Both items had toppings missing and incorrect ice cream.

That was nice, but a bit sloppy put together because of the sauce and ice cream melting it was leaking out of the box !!

This is our local dessert spot, went today and was served by Suleka she was the sweetest and was very helpful with giving us recommendations. Highly recommend it!

I usually love Kaspas, but today was a letdown. The food was mediocre and lacked the usual flair. Both the pancakes and crepes were disappointingly dry, with barely any sauce to balance them out. It really affected the overall experience. I hope it was a one off.

I visited Kaspa’s twice . The first time I ordered the strawberry cup and Had to wait for almost half an hour, I was getting late so I had to ask the lady to make it . Then visited again with friends and asked to add more milk choc in the strawberry cup as it had only the kunafa the first time I had it. They told me they would add it but didn’t.

Paid for some add on didn’t get it.

Went to Kaspa's on Friday 4th April. I would give zero stars but there is no option. I waited 45 minutes for 2 scoops of ice-cream in a tub and a cheesecake and milk cake. Both the cakes were horrible and have probably been sitting around since who knows. The staff, 2 ladies, we're not prepared to deal with the after school rush. One was busy with take out / on line orders the other on the till. This meant the in store customers were waiting exceptionally long for food. Honestly it was just mayhem. Why not employ another staff member during this rush hour. I would jot recommend Kaspa's to anyone and will be looking for somewhere else to take my children.

Great selection on ice creams, waffles. White kinder Bueno and salted caramel pretzel flavours. Awesome

Asked for a recommendation, cashier suggested the peanut butter slice. Didn’t even receive the entire slice but only a thin portion of it for £6.95! with NO additional icecream or whipped cream for my milkshake. Slice was stale and hard/tacky. Terrible quality.

American shakes not recommended they show picture in the menu is pretty good but actually the shakes are totally different and even not good in taste

I enjoy the environment, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The lounge area was clean and loved the vibe/ decor and the choice of music. The toilets were little dirty water/liquid on the floor but it was nearly the end of the day so sort of understandable. The portions were not as good for the price, being to other dessert places and the portions were bigger or maybe I was just hungry. Thank you!

Zero listening skills I don’t know if the staff was rushing to go home I ordered cookie dough n ice cream for take away got home n got 1 ice cream n whipped cream which I did not ask for the staff need to pay attention and repeat of they did not hear what the customer ordered that’s not fair. Not happy

After a long day I just wanted to treat myself to something sweet. Ordered a brownie cookie dough with ice cream and got given whipped cream instead. I absolutely hate whipped cream. Completely ruined my evening.

The atmosphere is good. I ordered a waffle, but they gave me a cold one. When I sent it back, they returned the same waffle, which is not good

Too busy chatting to themselves, brought my desert over no cutlery no tissue… maybe it’s self serve? Music blasting 6 staff singing not paying no attention to customers.

Perfect desserts. Their Reese’s peanut butter ice cream is awesome. Must try. Highly recommended.

Great stuff waffle & icecrean was great & they weren’t stingy on toppings

Im not sure as I don’t want to make any assumptions , but somethings wrong. Maybe it’s where the driver kept the food (in the bag) which caused the smell . No,I looked but couldn’t find anything the food just looks and smells extremely bad as if expired / rotten. I’ve had to throw away all the food I’ve order which was for my kids . I’d like some help with a possible refund

They didn’t bring me the right food

the food took forever to come the time said 10-20 minutes and it took 1 hour 20 minutes

Lovely desserts however service definitely needs to be looked at. We visited as a large group last week and when paid the offer for students was shown. Upon this my daughter asked if it could be applied the young assistant gave us a filthy look and said no. I smiled and asked her why not she just rolled her eyes and looked the other way. Seriously was not even pushing for the student discount my daughter only mentioned it in passing. After that we were served with a very bad attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name and decided not to take it up with seniors however she’s the young lady with the pink weaves in her hair. Seriously this lady needs to learn customer service.

The delivery driver sat outside Kaspa’s didn’t deliver until over 45 minutes late by which time my guests left. The food has been wasted. No thanks to The courier. Very disappointed I want a refund

Ordered a chunky milk chocolate cookie dough, which is usually delish in stores, but when i received it, it was full of caramel instead of chocolate?

I wish I could say that all Kaspas provided the same level of service, but sadly not! However, Kaspa's in Tooting have excelled in their preparation, hygiene, and delivery, not to forget their excellent customer service! Thank you!

had cold custard on sticky toffee pudding and x1 pudding didn't turn up,try to call the shop but didn't pick up phone

order the double hersheys and only received one waffle when it should it be two, very disappointed as its the first time trying this restaurant

I’m absolutely appalled by my recent experience at Kaspa's. While enjoying a blueberry sorbet, my girlfriend found a beige-colored plaster in her dessert, which made her incredibly ill. The fact that something like this could happen is beyond unacceptable. All the waiters could do was say sorry and claim they had no idea how it got there. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that they should have been using gloves, and even then, the plaster should have been blue for safety reasons. It’s unclear if this came from someone working there or if it’s an issue further up the supply chain, but either way, it’s utterly disgusting. I’ll be reporting this incident to the Food Administration to review Kaspa’s hygiene standards. I won’t be eating there again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Good dessert. Staff was alright and the seating area wasn't great but not bad either.

The pakistani/ indian young male is so disgustingly mannerless. He has a monotone voice and has the body language of a robot, fine. But every single time I come, which is perhaps every few weeks, he consistently disrepects customers such as myself. This is completely unacceptable, at least his coworkers wont be so confrontational and rude.

If I could give 0* stars I would, when I came into the store with my friends the staff just stood their and stared at us with no greeting. We had to ask them to get up from sitting on the floor behind the counter to serve us. And when they did they gave us nothing but attitude. I tried to order somthing on the paper menu and they said they don't serve that anymore and didn't want to make it until I showed them the paper menu with the item on there she sighed and said fine I'll make it. She also claimed that because I wanted two bowls for my icecream, she said she can't change the menu for me and that the store needs to make money so she would have to charge us Her name was Maria Id number: 247876015 Absolute worst service

Went into Kaspas last week with my two boys and was very pleased with the desserts and service. On the way out my son dropped some money which we didn't realise until the staff by the name of Wadee came after us and gave us the money. That was very kind of him considering not many people would be that honest In this day and age. So please do pass this feedback onto him as it meant alot to us.

I went to grab some waffles with my mates and a girl with pink braids served us she was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional and not To mention herself and another member of staff were sitting down at a table vaping whilst waiting for me and my friends to leave. Absolutely disgusting behaviour I won’t be returning to this branch again so disappointed.

If I could give a 0* I would, but unfortunately that isn’t an option. I Came with my whole family. The workers had a bad attitude when things were brought to their attention. One of our waffles had hardly any chocolate drizzled over it and another waffle which had chocolate drizzled over it and sparingly. We were told we shouldn’t compare orders which are the same orders. They didn’t complete the order and started serving other customers. There were many missing orders. The worst was that they served us stale cake. When I informed them that the cake was badly stale, dry and rock hard, they microwaved it and gave it back. The Kids were not happy. I really don’t like to leave a bad review especially for a small independent business but sometimes an honest feedback is needed if the mistake is not acknowledged.

Having been a resident of Tooting for 46 years, I have visited various Kaspas establishments nationwide with a positive outlook. However, the recent incident has left me compelled to address certain concerns. Upon visiting your establishment, my daughter and her friend were initially informed that they could not split the bill, which appeared illogical to them. After contesting this policy, they were eventually allowed to do so. However, the situation exacerbated when it became apparent that your staff did not possess the appropriate change, prompting my daughter to be urged to purchase additional items to facilitate the transaction. Such an action reflects poorly on the professionalism and preparedness of your staff. As a reputable business entity, it is imperative for Kaspas to uphold standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Handling transactions, including having sufficient change on hand, should be a fundamental aspect of your operations. It is disheartening to witness two young patrons being subjected to unnecessary inconvenience and pressure due to inadequate procedures at your establishment. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future. I intend to share my daughter’s unfortunate experience with my acquaintances and social circles, as transparency and accountability are integral to fostering trust and credibility in any business relationship.

Kaspa's is a restaurant i am particularly fond of, i really enjoy the food usually, i ordered the food as a treat for a birthday and when it arrived it was cold and below the usual quality standards. I assume all delivery drivers are required to use thermal packaging to keep the food warm and it wasn't. I am very disappointed.

The food came late my icecream was melted my cookie dough was rock hard and they gave me the wrong drink i want my full refund now or i will be putting in a very bad complaint!

They ran out of one of the items we ordered and tried 3 times to get through to me. When they finally did, offered me a better substitution and were so lovely on the phone, amazing customer service and great desserts. Can thoroughly recommend the Peanut stack with a scoop o f salted caramel ice-cream :)

Food was old and stale and cold

Ordered a pineapple and passion fruit slushy with mango boba and got a blue slushy with lime balls bun dese man😤

Disappointed with the order as the food was cold on arrival. They gave us the wrong items in our order (ice cream instead of custard). The couriers delivery time kept on increasing and when following the couriers location, he made a stop in a different location before delivering our order.

Saw a bug in the ice cream section

I attended your restuarant yesterday and was very unsatisfied. The restuarant was dirty. I ordered a Nutella crepe, the batter on the crepe was completely undercooked, I had to ask for it to be made again. My friend ordered cookie dough, which was distugustingly undercooked, the type that will make you sick. We again had to ask them to make another one. when the second one came, it was cooked better, but still undercooked. The cutlery was dirty, had to ask the staff to clean it. My friend didnt end up touching his dessert as it wasnt edible...I ate my dessert alone, which defeated the whole object of us coming out together. I asked for a refund, one member of staff agreed to give us a partial refund. She then called the manager, someone who 'claimed' to be the manager, who was very unproffesional. He was wearing a hooded jumper and a jacket, not one piece of uniform on him or even a name badge. He refused to give us a refund even though his colleague agreed to one, but offered 20% off another milkshake? Pisstake if you ask me.
