Kaspa's in Horsham

Terrible, got my drink order wrong and when I said that, they refused to change it saying “I heard you order that” strawberry is very different to mango

Fantastic food and the experience was made even better by a devoted staff member (Sahaib) who clearly cares about the customer experience

Visited for the first time on Saturday lovely fresh clean ice cream place friendly staff and great atmosphere.lovely menu and lots to choose from waffles,ice cream,pancakes.plenty of seats to.You order at your table then go up to the counter and give your order.we all had something different from a milk shake to ice cream ,nice place for families and children to visit.

Amazing service and the kids loved the shakes and we loved the waffles thanks guys ♥️ we will be back again soon 🥳

The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly! The prices weren’t too expensive, glad I came here for desserts whilst being on business and bringing my family along ! I will definitely be coming up again whilst on business and bring colleagues too

Went to Kaspa’s in Horsham with the family for the first time, really nice staff, amazing hospitality, we ordered a Banoffee cookie dough, bueno waffles, strawberry indulgence crep and a bubblelicous for the little one! Will go again most definitely! 💯🧇🍧

Had the biscoff cookie dough it was amazing such a delight , my mouth waters just from looking at it , 100% recommend it’s truly a cure for cravings 🍰

Atmosphere amazing, staff amazing, and the desserts were absolutely amazing !! A must visit place if you have a sweet tooth like me and the misses. Selections are endless !! Will be back soon.

Terrible service and completely overpriced for ice cream. Walked out after 25 minutes of no one taking our order, even though the restaurant has about 3 people in it! Don't waste your time.

I ordered a sugar and lemon crepe and it tasted like skin it was so dry I had to end up buying a drink. Not returning again, ruined my birthday meal with my friends
