Just received delivery with Uber. Tried to contact store to advise of their error, no answer so no choice but to leave review.ordered make you own waffle with maple syrup, what arrived was a waffle with black treacle! It is inedible, disappointed thought getting a treat get a waffle with black sludge

This place is my go-to spot when I'm in the mood for something indulgently sweet and satisfying. The waffles are unbelievably soft and expertly cooked, and the decor exudes a cool and vibrant ambiance with its captivating colors. Additionally, the staff here are exceptionally warm and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Awesome desserts. Ordered a couple of waffles and a crepe followed by some smoothies. The waffle was delicious. Soft dough base yet a crispy top. Portion size was generous. Smoothie was as you’d expect.

Ordered a milkshake but it never arrived

THE SMELL IS SO BAD I HAD TO TAKE IT TO GO. It's like something fermented and died. Normally we sit in at a Kaspas but this one we couldn't endure the smell. Please get your employees to shower the stench is so bad.

This was not the first time we tried this shop but we had a very bad experience today. I visited this shop with 3 of my friends. The staff person ignored us the first 10-15 minutes when we were standing next to the till. At one point we told him that we would like to try some ice creams. However he kept talking to another customer for a long time, giving them handshakes, talking in a regional language. We really felt bad that the person was ignoring us because he had a customer who talks his language. Finally after he served them the order we again stood there for a while and he approached us. We asked that we wanted to buy ice cream and he gave us a few options to try. After giving 3 of them, he said he could not give any more. We chose 3 flavours and paid at the till. He forced us to use the spoons that he gave us to taste the samples at first. We felt terrible at how inappropriate and unprofessional a customer care person can be, that too in such a place. Later after payment I was waiting for a receipt when the same guy got involved talking to another staff. I asked for a receipt and he asked “oh you want a receipt?” I also asked him if I they have any offers on birthdays. He was not very sure but another staff approached and clarified. He made a crude joke that they would also sing the happy birthday song without making eye contact. I was waiting for the receipt and when I felt he was taking too long, I told him that it was okay and I would not need a receipt if he already skipped it on the screen. Then he said “print kar liya le” it was quite inappropriate to convey to a customer and he was rude. I will never visit this place which cannot hire a professional person who should face the clients and represent the business.

Nice place the staff is lovely. They greeted with a cheerful smile and led me to a clean table. Chairs were comfy too. Ordered and was served promptly. All in all no complaints. To the hijabi girl and the girl with pretty eyes thank u for making my visit pleasant.

It took a long time to get attended waiting infront of the till.. The staff was busy chatting and laughing with their friend from outside.. That was very bad.. No body was there to attend me for a long time.. There were not willing to ask what I want to order... Then when one of the staff came to attend, she was asking me to order fast. Absolutely disappointing..the food was not served well and was not upto the level.. Overall I was disappointed..

Not the best place really, food was standard but ok, but the toilets are awful, if I had been to The toilet before I got my food I would not have eaten it . You can tell by the sort of clientele what sort of people eat here , never again

A little ray of sunshine in an otherwise average town! Friendly & welcoming staff with nicely prepared and presented food! My 2nd visit to one of these places and both have been very pleasant!

Absolutely awful… milkshake was warm and tasteless. The cookie dough was stuck to the paper and you didn’t get a lot.

Came here on a Saturday night and staff were amazing, they were so kind and helped out so much.

Terrible place to eat, unclean, untidy, extremely poor customer service, unwelcoming. No real communication from the employees, I think they’d rather not be there as that was how they’re acting, toilets haven’t been cleaned for a long time (stains and dirty floors). Genuinely don’t know how they’re still open for business, I won’t ever be returning.

I am still dreaming about my meal.

your delivery man was very rude, he buzzed my flat, I said in the notes to come to the third floor as I have major back problems and I said I was on 3rd floor over my buzzer and he began arguing with me and was just absolutely appalling customer service!

Best desserts in all over, went there with my family my daughter had an allergy asked the tatto girl about the allergy sheet she explained us very well, service was really nice i would higly recommended

I recently dined at Kaspa’s Northampton and was thoroughly impressed by both the best dessert I ever had and the impeccable service. Desserts with beautiful presentation was very impressive! The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our desserts was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Kaspa’s Northampton enough for a fantastic dining experience. I had the pleasure of being served by Mili and I must say, her service was outstanding! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the desserts. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

Order was wrong and we rejected it. Driver was terrible. However Kaspa’s kindly resolved this by making all of the food again. Very happy with Kaspa’s and highly recommend them.

Today I have visited kaspas the shake was very delicious and up the to mark and even best ever experience then before may be just because of the boy who made this shake for me I don’t know his name but he looks like healthy and beard also . I visited many time a month but now this time I amazing experience I wish whenever I visit the kaspas next may the staff will be there because I enjoy their dealing style even funny guy who made shake for me .

Shake was very tasty and staff was very professional.

Staff was rude, music was extremely loud, it’s like a nightclub in there, there were families in there with kids. I couldn’t even have a conversation with the people I went with that’s how loud it was. Horrible experience. And took forever to make the dessert and it wasn’t even busy inside.

Really impolite staff, music way too loud, asked them to turn it down and and they turned it back up again- had to ask them to turn the music down twice and kept getting dirty looks- especially from the small lady making the wafffles- visited on 21/01/24 - after 8pm. Please tell your staff to be more friendly.

I paid 24 quid for a tiny crepe and a milkshake. The crepe was soggy and not happy with the milkshake as it tasted nothing like a brownie. Would not recommend and very pricy for a little dessert

I did not received this item I rejected on deliver as it was freezing cold and over 1 and half hours late. I contact you twice and no one got back to me. The second time I contacted you I cancelled the order as it was an hour late and I need to go to work so wouldn’t be here. I expect a full refund including delivery fee ASAP. I also have CCTV footages of the reject.

Excellent customer service. We recently been to this shop unfortunately my wife left behind her wrist watch, that watch means a lot for us. After few days time we realized and went asked one of the staff and his name is "Taslim Sai" he took my contact details once he found he called me for collection. This shows his honesty and service towards his customers. I really appreciate bro for your sincerity. Here I wanted to quote he proved "Honesty is the best policy".

Food was cold, and hard. It was delivered to me out of the bag and vertically when it is suppose to be horizontal to prevent spillage. This is not ok. When food is ordered i expect it to also be delivered properly

Ordered pistachio cake, got rose cake that tasted like eating flowers. Not our liking. Wish they'd put in the website they had run out. We would have not wasted £££'s on such a horrible tasting dessert. Waste of money. Sadly won't be ordering again. Thank you!

NEVER TRY THE OREO SCOOPS ‼️ They’ve added expired Oreo biscuits in their ice cream scoops which they hesitated to agree upon . Very bad behaviour from the staff out there .

Over an hour late. Fruit was frozen, ice cream was melted and no one wanted dessert anymore

My sister ordered off of Uber eats and kaspas, and or the driver got it completely wrong. Worst of it, myself with a peanut allergy; which no peanuts was on the order, had a waffle containing the peanut, I believe is Reeses Peanut Butter. Which, if I had ingested it without knowledge, would put me in a difficult situation. But, thankfully it reaked of the stuff that I could actually smell it before I even opened it. That could of harmed myself. And with the order being close to 10pm, and the NHS stretched, I would of doubt it would of been a great outcome. Not only that, but multiple orders was missing with a charge of £60, which, I publicly request a full refund for not only the trauma caused. But, with me trying to phone the shop 10 TIMES!! Of which started at 10:17 pm and i finally gave up at quater to 11.... Never eating there ever again. Contact me for a full refund, as I publicly denounce your company. You have my number.

Decided to go out for dessert 🍨 after dinner at home and decided to go here as we could sit in to eat. The selection is great, lots of treats to choose from although unfortunately they didn't have my partner's choice of apple crumble so had to console himself with a sundae 😉😂 I had a strawberry shortcake waffle 🧇 oh my it was so good 😋🤤 this place is worth a visit 👍🏽😊

Ordered a kaspas and ended up with a kfc somehow no idea how and what I wanted never came

I'm not impressed, to be honest. We went to Kaspa's on Monday, it wasn't very busy, but the first thing we saw were piece of cakes on display which looked like very tried and melted, banana on the display shelf were black and brown, it looked really bad! We ordered iced coffee, sundae and waffles. Coffee came first and it been thrown by the staff member on the table, the waitress looked upset and didn't say one word to us, just left the coffee, which is served to the table in plastic, like take away. Desserts were fine but nothing impressive. Definitely good for kids trip but not for bigger occasion.
