Karvani's Pizza in Leeds

This place is a he best for pizza. I’m told the the Gyros is good bust never tried them. Service is fast and delivery really professional and swift. My go to pizza parlour

I've used karvanis for a while now. Consistently great food. I ordered their 5 pizza deal last Saturday to collect on Wednesday for a party and they were ready on time for me and all the party agreed the pizzas are amazing!

I recently visited Pizza & Gyros Heaven and was thoroughly impressed. The pizza had a perfect crust—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and was generously topped with fresh ingredients. The gyros were equally outstanding, with tender, flavorful meat and a well-balanced combination of veggies and sauce. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt, making for a great dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious pizza or gyros!

Rude on phone and cold food over a hour wait went in bin £40 wasted

I used to work there and they all do illegal practices. I wasn't paid for ANY of the hours I worked (20 hours) and they claim to pay £40 PER SHIFT! (By law rhats illegal with hefty fines!) The food isn't something to sing about either. It's dirty, unsanitary and not recommended for any customer OR worker.

Had better pizzas from asda. All bling shop. Should have bought a better pizza oven. And spend a bit more on better fillings.. Defo driving past that place

Placed a large order for 45+ pizzas in advance for a family event as pizzas are always great from here! Order was made exactly as requested & ready for collection at the agreed time- All went down a treat with our guests!!! I’d definitely recommend!

Terrible. Ordered a mixed kebab, it was a gyro and a terrible COLD one. Went straight into the bin as didn’t fancy a dose of food poisoning!! Phoned to complain and was told it had just been made. Absolute rubbish it has just been assembled probably been Cooked days ago.

The mixed gyros special is listed as: Authentic Greek pitta bread, toppped with a portion of roasted chicken, roasted Greek lamb, some Cypriot halloumi cheese, homemade tzatziki, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onions and served with delicious gourmet fries. Reality: Some scraps of chicken, a solitary halloumi fry and a LOT of doner kebab meat. This used to be spot on with actual lamb but the quality has dropped off massively.

Ordered food took over 2 hours to come ohone lines went off due to shop closing. Then banged on my door at 11 pm when ordered at 9.15 spent £30 and didn’t get what we ordered. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered nearly £50 worth of food for it to be delivered an hour and 15 minutes later and cold. Mixed gyros says lamb and chicken, I got a donner kebab with a tiny bit of chicken. I would have ordered donner kebab if I’d wanted one. Garlic bread was a burnt large crisp. Lot of money for a lot of rubbish. I’ve had a lot better for cheaper Pizza wasn’t anything special. Could have been an Iceland frozen pizza, that’s what it tasted like. Definitely won’t waste my money again

I placed an order nipped out for money as husband pulled up the guy drove off, then I ohoned and was told to come get the food he was at the shop went to shop he wasn't there and had to wait 20 minutes he went on a other delivert and by time he got to us at the shop the food was cold and forgot part our order, so phoned and told us we had to reorder and he would send my missing chips, when the order arrived they didn't put the chips in. I phoned again to be told I couldn't have them and there's nothing they can do about it. this is a £40 order and I'm still starving won't be ordering again and I wouldn't advise ordering as service is shocking. kirsty at sandway

Took over an hour to deliver, only a 2 mins away. Topping on one pizza was burnt and driver wanted more money than I was told when ordering.

Usually amazing, but this time ordered a mixed gyros and ended up with a donner with a bit of chicken in it, which is apparently the new mixed gyros( not according to the menu) if I'd wanted a donner kebab I would've ordered one from somewhere else at half the price.

The driver went to the wrong address and the food was clap cold they wouldn’t re-send the food, but offered us a refund if we have the food back the way it came what a joke. I’ll never order from here again.

Pizzas are delicious! Best in the area, the dough is perfect in between Italian and American. Gyros next door also very delicious and makes a nice change from the pizza. All very fresh and lovely staff.

This place is sooo un professional! My friend who is training there has been rung and has been asked to come in 10 minutes before they open without considering that he has anything going on and without contacting for 2 weeks

Im a regular here. Usually my pizzas are amazing and wouldn't go elsewhere but last night i got a 12 inch GF. It was undercooked not sliced. They forgot my chips and sent the wrong drinks. Really disappointed it must of been a rushed order. Very disappointed and will try elsewhere from here on

I ordered a calzone and pizza from karvanis in crossgates about an hour ago, I have to say it's the best I've had in years I will definitely be ordering again from this place..bloody yummy!!!!!!! Forgot to say about the delivery guy too what a diamond 👍

We’ve persisted with the incompetence over the years but they have taken the shambolic customer services to another level tonight. Asked how long delivery would be and opted to pick up instead. Turned up to collect and was told by the manager that I’d mistakenly phoned my order in at the Woodlesford branch. Anyway, turned out that he was wrong and they’d mistakenly put it down for delivery and not even started cooking in. This is where it gets good..... I asked if I could leave the shop and have it delivered, manager said they didn’t have a driver so could I wait in my car and he will bring it out. Waited in the car for 20 minutes and he doesn’t come out so I return to the shop and I’m ignored for five minutes. At this point my mrs rings me and tells me the deliver driver has turned up with the order!! Five pound refund is offered and I go home to find the order is wrong. Dear god! Decent food at this gaff I’ll give them that but it’s like playing order routlette.....will it turn up, will it be right, will the manager blame you for their mistakes. Never again, I can’t be dealing with the stress :)

Thinking of ordering a pizza online for home delivery from the crossgates branch, I wouldn’t bother. After 1 hour 50mins and 4 telephone calls, we ended up cancelling. Management didn’t know where the delivery driver was or even if the order had been delivered. Total chaos.

I have used karvanis many times and its normally pretty good, however I have just given my dustbin probably the worst takeaway I have ever had delivered to me. I ordered a donner calzone and fries, both where flat cold, the calzone contained maybe 50p worth of meat and that was so dry I spat it back out. A total waste of money, I ended up with 2 slices of toast. Karvanis you are either good or total sh#te, sort it out, I work hard for my money and am annoyed when its wasted.

Food is good but last three times our internet order had been wrong! They need to read and check orders.

Shocking for 8 pound for large mixed kebab they put chips on to make it bigger and chillier sauce over chips you get bigger small ones not good at all

Out of the last 3 times we've ordered. Twice it's been over an hour late and the food was stone cold. I've given them two stars because the food is really good. They need an additional driver for the food for busy Saturdays or less just less drops for the delivery guy. If you are to eat from here, just collect. The food is delicious but the delivery is atrocious.

Dreadful experience. Driver couldn’t find our house (it is not hard to find). I called and spoke to the manager who cut me off. Horrendous.
