'd had them there before and he just shrugged at me. Needless to say went next door to Peri Cottage and happily got my wrap from there instead. Original review: Halloumi wrap is good - £6.50 with chips but no drink, so more expensive than the nearby peri cottage - but the salad was fresh and the chips were fantastic (nice chilli sauce too)

I was a regular but not been for a while because of what’s been going on. Had a mixed kebab, they’ve stopped putting onion and peppers on the shish so just get the chicken. The lamb donor meat was awful, it was slimy. Had to keep spitting bits out, it was like grit-maybe bone? Not sure if it’s changed hands but they’ve made changes, not for the better

Never again! I ordered two boxes of just meat and their was hardly any meat! They put it in a big box to make it look like it's a lot but it's less than half a box for £6.50, and they did not give me any pitta bread even though I asked for it! When I called the man said that's just how they do it, plus the meat was dry like it had been their from morning! It was like scraps I will never ordered from here again!

Me and my husband placed an order of a large chicken sheesh kebab, mixed grill and two portions of chips. Our order arrived and the two portions of chips were missing. I also asked to have garlic sauce in my chicken kebab, this was also missing. When we placed the order on the phone we asked what bottle of drinks they had available, the guy on the phone just said Coke and didn’t Mention that we get a free bottle when spending over £18. Instead he offered us two cans of Diet Coke on the house as if he is doing us a favour. When we received our food, we mentioned to the delivery guy they we Should get a bottle of drink and he just said they don’t have any left. The delivery guy clearly lied because earlier on the phone the guy mentioned he had bottles of Coke. This is the second time we have ordered from them and experienced bad service, will never order from them again. Very poor customer service, they will lose many customers due to their poor service.

Best kebabs around and we've tried most. Always quick delivery times and food is always hot and delicious. Wouldn't go anywhere else 👌👍

Food was ok not food I usually eat so can't really compare, was staying in a hotel nearby needed some quick food delivered. Delivery was within half hour chicken kebab was nice chips were just ok would have been better if eaten in im sure.

Got a lamb kofte from here. The kebab was burnt to smithereens, and was barely edible as a result.

Have to walk away as staff is so rude greeting me "Nihao ma" i said to him i am not chinese mate but continued to say "nihao ma". Hope he get sacked.

Very bad food I have ordered 2xlamb shish kebab and the meat was like chewing gum, uneatable. If the meat was bad on only one of them, I would say that I had bad luck. The problem is only the place ( I can’t say restaurant )

Ordered multiple times and every time order has came wrong and they have made no attempt to fix the error which is always on their part . Terrible service and terrible food . DO NOT USE !

Pretty disgusted, The guy charged me full price for a kebab and there was no salad left and the meat looked liked it had been lying there all day. Filthy Cold and gnarly. Threw it straight in the bin outside the shop. Next time I'll make a better CHOICE.

Ordered food for about £50 and didn’t get any bottle of coke as is over £18 and when I asked them why they said May be next time and also didn’t want to provide 2 cans of drinks at least. Secondly, the chicken wings (ordered 2 portions), was literally burnt and inside the meat was raw and had a really bad smell-had to throw it away waste of £22. Thirdly, the chips seemed to be like reheated. Also they are overpriced and the food not fresh at all! Never ordered again!

Amazing food and amazing service

Asked for a donner kebab and chips but apparently if your eating in your not allowed to have it in pitta bread. After trying to explain I wanted the meat inside a pitta for 5 minutes I found it easier to just leave. Probably OK as a last resort at the end of the night, terrible if you've not had any beers.

Doner was cold, the chef pulled it out the the tin so it was not even cooked infront of me soni guess thats why it was cold. To top it off they only take cash which means a long walk to a cash machine one that does not charge you to take your money out. Also forget to mention over priced for what you get.

I buy whit my friend 2 chicken donner and when we open the box at home we found 100 grams of chicken inside and A lot of chips, we pay each £7.50 each for a box whit chips 100 grams of chicken and some sauce. Avoid them.

Food was awful,hard kebab meat.and pitta bread

Ordered a kebab and fish and chips side of onion rings when received order opened up fish was burnt and only warm onion rings were cold not overly impressed not sure if I would order again from there. Well disappointed.

Regularly place a delivery order from here as quality and value unparalleled in local area. Personal favourite is the special mixed kebab - which is enormous! Chilli sauce is very tasty also. Dining on site is a nice enough experience too; Always get my Kebabs. Great value for money - always a super quick service. Would be great if you got a card machine though as it's a pain when you don't have cash - no biggie though. Really friendly guys in there. Definitely recommend.

More like Kebad choice. I asked if he takes card and he shouted at me and said cash only woman!!!!! I said okay fine. Very rude. We had ordered cheesy chips with chilli sauce and mayonnaise which had made us ill the following day. Rude man at the counter tried charging me £8 for 2 cheesy chips. £8!!! Even after he asked me what I do, and I said I'm a student!!! I gave him £7 and left as I was a pound short. However, last time I went there I was charged £3 each for 2 cheesy chips, which I thought was okay. They leave the cheese out all day and dont wash their hands. Very unhygienic. Rude arrogant fat man who served me last night. Avoid unless you want to get ill and have a burning stomach for the next two days. Will not be returning. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend at all, if I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Overpriced for quantity and quality tbh. But it's open till 3 am so if you have no choice it's not a bad choice but if other shops are open I won't make a conciocon decision of coming here.

Quick service, decent prices and delicious food

I don't leave many 5* reviews, but this is the first time we've had a delivery from Kebab Choice, via Deliveroo. The food came in good time, and was, the best kebabs we've had in many years. Well cooked, not too much salad and the chicken/lamb very tasty. Loved the small touch of the bag with the napkins, s & p and hand wipes. Would definitely order from them again.

I had a mix of shish and donner chicken kebab and certainly it was very tasty. Freshly cooked and good quality chicken. Will go again

This restaurant is the perfect combination if you wish to have worse restaurant experience! Rude people, bad food, and even I asked for one glass tape water , they refused. This is the first restaurant in London, refused to give tape water and force to buy water bottle. Even they don't have glasses to drink water. Just avoid guys!

5 pound minimum on your card, ordered regular burger and chip meal, doesnt come with a drink and food was sub-standard. service eas okay thats the only reason im giving it some stars. overpriced for the quality of food was my main issue.

Dont let couple negative reviews put you off. I am very pleased with both the food and the service. I work near by and often come here for lunch and sometimes order home. They provide a friendly and welcoming environment and excellent customer service. They are also very generous with the food. I got a big bottle of pepsi a couple times for free with big orders. Compared to other kebabs, they are very generous with the sauces too. Overall, the food is tasty, fresh and filling. Its worth the money!

First of all for the price of the donner you don’t get much donner meat,and when I tasted the meat it wasn’t the best.I wouldn’t recommend this place as it wasn’t very pleasant

Only getting 1 star for turning up I ordered a kebab with chilli and garlic sauce and got a chicken burger and the my other half got something different from what she asked for its not the first time so definitely won't be using this place again will leave it to the drunks from the night club next door who don't know what they ordered anyway after the club is shut

Food received was not what was ordered, chips were cold,dry and seemed to be reheated. This is the second time we havent received what we had ordered and will not be doing so again. Shame, as it used to be really fresh, hot...and what we had ordered. Don't waste your time or money

Just because we was out and went to order chips after wards they tried to rip us off. Thyy charged us 4.00 for chips and insisted that was original price refused to show a price list they are rude and their kebabs are DRY!

These guys make their own chicken doner at home and it is just delicious!!! They are so friendly and welcoming. I will always go back for their doners. 10/10

Absolutely disgusted with the service and food My food was due to arrive at 6:40pm, turned up an hour late at 7:40pm, The food was literally cold and when I called the shop to find out where my food was I just got a rude and abrupt response, They also blocked my mobile number so I couldn’t call back in the end I had to use my partners phone I will never order from them again and I’d strongly advise people to order from somewhere else Absolute joke of a place

Ordered a delivery, the restaurant is a 10 minute drive away, the food arrived an hour late and cold which is a shame because it was nice food.

Terrible service such rude people , second time ordered a burger with no cheese , second time it arrives with cheese , first time let it go but second time of ordering asked several times no cheese , phoned to complain and was told I was blocking phone line and they would deliver another burger the following day , said well my son will have to wait 24 hours for something to eat and they just ok thanks and put phone down , no offer of a refund at all !!!!! Will never use them again now , food was cold as well !

Quarter pounder with cheese and fries 5.50 or a double 6.50, went to pay and got charged 8.50. Rip off, even pointed it out and he said that's only the quarter pounder, but I couldn't be bothered to argue, I just won't go in there again. Awful place

Bunch of idiots placed an order today about an hour and 20 mins and apparantely they gave it someone else. They then told me they get me the order again but pay 10.00 pounds instead of 12.00. Are they stupid waiting for one and half hours and pay them £10.00. Do not waste your time with such illerate people.

Terrible service, Walked in with my brother On a quiet night, we ordered to go and paid, waited only to have the same staff member come up to us ten minutes later and ask "What we ordered" Ten more minutes go by and they give us one of the three Kebabs and chips we'd ordered, they had forgotten the rest, another five and the manager trys to get us to pay again and then says they never charged us for the chips and demands more money. absolute shambles of a place. No apology given. The food is okay but not great, will use one at the other end of the high street which has nicer food and has heard of customer service.

We used to order from here on a regular basis for around the last 2 years but lately the last 3 orders we have had have bern incorrect we complained to the company who said they would discount us on the next order so when we called this week to put in an order we mentioned the discount and all they offerd was £1 😂after messing up 3 previous orders i was stunned obviously we refused as we were expecting abit more of a gesture considering how long we have been ordering from them and their response was dont order from us again we wont bring any food out to u anymore and that was that we are absolutely discusted with such bad customer service ! !

Another Halal certified outlet in Uxbridge. This one's a must for hungry travelers; a set can fit for 2 tummies! Chicken, lamb, fish...all reasonable from GBP5.99.

Use this service when staying at my partner's. They serve Decent kebabs ( chicken shish) salad always fresh. Price decent. Delivery always on time and food always hot.
