Kaspa’s Didcot in South Oxfordshire

Got 2 Bueno waffles to take home to find out out that the little pot of ice-cream tastes out of date and smells like mouldy milk, rancid

The point is we never rec'd our order. I paid for my order and the area that shows transport disappeared and then showed delivered. I was looking forward to my order. Then there is no one on the phone to speak with except a recording.

Absolutely awful waiting for my food it’s a desert how hard could it be

My food was given a range which went up in 5minute increments half an hour after my order. It could not have taken that long! It’s 4 biscuits with cream shocking.

I paid for extra gelato but didn’t get it

Fancied a treet my milkshake was lush. One of the staff member's smelt really bad to be honest wasent verry nice. Asked for a high chair was given one absolutely disgusting and dirty it was didn't end up useing it

Food is fine but the service is atrocious! Clearly they need some training. My wife asked for the gluten free cheesecake (labeled as such and wrapped on display - good). Informed by clearly inexperienced staff that it did in fact have gluten in it. Ok fine - maybe you should remove the labelling then said my wife. Still there when we left. Avoid dining in!

I didn't receive my order but it shows it's been delivered

Brilliant as always I usually give you guys 5 star reviews because we get a great service and great food/drinks, HOWEVER this time will be a 3 star for the delivery, it came via pushbike… the whole bag was ripped, milkshake and bubble slush had spilt and clearly made the bag weak (no fault from you guys) it was clearly the delivery riders fault, I mean you’d be abit cautious carrying drinks! I had to go through just eat to get a full refund as we didn’t want to chance eating any of it

Terrible customer service, so many dirty tables with staff just standing around, had to ask for our table to be cleaned and there was still a chocolate stain on the chair that could have easily gotten on my hair. The cookie dough was disgusting and soggy. Never again.

Our food said it has delivered but it has not come .

Ordered 2 cheese cakes and they were like eating car tires. Very chewy.

My waffle is cold and does not include the toppings inasked for. Its messy and inedible

3 Hours late!! No straws and by this point kids were in bed after staying up in the hope to enjoy their puddings! so waste of time and money! will not be ordering again

The restaurant didn't have the order, told me about it 2 hours later, and when I tried to cancel the order Uber tried to charge me £16 for it. Very bad communication skills and a big let down.

Great place for a sugary delight after a good meal out. Have a great selection of ice creams and pancakes even waffles!

waffle was lovely and still warm when it arrived. needed more gelato though. only get one very tiny scoop and £3.59 if you want an additional tiny scoop.

When you get inside you will have to wait to get seated, which usually doesn’t take long..maybe around 2-5 minutes if not very busy. you would get the menu and after you pick you have to get up and go to the counter to order which i think is quite good as you dont have to wait for a person to come round to take your order. after you order it usually takes a while for the order to be made and delivered to your table. The food is actually really good except you would get full up extremely quickly, but for the price is good. The only thing that i found not that good was that the plates and cutlery didn’t look washed too well it had stains and scratches and various other stuff on them. And the toilets were Extremely dirty. there was no toilet paper and it stank and there was such a mess on the floor it looked like it haven’t been cleaned in months

Desserts were lovely, however, had to scrape from box as the toppings had slid off in transit.

Was absolutely disgusted and disappointed on how me and my partner were treated and served our food had barley any toppings on there and when we asked for more we where told we can’t or we had to pay bare in mind it was like scraping sauce from the empty pot our drink wasn’t severe till we had our food and was practically ready go 10/10 would never go there again

The delivery was late and delivered by bicycle so the waffles were completely cold. One had plenty of topping and after being warmed, was lovely, the second had hardly any topping so it was like a dry waffle. Not even close to worth the £27 paid

Food is cold and not presented nicely

First time in a Kaspers and was really hoping for better! Tables left dirty and uncleared for the entire time we were there, people were sitting in the booths with food from other restaurants using the place to hang out in and no one seemed bothered, inside temperature was so hot I had to go outside and cool off a couple of times in February! Out of the 2 toilets the disabled and baby change had the light fitting hanging from the ceiling so no light at all and on top of that we had a 35 minute wait for a very basic order! If my son hadn’t have been so excited to try it and it being a special day for him I would have written it off and gone over the road to McDonald’s for a McFlurry! They really need to get their act together!

Food was cold, upside down so all of it was mashed all over the box, and it was incredibly late. Took over an hour to arrive for two items.

I have the wrong order and they won’t answer when I call them, they need to answer the phone and sort it out or I’m suing them

Everything was correct as ordered, however for a simple waffle and cookie dough (which only needed heating up) both arrived stone cold and stodgy. The milkshake was fine, just not entirely sure how they could have made our order with such poor quality.

The order was 1 hr 15 minutes late, and the waffles ordered were completely cold. On top of that, there was hardly any topping on one of them with some of the waffle completely bare. It wasn't great the previous order, but I thought I'd try again. I won't be ordering again, sadly.

Fudge cake was not worth the price

Turned up and was frozen and I was told to put it in the microwave The waffle topping was on the lid of the box as I’m guessing it was upside down. What a joke

Popped in after dinner for a desert. Was reasonably quiet when we went, so we were served quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is bright and spacious and was clean and tidy

Wrong items, didn’t even receive the right ones

This place is a mess. Went in today to get two milkshakes for myself and a friend. Had to explain to the server four times that I did not want whipped cream on either. Then he rings me up at the register, and asks if I want whipped cream on them. Wow. He then serves four other people before me. Has to use the blender seven different times for one shake. Twenty minutes later, they were ready. Neither was very good. One star.

Typically americanised 🇺🇸 diner for sweet lovers and the shuga rush brigade... Vast menu to choose from.... ♥ Worth the visit.. Especially if you have ankle biters.. ♥

Delivery took over an hour to arrive and the time kept being pushed back, also once arrived the milkshake was melted and waffle was cold. Disappointed

we were supposed to recieve 4 items and only recieved 3. So either the driver has taken it or did something to it. Everything came melted and cold. The service is getting worse by the day

Poor customer service( the lady was yawning when I placed my order). I wasn't impressed with the deserts ( ate better in other places). But hey, been there , done that. Won't come back again

At least half of the time a delivery will be delayed again and again. Sometimes they forget items. The other 50 it's really great.

If you want a great dessert and ice cream parlor to visit, do not miss Kaspa's. They have a massive dessert menu that consists of crepes, cake, pie, and specialty ice cream desserts. I had a chocolate Sundae that was fantastic.

One star bronco lower opinion, waffle over cooked staff are shocking very bad attitude, iced coffee was disgusting the gave was dirty and under the table must have been last nights food , the toilets are rank . If you want a nice iced coffee or ice cream go up the road to Boswell cafe . One scoop of ice cream in kaspers is more like half or less .

Big and spacious, nice and cool on a sunny day will definitely go back.

Ok food but portions smaller than eating in shop. Delivery was poor was over 45 mins late, could not contact restaurant as would not answer phone.

Tasy desserts, but the service can be a bit ropey, even when the place b is less than half full. Worth a visit.

Stopped by for pre-cinema desserts. Excellent choice. Tables a bit sticky as they had not been cleaned down with decent product. Long-ish wait too, even though there were only 3 tables occupied. However, when the desserts came they were amazing. Toilets were not as clean as I would have liked.

Service got only 3 stars due to the length of time you have wait for your dish

Although it was late. Delivery driver was nice. Gave me a free desert as an apology which was appreciated. But over an hour late.

If you are dairy intolerant or vegan, then don't come here. All you can have is a slush puppy or one sorbet based dessert. I think they need to cater better for people with allergies.

I came here with my mum and little brother on pancake day! Food was lovely and well presented. Staff were clearly busy as a good amount of customers were in with just the 2 working but lovely and welcoming despite this. They both had the warm chocolate brownie sundae and I had the speculoos(Biscoff) crepe. Accommodating for all ages

The first 10 tables are dirty and not been cleared since last customer and have been like that for the 30 minutes we had to wait for our food. Over priced and very poorly organised.

Squashed into a takeaway pot Cold Took almost 2hours from order to come.

Waited over two and a half hours for delivery , we wasn’t given the option to cancel and as it was a large order we had to just hope it was delivered , the desserts were lovely but it wasn’t a great experience for us .
