the estimated arrival time kept changing but once it finalised, the delivery driver delivered the food on time

Hair in the ice cream staff member didn’t even speak wont be coming again

Had strawberry n peach bubble tea ,iced chocolate frappe and giant American banoffee waffle ,was cash only so good job I had some on me ,waited awhile n took our food away was very quiet there we went at 7pm,my waffle was cold n had ice cream when I asked for whipped cream,tho I opened it straight away it was cold ,and the frappe was awful! Tasted exactly like cold cofffee !!!! No cream no ice no sweetness atal,then the bubble slushy tasted watery and wasn’t very nice ,the photos speak for themselves,a waste of £20 n a ride to town ,cwmbran was sooo nice ,I think it was the staff tbh ,the guy that served me didn’t speak much n I don’t think he new wat on earth was going on never mind what he was doing .

I did not receive my order!. Refund!

‘Late’ delivery as 50% of the item was missing and both sides blamed each other, but service and delivery fee were conveniently processed for me to do the work to retrieve. The delivery driver actually said ‘not my problem’

All the knifes and forks dirty and the toilet dirty. Never again

desserts were cold when should be warm ice cream was all melted like pouring cream. all waffles looks battered and shaken awful mess

Delivery driver was rude, called me when he got to my property and while I was asking him to come in my garden, as I was upstairs putting my baby to bed, I asked him to come through the gate, he hung up on me and then my 14 year old son had to go outside and get the order because the driver was still to lazy to come through my gate to deliver my order. Bad delivery service!!

Pistachio Crêpes had barely any filling inside and looked like leftovers, it was also very dry, not worth the price

Cake frozen. Custard served cold. Told to heat in microwave. But it needed to be defrosted.

I decided to try the new Pistachio Kunafa Crepe and regretted it as soon as I took the first bite. The crepe was so thick and there was barely any pistachio sauce. It’s being sold for about £10, but it’s not even worth £2. Reminder to stick to the classics next time!

Kept changing time tipped whilst in the bag wasn’t protected properly

Delivery driver was rude on the phone shouting to someone and there was missing items

food was cold, sharing platter was very small, small enough for a 7 year old to eat the full portion, this resulted in not enough food for all children, I feel the quality and cost of the order was very dissapointing, this was a treat for my children as its the last weekend with them before Christmas, very dissapointed at that expense.

I ordered it to the wrong address on accident and he refused to bring it to me even thoe I paid and he proceeded to still give them my food

My order was accepted and made, no driver available, I ring up asking and they explain they have no driver so my dessert was sat there freezing cold, It wasn’t even delivered, had to pick it up myself. Shambles

This restaurant might as well set up in the moon. Good food but no atmosphere. It is quieter than a mime taking a dump in the toilet. I will admit it is good service and a cracking cookie.

I spent around 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for my food to show up freezing cold…..

After 45 minutes they didn't know they had an order from me. When they finally located order it had been sat for so long it was mildly warm. Chap was a bit confused as to where he even was behind the counter.

The 2 cookie doughs were underdone. It’s just one watery ball of sploge in the container. Half of the chocolate was leaking out on BOTH cookie doughs. Tried to get a refund but impossible. Video evidence and photo evidence too! Very disappointing

Was very very cold, like ice. Strawberry was mushy and wasted like rubber. Do not recommend. Waste of money

I think staff is dealing with sugar but they don't have any sugar in them very rude and dry. But overall food is good

Delivery was scheduled to be for 20:05 and the time kept changing. I tried contacting the restaurant, no answer to the calls, I tried cancelling the order and not possible and in the end was delivered at 21:12

The chimney cake has ingredients that are not listed , such as cinnamon .. it was also cold. I couldn’t eat it because I wasn’t aware it was covered in cinnamon. Maybe try to state this on the menu

Over 3 hours with no updates, only for a driver to turn up at my door at quarter to 12 and attempt to deliver stone cold food that was ordered more than 3 and a half hours ago, waking up my small baby and dog. Ridiculous to even try to attempt delivery that long after an order. Obviously everything was stone cold where it had been forgotten about for hours, pathetic to even attempt delivery at that point. Disgusting

food sent incredibly late ruining plans for the rest of the evening. When calling the restaurant, the staff were also very rude and offered no apology. Regarding the food, the portion size for the cookie dough was very small compared to many other places. not impressed and will not order again from here.

Ordered a white chocolate crepe with crushed digestives I only wish I could upload photos it arrived squashed and plain 99% with a few tiny white choc pieces and crumbles. Ordered custard on side and it arrived already splattered up the box lid!!!

Terrible customer service!! Rang the story for there error and now just telling me to request a refund and re order I’ll be out of more money, paying for extra delivery when it’s Kaspas fault in the first place! Absolutely useless. Offered an extra scoop of ice cream, which I wouldn’t order!! Kaspas sort yourself out. Not even trying to fix there clear error.

Driver delivered to neighbours kids on the street and when he realised he delivered to the wrong house he tried to deliver half eaten food - driver took food away

Lovely place (I wish this was around when I was a teenager!!) and a HUGE selection of desserts. You could easily have something different every time! Great for everyone. Large booths too which are nice

1st time here to treat my granddaughter, a bit expensive, but the food was nice, staff friendly and nice clean decor and seating. Will go again for a treat, it won't be a regular thing due to cost.

Unfortunately, all the milkshakes and ice cream were completely melted. It seemed we weren't the only delivery and you really can't have multiple deliveries when ice cream is invilved.

Lovely desserts and a huge selection. Expensive for a pudding but made it a bit more of a special treat (probably a good thing that we won't be doing it often!!)

Order picked up and was shown outside the restraunt, then shown delievered 5 minutes later. Not recieved Order. Phoned up restraunt to confirm a driver has picked up the order and should of been with us now. Seems to be a consistant issue with food not being delievered. Not happy.

Good deserts as usual but found ourselves a bit unhappy over the fact of the lack of gloves used to handle the ingredients for one of our orders.

This did not even get delivered to us!! Very disappointing since the driver actually passed my house and decided to just drive away instead of actually looking for the house. He could’ve even called to confirm the house number if that was an issue. After a long day of fasting we did look forward to some dessert. For it not to even arrive was very disheartening:(
