Great food, quick service, great price. 100% going back.

Way too much salt in the food, the salt granules were even visible on parts of the food. Couldn’t finish the meal as started to feel nauseous from the amount of sodium.

30 minutes late, we ordered and were charged for two portions of Kung pao chicken and rice. Only one portion of rice was sent and the chicken was overcooked. A shame really.

I just had an amazing takeaway from Chois ! The flavors were absolutely spot-on — every dish was so tasty and packed with authentic flavors. The portions were generous, and it really hit the spot. Definitely one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality food!

40 minutes late by the time it was delivered gave us some free items and £3 refund .

Order arrived 2 hours after it was placed. Also we ordered chips and they forgot them.

I haven't received my order and I ordered over two hours ago!!!! I have two kids to feed and they've been sat waiting for two hours and youve now said it's been delivered. highly disappointed with this service for a nearly 65 pound order. Won't be using you again

Another fantastic meal as usual from Choi’s. Delivery was later than app stated so rang up once the time had passed & they said it was about to leave. It did then arrive when they said it would. Worth the wait as excellent food which was fresh & piping hot.

Tried some of the other local restaurants recently but Chois can’t be beaten! Ready to pick up in about 10 mins tonight and food is just so fiavourful and delicious! Great portion sizes too :)

The 1 problem there was an item missing and this has happened more than 2/3 times now which obviously lets it down. Hopefully next time all items will be accounted for as the food is spot on..

Food is always good if a delivery hot and on time .. BUT.. 4/5 times always an item missing which is a shame.. need to work on checks that’s all…

Amazing food and fast delivery 10/10

Rang the restaurant after the estimated delivery time to be told it was just leaving. Waited another 20 minutes after the call (restaurant is a 7 minute drive away). All food is cold, chips are not edible. No apology from driver

Haven’t had Choi’s for a very long time. Was expecting delivery to be longer than expected being as it’s New Year’s Eve but delivery was 10 minutes earlier than expected and the food was hot and delicious, will definitely be ordering again. Thank you

Was told to pick up at a set time but when I got to the takeaway I had to wait 40 minutes for food.

We had a takeaway this evening, to celebrate my husband’s promotion. The food was bland and dull. Tried to call but no reply.

Lightning quick delivery, the delivery guy came all the way up to my second floor front door and the food was piping hot and delicious.

Food was great, but took over nearly 2:30 hours for delivery then part of the order was missing ( not happy)

Late delivery. Was expecting our delivery at 1945-2005. Only after raising the lateness with Just Eat did we get a new time of 20.30

Had a really lovely meal this weekend from Chois. I’d seen recent reviews but I’ve never had a problem was delicious as always! Food was full of flavour and generous portion sizes, especially the yummy chips. I usually choose to collect on weekends as it’s quicker than delivery and it was ready and hot within 20 minutes! I would recommended the Chois favourite set meal amazing value, it even came in a box!! Will be ordering again

Driver was very apologetic, food wasn’t great. Chicken and cashew was far too sweet. Chop suey was super sour. Wontons were the best bit, well filled and tasty. Probably won’t order again.

Food arrived 3 hours after ordering and over two hours after the predicted arrival time. It got so late that I gave up and made something for myself. All attempts to contact and chase the order failed. No text request answer and not picking up phone.

Food was supposed to be ready for 6.20 pm and wasn’t ready until 6.55 pm. There was swearing coming from the kitchen and shouting. The food itself was not worth the wait. It was all really salty and bland.

Chicken balls burnt, tonight they were inedible that bad threw them away no point phoning and asking for replacement as had no faith they would be any better. Had a few orders from here never actually great quality

Absolute joke. We ordered food tonight, waited over 2hrs for delivery, promised it was on its way multiple times and never showed up. Went down there to collect instead and arrived to the door being locked and the person telling me they're closed.

Was due to be ready to collect for 19:10 - it is now 19:51 and still not ready to collect, lots of angry people in addition to us been waiting for an extortionate amount of time. Should have just settled for making myself some toast!

We are a regular customer and we order most of the time the same food, so we already know how good the foods are, but tonight its somehow different with the taste, the salt and pepper chicken it doesnt tasted fresh? and squid salt and pepper, its too chewy and hard? The chopsuey was too red, and saucey like too much sauce in it? ,,

Genuinely the best Chinese in Oxfordshire. The chicken satay starter is so tender it falls off the stick. The homemade curry sauce has a beautiful deep flavour. Have tried half the menu and would recommend to anyone. Their house special mixed chow mein and rice dishes are a meal in one, with beautifully velveted meat and prawns. Can’t rate higher.

Their reputation is based on always using the finest ingredients... meat dishes, the juiciest king prawns, tastiest-ever spare ribs highest quality. Their aromatic crispy duck are always supreme. Great food, I recommend aromatic crispy duck, spring rolls mini veg, honey garlic spare ribs, honey garlic crispy chicken. Fast delivery by very nice driver.

food was earlier than expected which is great, but sadly I feel that since chois was taken over the food is big portions but has a strange taste. yummy chips are no longer yummy. sadly it'll no longer be our go to.

The food is usually really good, but tonight all the food was so salty we almost couldn't eat it. It didn't taste very good becuase it was just too salty. Hopefully this is a one off mistake, as we usually like to order from Choi's, but if this is the quality of the food from now on we'll have to find somewhere else. Thank you for your consideration

said they couldn't deliver eventhough all at home and we double checked our doorbell too. that is working fine. Had to collect myself. food was steaming hot.....don't even think they tried! no credit given after paying for delivery. Shame as food was good

Choi's used to be a fantastic takeaway but not anymore. I was looking foward to the Singapore style vegetable chow mein (lovely in the past) but what a disappointment! The noodles were stodgy and the whole meal was tasteless, including the few chillies! Had to warm it in the microwave but was inedible. I gave them 1 star for food as my partner's beef in black bean sauce was ok but his fried rice was also tasteless. Such a shame; we have been going there for years but won't be going there again
