Kaspa's in The Vale of Glamorgan

Stopped by for a takeaway ice cream. Really good choice of flavours and delicious, too. Slightly pricier than several nearby outlets but the quantity and quality made up for that. Despite previous comments, the staff were friendly and polite and we were served quickly. Would certainly use them again.

My 7 month pregnant friend needed to use the toilets. We were told by a rude staff member “you’ll have to buy something” this is disgusting especially for a pregnant lady. She was very embarrassed and we couldn’t carry on with our day because of this very rude staff member. I want a manager to call me ASAP

Ordered a milkshake and was delicious great service and nice staff. Milkshake was amazing and I really enjoyed my time here would definitely come again.

We visited on the 5th of November and I just have to say what amazing staff and environment, we came down for my little girls birthday and unfortunately the soft play we was meant to go to was closed we then had about 12 kids looking for something to do and luckily enough the gentlemen in kaspas sat us all with no problem and was so welcoming he went above and beyond for all of us and the desserts was lovely too will definitely recommend and re visit again Thankyou to the lad that helped us (think his name was jay)

: My partner and myself went for a walk yesterday evening and decided to go and have an ice cream. This was approx 7pm We attended your store where we waiting by the sign "wait her to be seated". There was approximately 6 people already seated. There was also 3 staff working. After waiting several minutes we were told to take any seat. We decided what we wanted and then approached the till to order and pay. Once we sat back down I realised the order was wrong. I went back to the till and ordered the items that were omitted in the original order. After waiting quite a while our order cam to the table. To say I was flabbergasted is an understatement. The whole order was in take out single use plastic containers. The spoon provided for the sundae did not reach the bottom of the plastic holder. I asked why and was advised that they did not have enough staff to wash up. There was 3 people working and no other customers to be served. Once we finished we went to leave your establishment, only to find the bu ch of keys for the building and God knows what else had been left in the door. Contacted Kaspas customer service and was told without a receipt they could do nothing. Even though I'd told them I wasn't provided with a receipt

On arrival to purchase a take out ice cream we were ignored by 3 staff members who were working behind the counter. I appreciate they were working however an acknowledgement of we won't keep you a minute would have been nice. On asking if anyone was serving I was met with yes in a minute, without even turning around to comment. When we were finally asked what we wanted the menu was shoved towards us again with no communication. We chose our order and the lady went out the back to get them as the fridge was broken. 5 minutes later the items were handed to us again without any words. Service appaullung and will not return, on a positive the ice cream was lovely but at 6 pound for 2 scoops upu expect far more service.

The food and milkshake was great. Up to standard with any other Kaspas I’ve been in. The biggest knockdown for me was the music atmosphere. It was just constant rapping music. I would imagine it was just based on the staff working at the time, but I think better music would have been suitable for multiple generations. It was off putting and made us instantly leave as soon as we were done. Even rushed my food because I didn’t enjoy.

We visited this evening for my partners birthday dessert. The 1 star is because our desserts were lovely. That is where the good points end. The toilets were locked with a sign on the door stating you had to ask to go to the toilet due to anti social behaviour, there were children smoking in the restaurant and a family throwing bottles with their proud parents watching. We would definitely not be back to this branch again which is a shame as we are local.

Have been a customer here since opening last winter The place is always spotless and really looks the part Food is stunning, and the strawberry milkshakes are to die for Staff are very welcoming and friendly Great all round 👍
