First thing I love is ambiance and Atmosphere. They have lots of food options for breakfast lunch and dinner 🍴 🍽. Quite of food is great 👍. Love and friendly staff. Perfect place for parties 🥳 and celebration 🍾. It is suitable for 15 to 20 people of gathering. Perfect time is weekend because weekend it's so busy.

Had a great time with family , good service and staff were so friendly. Highly recommend this place for delicious desserts , waffles and ice creams were all presented beautifully and tasted amazing.

Delivery was bad. The crepes' sauce was leaking out of the box. Expensive crepes - over £11, and they were as hard as the rocks! Not worth ordering desserts from this stall. Refund is really needed.

Food is great but service is poor,

The service has gone backward after the new management, there is 1 person to serve all afternoon, just 1 person, making things, billing, cleaning, running to invite people yo sit down, and addressing any random queries. It took about 30 mins to deliver 2 waffle and 1 ice cream. Completely a management issue, nothing to fault on the one person working/running/billing, esp during school holidays when the demand is naturally higher... Not sure if the management took over to make it better, been twice after the change and had issues both the time. One of many frustrated customers looking at this one person because everyone is server 30 to 40 mins after billing.

We have ordered Crepe, Waffle and strawberry cheesecake icecream. All the items are very delicious. The ambience and service is very good. I would definitely recommend it.

The cleanliness of the place has dropped to a level that shows this place will not be open for much longer menus are sticky not just one but all. Come on how hard is it to clean the place probably hard when you employ people who are not interested in working

Absolutely shocking. Service was terrible. We had to go hunt down our own cutlery. Staff ignored when we asked for spoons. Tables are dirty as heck. Clearly don't clean the side of tables. Every table we looked at was the same. Thankfully I took pictures. Definitely won't be back

The ice cream tasted old and stale like it was made with off milk, I was very disappointed with my order and I won't be ordering or going to kaspas again, paid to much money for a horrible product

Great place love it everytime we go, loved my dessert, went with family enjoyed it very much, the service was alittle slow got one of the orders wrong then couldn't understand what we wanted.

Watch the fruit that they give you on your crepe or waffle. Got a waffle the strawberries on it were mushy and leaking juice, they must have been left out for at least 3 hours for that to happen

Lucky to even get a star first time never received my order 2nd time half the order missing and not replaced they take absolutely no responsibility for unhappy customers no replacement even offered

Não é barato, mas vale muito a pena o investimento (considerando que aqui não se tem muitas opções de docerias e que o tamanho é bom). Dica extra: depois de escolher o seu pedido, não fique na mesa esperando por um garçom, pois ele não virá! Você deve ir até o caixa, fazer o pedido, pagar e então aguardar na mesa.

They got my drink wrong,brought the food to the wrong table and overall just not very enjoyable in my opinion

£80 delivery order and they didnt bother to put straws in the bag, second time this happened, losing trust in their consistency. Edit : after a year of having the same issue, im finding myself in the same problem once again, this is now becoming a repetitive nightmare, how is a sugar addict meant to drink a milkshake without a straw, I keep telling myself not to order from here on the base of this consistent scenario, why cant you guys get this right? Does the franchisors not have processes in place to follow to minimise order inaccuracies? A strawless milkshake, please tell me im the only one frustrated with these guys never inserting straws in the bag?

I have been to Kaspa’s Edinburgh with my family recently. We have ordered Sticky toffee pudding, waffle topped with Oreo, and coffee. Everything tasted heavenly. My kids thoroughly enjoyed every bite of it. It was worth the money spent, as we all enjoyed what we ordered. Quantity is great, too. I would happily recommend visiting this place and enjoy a variety of desserts with friends and family. It has plenty of sitting areas, and larger groups can happily visit. They even have more than enough space to celebrate kids' parties as well. I was told that they will introduce kids birthday packages soon.

If you have a sweet tooth, and love ice creams, milkshakes, waffles and crepes, I suggest you to choose a nice and somehow quiet time and enjoy the lovely sweet desserts that they make with lots of love😍 Just bear in mind that if they're busy, their service might be affected and the little tiny and also lovely detail may be missed😁😎

Been to Kaspa’s Edinburgh recently. Tasted some Waffles, Sundaes and Caramel cake with Ice cream. I feel every penny is worth spending for the quantity and taste. I would suggest a visit with family and kids as there is a plenty of seating and delicious menu 🍧.

Very unorganised staff.. staff looks untidy with stains all over their uniform with no apron. Order was served wrong and cold. Strongly need a good management.

I've eaten sticky toffee pudding in almost every restaurant in Edinburgh where it's on the menu. Loved the Kaspa's one as much as I did with one other restaurant which is a 5 star hotel as well in Edinburgh. Enjoyed the pudding, place and the service

Cakes were just mush and this is the custard we got with our apple crumble Mouldy as anything I mean are you serious Have tired ringing gorgies kaspas desserts 3 times and no one is answering shocking Clearly a health and safety audit is needed. Avoid at all costs Have tired calling 5 times now in the space of one hour no answer.

Terrible service from the start, ordered desserts and drinks for 3 people and we had to ask 3 times for the drinks, then after 25 minutes the sundaes came but no cookie dough. I went up to ask where the cookie dough was as the sundaes were half eaten, too be told it’s another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later it arrived so I had to sit and eat it while the others watched as they had finished their sundaes. When asked why they couldn’t bring everything together they said they just made what was on the screen. Common sense would say serve the table as one, especially when it’s all been ordered and paid for together. Brownie in the Sundae was dry and the cookie dough had the smallest scoop of ice cream on it with a sprinkle of Reese’s pieces. Overpriced and uninterested staff. Won’t be back.

Patahatic people are working inside, highly unprofessional and not even washed their hands, they keep you waited until you didn't asked them even hygiene zero, sense of talking zero, food preparation skills zero. Dont weast your time and money

Went to Kaspa on a weekday, it was really quiet, we had the biggest waffle we have ever seen in Edinburgh. Very delicious and tasted amazing. You should try it 🤗

This was my favourite ice cream parlour - up until last week. The place was empty and we still received sub standard service and a sub standard portion! The ice cream scoop must have been broken because 2 of my scoops weren't even a half size! Service was so slow. Very disappointing

Really disappointed. Had heard great reviews about this place. Myself and three friends came here for some desserts we were seated at a fairly cramped table so we moved to one of the booths as we had seen other customers seated at one. When we went to order we had said we moved and the staff member was extremely rude and sarcastic, he had said it was cleaning day and we were to go back to our original seats although the table we were at seemed to be clean and during our visit no tables were being cleaned at all. When ordering the same staff member was particularly rude and unhelpful he had made a few sarcastic comments towards my friends. My friend had ordered a milkshake it was extremely disappointing was brought over and dripping all over floor and table. The cutlery was dirty but we cleaned it ourselves as we did not want to go back up to the counter. The desserts the girl had made were however lovely we were just really disappointed with the customer service from the staff member/ possible manager. When enquiring about items/deals on the menu he spoke to my friends and I very disrespectfully as though we were stupid.

Best Waffles ever! American style diner decor and theme. Really great desserts. Items are roughly £8 however very large and filling. Totally worth the trip.

Made a simple order for collection and even though it said 20 minutes. Came in 30 minutes later to collect and they had no knowledge of it. If you are going to do online ordering you need to have a system in place to tell you the order. All there terminals were working fine. This is complete incompetence on behalf of management. You need to respect other people's time. Sort your order processing system out.

the design of the shop is nice and has alot of potential but the place is not very welcoming and you die from the cold ❄ the service leaves something to be desired, the cutlery was not clean either and the bar/ice cream area was disgusting too.

Total joke. Staff have no clue how to do their jobs. Asked for a Blue Bubblegum Bubble Slush and got a Berry Lemonade one. My friend got a Reese’s cookie dough which was bloody tiny! The staff member who served us did not understand a word we were saying. If they work here, then make sure they know how to understand the Scottish accent. Have the management got any common sense? Never again.

Dear Sirs, I visited Kaspas Edinburgh branch with my family today. i was quite appauled by the racist attitude of one of the employees named Alan. We arived at the shop at 10.20pm. We placed our order by 10.23pm. The ice cream counter was covered up when we arrived. We were advised that hot drinks could not be served after 10.00pm. Alan shouted at us from the counter at 10.30pm that we had to leave at 11pm as the shop closes at 11pm and no one is allowed to be in after 11pm. This was both embarrasing and I felt racist at the manner in which he targeted our table. He also shouted at our table when one of the toddlers stood up advising that he was required to remain seated on the bench. I confronted this person after we had finished our desserts and asked why he felt the need to shout from accross the counter in this rude manner. A confrontation ensued. I am not denying that I called him a few things which are uncalled for. This entire episode was instigated by this person. I am shocked that racist and rude people like him are permitted to serve the public without their atitude being checked. I have also noticed that I am not the first person to complain about this racist person. I have been visiting this place with my family since this place opened. However, I will not be back, at least until he remains employed. I am very disheartened at my visit to this place. Ali

Worst customer service!!! I have been going to Kaspas for over a year now. Will never go again. The very racist member of staff “Allan” refused to serve me at 10.40PM even though they close at 11PM. He was also shouting at a little toddler across the whole shop telling him to sit down. STAY AWAY !!!

was subject to racist behaviour by Allan on Saturday night when he shouted at my nephew and refused to serve certain items despite it being 10 15. We were forced to hurry up by Allan despite it being 10 30 and we were nearly finished. He was offensive, abusive and his behaviour was unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in today and no one even looked at me, one of the employees behind the counter was too busy with his phone to bother, other I guess was on the break sitting on the couch. After a while I took a sit by myself, and when my friends arrived I heard really rude comment toward me that I was not allowed to do so. During our stay I heard that few more times in very rude tone, that it was inappropriate and I should wait at the door! Maybe next time (if will ever happen again) you will greet me at the door as you should instead of watching videos on your phone and won't complain! I apologize like 3 times, also during my order I asked about tea which are not in the menu and what toppings I can choose for crepes and the rude employee just throw menu in my direction and point the section with his finger. I guess it's too much to use words and talk to help with respect to someone who is your customer and is paying for the service! Highly not recommended, no wonder we were the only customers at that time!

If I could give these guys no stars, I would. Just ordered two desserts from them: a sundae and a cookie dough with ice cream. It takes 40 minutes and we only get the cookie. No ice cream as side or the sundae and no apology. On a separate occasion we walked there and were completely ignored by the staff despite standing at the counter for 10 minutes with only two other customers in. How they remain open is beyond me

That wasn't a pleasant experience at all due to the racist behavior of Mr. Allan and the staff was not pleasant or friendly at all and didn't let me choose where I want to sit even on request.

I ordered from just eat, my driver had completely ruined my order or the restaurant, my food was melted, strawberries were mushy, the box itself was completely soaking. The driver definitely knew my order was destroyed and she held the box as if she knew the box was soaked. Tired to phone the restaurant no answer. In the middle of trying to get a refund. I had to bin my food as I couldn’t eat it.

The so called manager at this place has a horrible attitude. Still continued to order thinking the food might be good. Sincerely letting anyone reading this review know that it is not worth your time or the hype. Neither can they cook a crepe properly or serve a waffle that is better than the one we make at home. Weird place with really weird service standards. Would not even consider recommending this place to an enemy.

I visited kaspas in gorgie road today and i am not happy with the service. It wasn’t hygienic, we had to clean the cutleries with wipes before eating and tables were dirty too. The waffles were served cold!! We did not enjoy at all and left very disappointed.

Desserts were great, my little girl left her comfort blanket earlier on today, I have tried to phone about 15 times to check if it had been handed in or collected while cleaning but no answer
