Best service lovely place for dessert staff are friendly

I'm leaving this review regarding the past 2 experinces I've had. 1st was a dine in experience 2 weeks ago. The womans toilet is shameful. There's no toilet seat and it looks like its never cleaned. Just blue block put in the cistern but that doesn't hide how filthy the toilet is. The lights give you a migraine and ive noticed they charge fsr more on delivery apps for every item than in the restauran. Today is my daughters birthday so we ordered the kinder beino waffle which is suppose to come with a scoop of gelato. I ordered extra gelato to have for myself. When it finally arrived all she received was a teaspoon of gelato and the waffle had very little topping on it. Much of the waffle was bare. I gave my daughter the actual scoop of gelato I ordered as hers was practically non existent. It absolutely takes the mick that you charge so much money and not even provide a full dessert if you're not going to give a full scoop of gelato then state it is only a tiny teaspoon worth at least offer free soft serve/cream like the others because it's charged at a premium this dish and it's seriously lacking. Won't be visiting or ordering again. Absolutely not worth it at all. Total rip off

Its a nice little place in yeovil for a quick eat but I wouldn't recommend it overly other than for special occasions and it is very pricey and last time I ordered a smoothie and got a sorbet aswell as the deserts

Decent drinks and lots of options available, nice enough place, very clean and despite it not being a new venue the furniture looks brand new so well maintained. The staff here were amazing, we were led to our table by a pleasant young lady who helped us choose a good spot with good airflow (it was boiling outside) and then when I ordered I had a nice experience with a friendly young lady called Memoona who was just incredibly friendly and upbeat, it came across as genuine which is impressive when working in a customer facing position.

Berry sorbet was really nice. Workers are polite and patient. Atmosphere was peaceful and and calming . Will be coming again

The food is the best . All the best foods are here eg. Waffles,cookies,ice cream and loads more . The entrance is great and they seat you personally its like your in a fine restaurant . This place is good for getting 1 or 2 ice creams .after about 1 or 2 it can get a bit expensive

This place was an awful experience from start to finish. Visited tonight for a little date night,the girl on the front desk was rude. I stood waiting for a table whilst my partner used the toilet and the staff member was cleaning a table. A large party entered behind me,she proceeded to speak to them to seat them and ignored me despite me telling her I was a table of 2. They got out drinks order wrong. Considering it was a date night,the food came out at different times and not together,my partner was waiting 5 minutes whilst I ate mine. They came and asked if everything was ok,but didn't bother to clear plates. All in all an awful experience and we won't be coming back!!!!!

This kaspas was really friendly and helpful. The food is sooo good! we got a doggy bag as we couldn’t waste the leftovers it was that good!! Reccomend!!

Ice cream sundaes, waffles and shakes for a half term treat! We enjoyed Kaspa’s with a wide range of options, speedy service and comfortable seating. Organising what everyone wanted to order at the counter took us some time but we were happy with the treats which arrived.

Upon entering the establishment, I was pleasantly greeted by the exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic staff. The ambiance was remarkable and truly enjoyable, and the food was exceptionally delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an outstanding location to indulge in delectable desserts.

Had a flyer through the door, the barcode for the menu didn't work! Eventually found the menu online, gluten free is not well catered for. Similar for dairy free, why don't they think about using plant based 'milk'?

My partner and I visited kaspas (Yeovil) this evening and was dissatisfied with the service we received, the food was great as usual however due to the doors not being closed properly and the service team standing at the podium speaking to the friends that were sat next to the podium caused me and my partner terrible trouble as (literally) every 2 minutes we had to get up and close the door (as it was cold) that was most clearly broken. The girl stood at the podium and watched us do this every time, after the first couple of door closes some of the staff clearly saw us close the door and took no action. Due to this I am no longer willing to eat my deserts in a cold room.

I ordered some drinks and a crepe on Uber eats this evening. I had my order made by Wanesa and Dominika and it was absolutely delicious. It was made and delivered so quickly and their attentiveness and care towards the preparing, assembly and customer service was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough, the girls are absolutely amazing! They are a true credit to this restaurant!

Got a delivery and was disgusted with the portion of ice cream I got the desert was £3 more than the standard dough and ice cream absolutely a joke

Kaspa’s decor is stunning. It creates a great atmosphere. Nice staff. The menu artwork looks great, however from my experience the quality of the food is low, and made from very cheap ingredients. Don’t think that you’re going to a fancy dessert restaurant. It’s ok for kids as they aren’t very discerning. If they improved the quality of their ingredients, it would definitely hit 5/5.

The place could do with a very good clean. Everywhere seems sticky and dirty. As always though the children love the food!

The price of this place is astronomical 😳😳😳 I took my daughter and her friend for her birthday treat. Thank god she only invited 1 friend!! I'd have had to remortgage the house if anyone else came. I didn't even eat I just had a coffee after seeing the prices and it still came to over £40!! But the kids enjoyed it ......

went here last night and was disgusted at what i seen in general My friend received her food, all fine, u til 3 small ginger hairs were pulled out of her crepe. we proceeded to let them know in which we were showed back no care, and just stared out, which i should point out the girl that served us all night and who i raised the issue to was very rude, and should not be around customers with her attitude. They said they would make us a new one, in which we waited 20 minutes for nothing to come yet. We asked, and they said they had to check their cctv as they suspected we put it there, the guy with a curly ginger beard not covered up said this to us. We then asked for a refund as the place had closed in which we were told we couldn’t until they check the camera with how we were treated, spoke to, and the quality of the food i will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went this evening with friends to get food. We all ordered food. One of my friends accidentally ordered the wrong food through miscommunication and they refused to change it even though she had an intolerance. This was the first issue we had. The customer service was outrageous. About 20 minutes later, we found a hair in my friends crepe among the sauce. We all have very long either blonde or brunette hair. The hair we found was short and ginger. We immediately knew it was a staff members hair as one of them had a ginger beard that was fairly long and didn’t have a beard net on (like McDonald’s workers do). We informed the staff and they wouldn’t remake the food or give us a refund for the order. They said they ‘had to look at the cameras’ insinuating that we had put the hair there ourselves. We evidently did not. I have the contact details of one of the workers who said they would call us once they had checked the cameras. I do not recommend this kaspas to anyone who is interested in visiting. Could not be more disappointed with the customer service at the kaspas in yeovil.

Hair in our food We ordered a kinder bueno crepe and there was a ginger hair in it, I complained and they said they would re make it for us, 20 minutes later there was no replacement and i went to the till to ask for a refund instead. The manager came out (who had a ginger beard with no beard net on) and he said he would not re make the crepe or give a refund until he checked the cameras, then said it was one of our hairs that we put in the crepe He took my number and said he would refund us through the phone. Still no phone call. Staff are very rude and disappointed by there customer service. New management have ruined the place and they should be investigated for there food hygine.

Above average food, I have visited better tasting Kaspas elsewhere however the experience was more than satisfactory. Place was kept extremely clean, toilets included. Staff were very helpful and friendly and I could safely say I enjoyed the experience. Would definitely visit again. 4/5

Great place to take the grandchildren

Decided to treat the family yesterday and travelled to Yeovil to collect. After returning home found out that the vanilla ice cream was sour and the milk was obviously off. Called to advise and they were not bothered that this could make someone ill. stated the machine was cleaned the day before. Appalled at the level of service and blatant lack of concern. Have reported to health inspectors

Oh my! Why does apple crumble need golden syrup on top?! At least the menu includes a calorie count. Serious indulgence 😮

Visited today for a birthday party, and the staff were great. Ice cream and deserts were fab and considering it was so busy service was really quick. The kind gentleman who served us even gave my daughter a voucher for a free waffle for her birthday. We'll be back 😊

Kids were happy with their ice creams but table was minging,floor underneath table was covered in food and some kind of liquid,the toilets...oh my days! Don't go to the loos in kaspa it will make you want to vom! Flooded on floor of I don't even want to know what,a monster energy drink can on the floor,the sanitary bin left open with bits of ladies things hanging out,my 3 year old daughter went to touch this!!! Luckily I caught her in time,broken toilet seat and a very dirty toilet in general! Very very very poor on the staffs part considering it was quiet when we went in. This unfortunately has let the place down big time. Weatherspoons is cleaner on a sat night! 😱

Not a very inviting experience. Having heard friends rave about Kaspa's, I was really looking forward to my visit. On entering I almost went flying as the floor was very slippy ... perhaps someone should be taught how to use a mop. Initially we were given 2 menu's for 4 of us, but then had another 2 brought to our table. When our waffles came, after hearing two of the servers having a heated conversation, the waffles were cold. I had been led to believe that they are served warm. Then on leaving when we had finished, not only myself but two other members of my group almost went flying on the slippy floor. Would I go back to Yeovil's Kaspa's again ? Not for a long time.

Honestly this place is filthy. If they let front of house get this bad I'd hate to imagine what back of house looks like!

Dear Loyal Reader, If you do not care about your health and wellbeing and want a purely sugar based diet, I would recommend visiting this establishment on a daily basis. Please let me evaluate the following aspects of this dessert shop: 1) Taste = 3.8/5. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of desserts provided at this establishment. In walked in afraid of what might come but the crepes reminded me of pleasant times, when my nan used to make me chocolate and raisin pancakes in the cold wet evenings of pancake day when I was a mere youth. 2) Range = 4.9/5. From Waffles to ice creams to crepes to milkshakes, this place has it all. Every possible dessert option you could conceive. I have successfully devoured a number of items on their menu with great pleasure. 3) Scent = 0.3/5. To this day, I wake up in the middle of night screaming, because of the sweet sugar smell which had embedded itself within my nasal canal. I can't rid the scent of sugar, it's everywhere, it may have ruined every meal for the rest of my life. I can only taste sugar, even when I'm eating mashed potato. (I would concede, however, that this is not a dealbreaker but only the price of visiting this shop - was it worth it? I truly don't know; I will have to live with the effects of this for the remainder of my existence). 4) Staff = 5/5. Kind and courteous. Wouldn't change them for the world. I would like to conclude my review by saying, this dessert would pair ever so well with a trip to the local nandos. They are a match made in heaven and don't break the bank. Thanks for reading. First time experiencing kaspa's and wasn't really impressed got my pudding wrong and the hot chocolate wasn't that great.

If i have job they I will make sure all people have a good time they and it will be clean and not uncomfortable for people who are visiting

Me and my mate went to grab a bite to kaspas. I had a waffle whilst he had a cold drink. It was really nice and nothing bad on it! Staff very kind and helpful of everything and listening to our orders very carefully. Definitely coming here again!!!

Wow what can I say about this place? There's a wonderful American vibe going on inside. Staff are helpful and friendly and as for the desserts they have a wide selection which are well presented and even better they taste delicious. Well done all

Took my son after school as a treat. They didn’t have some of the ice creams/ingredients to make the one I wanted and then served my sons on a chipped bowl. Very low standards. Not impressed at all

We visited today for my sons birthday! The manager was brilliant, decorated a table for him and seated us in a big booth! He then gave my son a voucher for a free milkshake! Food was delicious as always and we were served our food really quickly!

If I could give minus stars I would. This place smelt of BO and waffles (not a good combination) and the staff were slow and vacant. We placed our order, then after a long wait 2 of our 3 drinks arrived, of which the banana protein shake ordered, was vanilla not banana, so they took the drink back and bought out a replacement, but the waiter didn't even apologise. Then eventually one dessert arrived, then after a furter 10 minutes the other 2 arrived! Then after we had finished eating, I went to complaine that we still hadn't received the 3rd drink, they proceeded to ask if i would like to take it home instead! This place is over staffed, and over priced! Clearly none of the staff have any form of customer care/service training and I will not be going there again!

Used to love kaspas but it has gone downhill. Got my order wrong 3 times. Dried food still left on the supposedly clean cutlery. The whole place is unclean and even portion sizes and the presentation of the food is lacking. Won't be visiting again.

Made my niece feel very special for her 5th birthday with balloons and banners. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Dom the shift manager even went out of his way to help do a nutrition breakdown for me for a diabetic in our party,even though they were busy. Everything was well received and eaten with great joy. Thank you guys. You never disappoint us.

Generally tidy but not clean. The tables clearly hadn't been wiped over. The cutlery we were given had food still on it. Didn't order food in the end as completely put off .

Utterly grim, miserable staff, slimey menus, sticky table, toilet was grotty, with broken seat and the hand dryer didn't work. Wife tried to order but they didn't have the ice cream chosen available, when she returned to query what I'd have instead I was getting up to have a spoon replaced as it was still covered in milky residue with someone's lip smears on it, so we just decided to leave as there wasn't anything good about the visit so far. Very disappointed as it's somewhere we've both wanted to visit for months but find no reason to visit that part of town and we've looked forward to it for a few days since we decided to go, will never set foot in there again. Worst restaurant I've ever sat in.

Lovely tasting ice cream as is the standard with Kaspa’s, but clearly a lot less scooped than many weeks prior. I don’t appreciate the “I’ll spoil myself” price tag on a sundae when there’s a noticeable amount of ice cream missing in my cup than before, hidden under more whipped cream. I’m sure it’s cost saving for them. Whatever tools they use to add ingredients to milkshakes, be it scoops or machines, also weren’t properly washed off between uses as there was a reasonably strong peanut butter flavor in my partner’s very much non-peanut butter shake
