Thank you Carl, Sophia and Mira for the warm welcome, and looking after the group of 65 for lunch. Perfectly orchestrated, lovely food and awesome service.

All of you the waiters and the manager did great job. As we were a large group of 67 people, I was worried that I might not get my food in time. The waitress and the manager were all well prepared and the service and payment went very smooth (some issues with the app) but nothing big Keep up the great work Thank you, Houssam Weiss (Parent - Chobham Rugby club)

We were a massive group, all pre ordered and the team just nailed it in particular Mira, also brilliant selection of gluten and egg free options

Me and all my freinds are on a rugby tour great food and good atmosphere service was a bit confusing but other then that it was great

Came in with my husband and 2 little ones, our server Sophia was amazing. She took such great care of us, making sure we enjoyed our food and really helped when my husband couldn’t decide on what to eat. Would definitely come back especially if we can have her as our server again :).

We had a lovely server the other day named Sofia, she was very warm and welcoming whilst serving me and my friends. She made sure we were all well taken care of, making sure drinks were quickly at the table as well as food and other condiments. Would definitely go here again!

It was very quiet. Staff, however, the man in particular were quite useless. We got bad advice on the ordering process which resulted in some of our guests getting no food at all whilst the rest had their main course. Then they got their starters during which they were offered, but didn't get their main. Many didn't have adequate cutlery and it needed to be asked for. The man didn't seem to be able to talk in any coherent way and was a significant part of the problem. Though the table was booked for 10 people for 7.35 and sitting empty when we arrived at that time, it had not been prepared so we had to wait. No special offers could be used because of the terrible communication issues. The food itself was really good but didn't compensate for the terrible service. Toward the end of our meal the make was seen eating food by the bar. He may have been on a break but these are not fast food prices and it's incredibly unprofessional to do that. It would appear there was some confrontation between the male and a female staff member whereby she was told to pay over some money for not having worked enough. The biggest insult was that they imposed a £25 service charge. Through the confusion it was paid without realising it. Had it been noticed that would have been told to remove it. Remember, this was mid week, they had barely any customers

Went here for a lunchtime meal with family. The menu choice and table service was excellent. We all had 3 courses, with a drink for around £25 per head, so not too pricey. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing evening. Lourdes was the manager a one of our servers. The food was delicious and nothing was too much effort for them. It was my husbands 61st Birthday family night out. What a lovely place to eat… my son and I came to Bella to grab a quick bite to eat after bowling. I was initially worried as my son is a little fussy but was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The children’s menu had a good range to choose from and my son loved the garlic bread and macaroni cheese. The vegetarian pizza was delicious and the puddings are definitely something you leave room for. The manager however was very attentive, nothing was too much to ask and really made our experience of Bella an enjoyable one… we shall definitely be returning thank you Carl 😁

Awful. Cold food delivered 30 mins after left restaurant. Pizza topping all slid to one side. Stone cold. Previous experiences have been excellent. Very sad. May give one more chance but tonight was a disaster

my gluten free dinner is microwaved I was told this by the manager and thewaitress... my fiancé's spag ball was reheated was goin to have desert but was turned off it because of the microwave dinner

Disgusting everything the food and service. Salt in Peper we have to ask for it should be in the table we was 12 people food come separately and not tasty at all. Staff very miserable. They add automatically tips in our bill wich I think is rude and pushing i had to ask to be removed they didn't deserve a penny.Very disappointed never back again

Getting served took SO long, and when we finally received our food, it was the most mediocre meal i've ever eaten. Save yourself some money and just buy a ready meal or something at tesco, quicker cheaper and tastes better.

My lasagne was not even remotely close to proper lasagne. It tasted like they didn’t even attempt to put meat in it, it was basically soup. Additionally, there was no flavour whatsoever. Not happy at all. However, the fries were really nice but the portion was disappointing.

My carbonara was served cold, and when it was reheated, chicken was added even though I didn’t ask for it. To my surprise, I was charged extra for the chicken, which bear in mind I hadn’t requested.

Table of 2. We arrived at 8:00pm, order was taken at 8:20pm Starters arrived at 9:00pm and mains at 10:10pm 5 tables came in 10-20 minutes after us, placed a full 3 course order and managed to pay and leave after having said course before our mains even arrived. When I asked a member of staff about the food taking so long, I was told "we are busy, so everyone is asking. I'm not going to check. :shrug: When looking around the restaurant there was easily 50% of the tables with no one on them, so the idea that they can't handle it being at 50% capacity is concerning. Waiter then avoided our table like the plague. When food arrived it was good but felt as if we were forgotten and unwanted, plus rude response from the staff. Granted it was only that one waitress, the other staff were trying there best and weren't rude. Won't be going back. Enough said really.

I just don't get it. Maybe I'm spoilt because I've been to Italy and had the best authentic food on offer in the most beautiful cities, however this is so far removed from authentic. It wouldn't be bad if a generic English pub made me this food, but they claim to be Italian food. It's just not even close. American cheese instead of real cheese on dough balls, why?? No complex flavour in the lasagne, no depth on any ingredient. Mild cheese and tomato flavour with little meat. Very sad. The spaghetti taste like it's barely seen the other ingredients. No real flavour at all. Only bonus was the prawns are big and cooked well enough. Garlic bread is so, so. After only being once before several years ago I never craved coming back but wanted to give it another chance as I really love Italian food, but sadly it's not even close. I'm likely to never come back as it's just not good enough. The staff could also learn to smile and have some form of pride in their clothes other than jogging bottoms too. Finally mens toilets are gross. Is there any pride at all?

We were greeted as we walked into the venue by Mira, our waitress. Who promptly seated us at a booth seating. We had beaten the lunch time rush of OAP's, as the restaurant started to fill as our food order was being taken. Service was prompt, polite and food was 10/10. We used the £5 lunch offer and supplemented with additional items. We would definitely come again.

The calzone I ordered was not delivered. I called the restaurant and the guy that answered needs to work on his customer service... after repeating my issue a couple of times he said "I'll put you through to someone that can help" . Then no one answered the phone and it went to a voicemail. Horrendous service, refund request for the calzone put in.

Even with the 40% discount the portions were very small for the price paid:( Sadly the quality wasn't great either as some of the dough balls were hard over cooked and tiny I will not be ordering from here again

We stopped off here for dinner while on a long journey home.... and I couldn't rate this place enough. The staff were all so friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Everywhere was very clean and festive for the time of year.

very tasty food, a massive variety of different types of pasta's just like in Italy! The atmosphere was nice but not perfect, the tables and some walls were a bit scratched. A little bit pricey but definitely worth it! The service was brilliant! We got our food very quickly and received the bill extremely fast as well! The waiting time for the food was about 10-15 minutes and for the bill 2-4 minutes. Definitely will be coming back!

We really had a first class meal at Bella Italia Northampton, the food and drinks were great, but the best part was our host Mira who was simply great. Mira from the time we got there until we left worked so hard to make sure our evening was spot on. As soon as our plates were empty Mira was there clearing it away and then delivered our next course piping hot. Mira is a real credit to Bella Italia and I totally recommend her, Mira is so conscientious and hard working but also really bubbly. Bella Italia look after this very valuable asset to your business.

Today, we ordered pizza and pasta dine in. Unfortunately, the pasta contained a strand of hair, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the staff member serving us did not offer an apology. The Margherita pizza was also disappointing, lacking the quality we expected.

Felt that no one cared at all. Fairly empty with little atmosphere. Lighted too bright. No music playing to generate an atmosphere. Staff were less than attentive. Had to wait 20 minutes to pay as no one approached me. Food portions were small and £4.85 for a tiny portion of fries!! What on earth. Will NEVER return.

Not from the area but my wife, son and I had been to watch the FA cup match at Northamptons ground. After the match we googled local places to eat of which there was many. We decided to go to Bella Italia and based on our experience we couldn’t have chosen a better place! The starters and mains were delicious and promptly served which was good as we were starving. My son had a dessert, the chocolate brownie which he has stated was one of the best he’s had… and he’s had many. We were served by Grace, who was extremely polite and helpful. The management was v.accommodating and if ever in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to eat there again.

Went for a meal mid week for the first time, service was excellent and staff were very helpful. Food was really good and very light. Little hiccup but the manager sorted it straight away. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again
