Kaspa's Cheltenham in Cheltenham

I ordered on 19:00 and got my order on 20:30 one and half hr too long

waffles was cold and icecream melted

Food never arrived, the driver just left it in the street and when I got there there was nothing, niente, nada, zilch.

Low amount of topping and when it arrived it’s obviously been carried on its side as all the topping was slid off at the end in the box and not on the waffle. Very disappointing

product was awesome but delivery time kept going up.

It was fantastic, brilliant service. Specially, the brunette on the till - I fall in love with this place

The strawberry cheesecake ice-cream taste bitter but the staff said it's because of biscuits inside very disappointing behaviour 👎🏻

The new pistachio Kunufa crepe was extremely disappointing! It tastes nothing like pistachio, the crepe itself was terrible too! Absolute waste of money and put you off crepes and anything pistachio flavour for a while! The only edible part of it was the extra strawberry topping…The Bueno kunufa brownie stack was actually nice and the milkshake was really good.

Turned up at 6pm yesterday and they were closed…

Desserts and milkshakes were very nice. However the toilets were not particularly clean and the booths could do with a good hoover in the seats.

I want a refund I said I was at the travelodge hotel and I never received my food

food was a little cold but to be excepted, however i could not fault the woman who delivered my food, she was absolutely lovely and so polite. So thank you to her❤️

Gorgeous tasty deserts, would order again

sat down on a chair and the chair was falling apart and bugs were living in it,when i got the food it was cold and tasted reused and like soggy sand.The workers kicked me and my child out because she was crying because her icecream was all melted and had hair in it and the worker was screaming at me and her to get out.Very bad,Dissapointed,just wanted a icecream and waffle,shes innocent and did nothing wrong!!😡

I spent £33.00 but my daughter said she expected the food to be nicer, she did not even finish a quarter of the waffle because it got soggy and she did not like it. The only nice thing is the ice cream. won't be buying from there again. What a waste of money. I'm very disappointed ☹️😞

Nice milkshake, but had ran out of vanilla ice-cream. Clean and quite on a Sunday afternoon.

Took 1hour 45minutes to deliver , when I called the restaurant they informed me that the delivery driver had taken my order to be delivered but yet he didn’t turn up here for another 45 minutes when it’s only a 8 minute distance away when the food got here it was thrown together with about a teaspoon of icecream with both orders

We support a lady with complex autism here every Friday and the staff are outstanding. Always supportive of our needs and regularly have dessert ready as they know the order. Lovely staff

Not happy missing the main part

Visiting Cheltenham for the week so stopped in here for a Very Cherry ice cream sundae. It was so good I came back three times this week to double check! The decor is nice and colourful. Quite quiet in there when I was in so the atmosphere was subdued.

We dined in as a family. While we were eating our deserts, they started mopping the floor around our table with bleach. The bleach smell was incredibly unbearable, so we left the store before finishing our deserts. Very disrespectful and ugly service.

Very delightful visit. Great atmosphere along with warm welcoming and friendly staff. Freshly made desserts which can also be customized according to our desires. A must visit place

the food was disgusting. It came the waffle was soggy and cold. It looked like the whole order had been shook around everything was everywhere the cookie dough was smudged around the box terrible

Wasn’t open drove 15 miles arrived at 22:00 with a supposed closing time of 22:30 … very upset didn’t get my strawberry chocolate waffle

I wanted a whole hour to Waite for my order to be made and delivered, my waffle was soggy and mushy looked like it wasn’t cooked properly

When my waffles arrived they was stone cold and when I called it was apparently just cooked which I know that they were not

Very nice wafflers and crepes. Full of fruits and chocolate, very nice staff. Highly recommend this place for a sweet treat!

Thanks to Hassan, who served us. Nice welcoming chap, he sorted out a misunderstanding with our order last night. The Cheesecake and oreo cookie dough were both amazing.

Greatly served fresh and amazingly looking desserts. Had a great time, the staff is very humble. Would definitely visit again

Went in at lunchtime, one person serving. He seated us in an otherwise empty restaurant and then disappeared. After 10 minutes of waiting and having noticed that some of the desserts looked like they had been left out uncovered since the day before we left. Obviously they don’t need customers.

Arrived quickly, driver was friendly and food was nice! No spillages or missing items.

First time at kaspas was disappointed. Got our order pretty much all wrong. 2 out of 3 drinks were correct. We ordered 2 crepes and got waffles. We did say the order was wrong and all we got was oh sorry the girl on the till is new. Didn't even offer to change the wrong items. Admittedly the stuff we got was nice but wasn't wat we wanted.

Ypu pay for a product. And you get the complete different thing . Wast of time and money . If I did order it why would you think I want it .

We somehow managed to get a spare seat at this fine establishment, which I like to visit regularly for my waffle and crepe fix. The food is divine, as are the hygiene standards, especially in their coffee and tea machines, which even have limescale remover when they serve it to you, very thoughtful to cleanse the customer as well. The waffles are well made and soo yummy, and the staff are always so lovely so not sure what the other reviews are on about! It’s always smiles and kindness when we come in, I suppose it is our attractive personalities that the other visitors were not blessed with. See you next weekend Kaspas team!

Kids were very happy with this place. They enjoyed their puddings. Personally I would like more choice but I'm on a diet. Some things a bit pricey. Went back for my birthday and got the popcorn, caramel sauce covered cookie.

I wasn’t impressed with the attitude of one of the staff members. I had to return my desert as it came out cold when I asked for it to be hot. Her face and attitude when I asked for it to be changed (I didn’t forget my manners either) was very rude. When she came back she practiced slammed the plate in front of me on the table and just walked off and ignored me when I said thank you. I won’t be returning to the Cheltenham kaspas. There’s no need for that kind of attitude at work.

Delivered on time nice food but wouldnt recommend sundays £10 for 1 scoop of ice cream they try make it look more by filling half a cup of cream, not even fair portion for money wouldnt recommend, the waffle was good size nice fresh fruit, bubble t was nice, milk shake wasnt blended properly had many lumps in couldnt drink it. Hit and miss at best.

Dessert time! Very nice place reminds me of the original Mel's Diner in California!

If they aren't busy you can get your expensive waffle in around 15-20 mins pretty tasty

It’s my favourite place for when I’m craving desserts, they do waffles, crepes, cakes, cookie dough and icecream. There is so much choice and you can even build your own if you’re not 100% satisfied with what’s on the menu already. The place is also really cool inside, with pink and black sofas. I usually go for the waffle with nutella and strawberries, definitely recommend it!

Kids loved it, not a drop left which isn't surprising, it's been a few years since we've sat in and it hasnt really chnaged, we've usually just ordered and taken away. My boy says 5 stars, I would say 4, given there's some wear and tear in the place that if you take the time to look around you will notice. The booth we sat in had a torn seat but doesn't stop it from doing its job. The staff are really nice and efficient ordering is easy enough, take your seat pick what you want then go up and order. They bring everything over. Probably won't be in for a few years as my sugar level is far too high now!

Lovely banana milkshake and passion fruit Sorbet white chocolate gelato ice cream milkshake was just has good but banana split was huge loads of strawberry’s would buy again has a treat 👍

While the waffle was lovely, the ice cream sundae was very poor. There was very little actual ice cream and there was a-lot of 'space' in the cup

I've been into this place once, which i didnt overly enjoy as it was full out tennagers who were just hanging about. But the food was great. However i've ordered it through deliveroo about 5 or 6 times, and its always amazing! Perosnally i always get a sundae and my girlfriend gets a waffle. Quick delivery and always good. Its our go to dessert place in Cheltenham.

Ice-cream fine, staff grumpy. Arrived an hour before closing and it seemed to be an issue that I wanted to eat in. Tables were on their side to stop people sitting at them. Suggest you only sell take out in the evenings if people eating in is inconvenient.

Food was okay, was meant to be warm but arrived cold. Driver was incredibly rude, went to the wrong address so called me for directions and was rude on the phone. I’d posted directions and gave him the what3words on the delivery note but he told me they don’t check them.

Was not given any delivery updates, was told to expect my food at 21:20-21:40 and it turned up at 20:45. But they prepared and delivered it so quickly, that they forgot my icecream! Ha.
