Kaspa's Desserts in Peterborough

the ice cream for cookie dough was a size of a golf ball, even smaller than that. it wasn't even like they serve at kaspas. they think they could away serving tiny portions because it was delivered. very disappointing. paid 10.99 and got a tiny scoop of Oreo ice cream. not pleased at all.

Come in with the kids and had some waffles and a new treat pot, waffles fresh and as nice as always, not sure on treat pot- expected more for a glass of ice cream, had a constructive chat with the server/manager and recommended some extra sauce- extra sauce was offered so was a nice chat, staff were great! Let's see that wow factor in a 11 quid ice cream 😍

This is the first time and last time I will order from here. Ordered 3 deserts and received 1 and half. Don’t you check your orders before you send them out for delivery.

The food is always lovely here but the toilets a bit dirty and the female server tonight was not the friendliest, which is a shame because it’s usually great.

Waited 45mins for an Apple Crumble Tart with Ice Cream. It came out after everyone else finished theirs. It also had the texture of wallpaper paste which is impressive for something that is supposed to be baked. My friends ordered some pretty. Soggy things too. The waffle was ok. The tart is pre made and only needs a few moments in an oven or air fryer. I waited long enough for them to bake it but they microwaved the soul out of it.

I was skeptical about ordering an ice cream sundae for delivery but it was amazing! Just a fresh as having it in store.

I went on a Sunday at kaspas and I bought a cookie dough and they gave me the cookie dough with hair in it,the girl that handed me the food and had the hair out of the hat was named Lucia,that was written on her badge,I’m never going there again,I showed her the hair and she only took it from me and not said anything

bad!! I arrived at 21:25 and obviously they said it was late, if we want we can only take it as a takeaway. I gave up, but I stayed outside nearby and in the meantime other people came and it was possible to serve at the table .it doesn't bother me that I didn't enter, but the rules should be the same for everyone.

Enjoyed their cinnamon bun and frappe. Generous portion.

Wide range of amazing desserts, very pleasant and helpful staff (Haider and the team who was covering with him on our visit), nice seating area and decoration. Everything we ordered was nice to look at and tasted great. Definitely coming back with friends and family. Would strongly recommend this place.

I am appalled by the quality of drink I received yesterday. I ordered a cookies and cream bubble tea and received a watery mess. I watched the worker blend a scoop of chocolate powder with a jug of water before adding tapioca pearls and MORE ice. The drink cost almost £5 and was not drinkable. After the first sip I threw away the ice and a lot of the drink to see if the taste was any better but it was in fact consistently terrible. Calling it a waste does not begin to describe what I received. The drink is almost the same price as a milkshake that uses actual ingredients in their drink which makes things even worse because it would cost sub 20p for the chocolate powder, tap water and tapioca pearls concoction. The website states milk tea and no milk was used at all. There is no cookies and cream, only watery garbage. Calling it a joke does not even begin to describe the situation. I am beyond appalled. Do not go here if you are looking for a drink. There are other places near by that does bubble tea cheaper and properly, places that doesn't even use water.

Went into Kaspa’s on Monday evening. A young lady called Hafsa served us and was amazing. Food was great and service was fantastic. Will definitely be coming again.

Very rubbish food very poor customer service AVOID!! They scam customers of their money and don't deliver. Try ringing them and they shout at you including the manager and don't listen. Didn't get my desserts nor my money back trying to contact Uber Eats

If you want the dessert you ordered, then avoid this place and use your money elsewhere. We usually order from Shakes n Bakes thought to try a different place but regret it! Won't be ordering or visiting Kaspas again. Don't recommend at all

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this place like the plague! Dirty place and unclean, rude staff. Shan't be visiting again!
