Tasted lovely but crepe was cold

The chimney cake has ingredients that are not listed , such as cinnamon .. it was also cold. I couldn’t eat it because I wasn’t aware it was covered in cinnamon. Maybe try to state this on the menu

Over 3 hours with no updates, only for a driver to turn up at my door at quarter to 12 and attempt to deliver stone cold food that was ordered more than 3 and a half hours ago, waking up my small baby and dog. Ridiculous to even try to attempt delivery that long after an order. Obviously everything was stone cold where it had been forgotten about for hours, pathetic to even attempt delivery at that point. Disgusting

Received wrong order. Gave it back to the driver who said he would return it the shop and bring the correct order. Driver never returned!

Waffle was not cooked so went in bin. Very disappointed. Just Eat refused refund.

food sent incredibly late ruining plans for the rest of the evening. When calling the restaurant, the staff were also very rude and offered no apology. Regarding the food, the portion size for the cookie dough was very small compared to many other places. not impressed and will not order again from here.

Ordered a white chocolate crepe with crushed digestives I only wish I could upload photos it arrived squashed and plain 99% with a few tiny white choc pieces and crumbles. Ordered custard on side and it arrived already splattered up the box lid!!!

Terrible customer service!! Rang the story for there error and now just telling me to request a refund and re order I’ll be out of more money, paying for extra delivery when it’s Kaspas fault in the first place! Absolutely useless. Offered an extra scoop of ice cream, which I wouldn’t order!! Kaspas sort yourself out. Not even trying to fix there clear error.

the wrong waffle has been delivered. I ordered white cho it has come with bananas and strawberries on. I am allergic to bananans

Driver delivered to neighbours kids on the street and when he realised he delivered to the wrong house he tried to deliver half eaten food - driver took food away

First the delivery was late and then the waffle was gone off which had black bits in and was all watery and runny which went straight in the bin what a waste of money never again

Items missing, poor quality food. Wouldn’t order again. Ate on kaspas many of times and had a much better experience. Cookie dough was half the size. Milkshake was missing cream

Lovely place (I wish this was around when I was a teenager!!) and a HUGE selection of desserts. You could easily have something different every time! Great for everyone. Large booths too which are nice

1st time here to treat my granddaughter, a bit expensive, but the food was nice, staff friendly and nice clean decor and seating. Will go again for a treat, it won't be a regular thing due to cost.

Unfortunately, all the milkshakes and ice cream were completely melted. It seemed we weren't the only delivery and you really can't have multiple deliveries when ice cream is invilved.

Lovely desserts and a huge selection. Expensive for a pudding but made it a bit more of a special treat (probably a good thing that we won't be doing it often!!)

Waited an hour just for a WAFFLE to be prepared and then driver took another 30 minutes to get to me and I don’t even live that far away. Cold food wouldn’t order again

Order picked up and was shown outside the restraunt, then shown delievered 5 minutes later. Not recieved Order. Phoned up restraunt to confirm a driver has picked up the order and should of been with us now. Seems to be a consistant issue with food not being delievered. Not happy.

I never received it !!! The delivery driver sent it to the wrong address and I wasn’t told - only to be notified that it was delivered - I never received it and want my money back.

My food was stone cold when it arrived, my delivery time was changed multiple times. My milkshake didn’t taste how it normally does. Usually have a good experience but this time it was poor

Good deserts as usual but found ourselves a bit unhappy over the fact of the lack of gloves used to handle the ingredients for one of our orders.

This did not even get delivered to us!! Very disappointing since the driver actually passed my house and decided to just drive away instead of actually looking for the house. He could’ve even called to confirm the house number if that was an issue. After a long day of fasting we did look forward to some dessert. For it not to even arrive was very disheartening:(

The delivery driver was lovely. The desserts...horrible. it was obvious they tried to skimp. It was half filled with whipped cream and almost no ice cream.

the courier took my order our of his bag as I was stood on my doorstep. My order was in his bag on its side. not flat. its a waffle with toppings!? Open the box and low and behold,all the topping it at the front and all over the opening section of the box. Absolute mess. I would have rates more on quality, but the divery caused the "Quality" to drop tremendously. Disappointed.

They did not read the gigantic note asking to remove saice I dislike, and do lot have a create your own opyion

Ordered at 21:03 and said arrive 21:25 til 21:30 but arrived at 22:05 after an hour. Not happy at all I rang kaspas and they said driver left at 21:20.

We ordered our food at 19:05 this evening and it turns up at 20:10 stone cold. The waffle was freezing and chewy, the ice cream was melted and the milkshake was watery. This is not acceptable considering it is a Sunday, and we paid nearly 30 pound for it. Such a shame as we enjoy coming to kaspas but now we are second guessing whether they put the effort with every order. I hope this can be rectified soon

I didn’t get the order delivered but it was showing delivered in the app and when I contacted kaspas I was asked to contact just eat and when I used google to find a contact number it charges me £6 for the call for an order of £10 .i didn’t get what I ordered and lost £6 trying contacting customer care .really frustrating as I have no food when I wanted and I have to wait long for the refund and kaspas didn’t even wanted to help to sort this out.

I realised that the waffles were missing and ran straight out to the driver who didn’t want to stop her car, and I said that I was missing the waffles and she said I will have to contact the restaurant. I have contacted the restaurant and they said that the waffles were given to the driver and I have to contact just eat to get a refund. The waffles come to just over £26.00. This was a family treat and now I can’t get the waffles unless I pay again. The service received is disgusting, I want a re

Quality has really gone down. very underwhelming and cold (waffle). not even a whole banana on top, with the cost and banana being the only thing on tip I'd expect more. Really poor.

Awful food. My crepe was hard and cold by the time it arrived. The ice cream tasted cheap and nasty and could tell it had been pre froze before and it wasn’t fresh. After a few bites it went in the bin. Will never order from Kaspas again

when we had the order arrive the cups had been split. Out of the 4 I had ordered we may as well have had 2. I usually like kaspas I probably will order again but they need to be more careful.

Absolutely amazing just what the kids fancied. Waffle and crepe on point, milkshake and sundae nice and cool.

ent it’s the completely wrong items, rang the restaurant and they said they can’t send us the right over but to request a refund instead. Couldn’t even eat the desserts because they were completely different to what we ordered and didn’t like any of it. Spend nearly £30 and to not be able to eat anything and to be told by the restaurant that they won’t send us replacements out as the driver got the 2 orders mixed up and it was his fault not the restaurants.
