Love the king prawn naga chow mein and fried rice. Been coming here for years, just went recently and it was just as good as before.

Great food. Great service. Food was nice and spicy. I see a lot of people complaining about spice. The Naga is a Hot chilli. It’s one of the hottest. Why have the hottest chilli and complain it’s to spicy. People must be delusional. To have it mild. No Naga has the same power. It’s always different in heat to the batches the businesses get. Next time if you don’t like the heat don’t add Naga simple. Well done guys keep it up. Food is splendid we travel from Milton Keynes to see you guys.

Rubbish food, not what it used to be. I don't think they know what's a Singapore fried rice anymore.

Wasn’t expecting our Sunday night takeaway to literally blow our heads off! Didn’t know I had ordered chilies with a side of noodles. The ratio of chilies to noodle was 70/30 in the dishes! The Singapore noodles tasted of raw curry powder, all the dishes were inedible. Very disappointed ☹️

This place is mostly bad, the food just doesn't taste how it once did and when it's busy, don't even expect the food to taste nice. The last three times that I have ordered from this place its just been disappointing, the prawn fried rice with half a naga is swimming in oil and just doesn't have the flavour like it once did. Salt and Peper wings was hot when I tucked in but it was soooo salty that it was inedible! Consecutively bad on three occasions and all three times I've ordered the same dishes. Fix up Kar Woo!

Not your ordinary chow mein! We have always brought our chow mein from this place. The king prawns are incredibly tasty, plenty of heat as an option with the super tasty noodles, cannot fault it.

I asked for a spicy beef chow mein. Little did I know that this would be soo spicy that it would take me hours to recover. I have spicy food a lot so accustomed to heat, even from raw naga chillies. However this level of spice is akin to those places where you have to sign a disclaimer before you eat it and I honestly believe if I had finished that portion or hadn’t been as used to spice as I am I would have ended up in the emergency room. Food is also a bit too greasy even though Chinese food usually greasy. Flavour is ok.

Singapore rice lacks flavour. My rice had lack of ingredients too. Hit and miss this place. But good if your craving some rice.. wish they would just sign up to delivery i.e. justeat or ubereats etc. Makes life easier. Shop is small and have to que up etc especially in covid era all shops are delivering and they still dont

Bad service bc of covid. They keep on begging us to wear masks and it is such a burden. But Icl the food is very nice, I highly recommend the special fried rice. Also I think they need to make there shop bigger bc its so small.

So, after listening to much hype i tried out Kar Woo, ordered chicken wings, veg chow mien and beef black bean sauce with special fried rice. I have to say there wasn’t any authentic about the food. The veg chow mien was infused with naga spice making it taste more like a veg show mien briyani. The chicken wings were unclean fully of hair and blood, simply deep friend like a pakora and passed off as Chinese food, Needlesss to say i was unimpressed. If I’m ordering Chinese food then i expect Chinese food not a hot curry mix. No social distancing maintained in the shop either,

The takeaway was pretty oily and full of naga spice even though I specifically asked for no spice. Not what I was expecting from the place or from reading the menu. Pretty sloppy noodles to be honest. Won’t be visiting again.

If you want authentic halal Chinese food with a little twist then this is the place to go. Amazing chow mein and fried rice dishes.

Good food served here, quite busy at times. I feel the food is lacking flavour though as have tasted better elsewhere too. But Karwoo is definitely a staple in the community and people love it

If you're looking for authentic tasting halal chinese food don't come here. Ordered beef chow mein, chicken fried rice and chicken balls. The beef chow mein was okay, the chicken fried rice was spicy even though we didnt ask for it to have added spice ( the spice tasted raw) and the chicken balls had a tiny piece of chicken inside and loads of breading. I wont return or recommend. Its a shame as there aren't many halal chinese takeaways around.

Best Chinese food I’ve had yet mouthwatering dishes services is good I had the beef chowmein with naga it’s the best Chinese in the area

Visitamos la rama de la puerta del bosque el domingo por la noche alrededor de las 5:30 p.m. Llamamos para solicitar nuestro pedido que consistía en 2 hamburguesas, curry y papas fritas y un gran arroz frito con carne. Nos dijeron que el pedido tardaría 15 minutos. Llegamos alrededor de las 5:50 después de sacar efectivo del cajero automático local, ya que sabíamos en visitas anteriores que solo aceptan efectivo. La comida no estaba lista a la llegada y esperamos 5 minutos esperando comida fresca y caliente.Ahora no hemos sido decepcionados por Kar Woo antes y somos visitantes frecuentes, pero desafortunadamente en esta ocasión nos quedamos lejos de estar satisfechos.Una de las hamburguesas estaba extremadamente fría. Ahora no estoy seguro de por qué sería así, ya que deberían haber sido fritos sin embargo uno estaba frío. No estoy diciendo que sea un poco frío tampoco, hacía frío como si estuviera bien frito de antemano. La otra hamburguesa estaba muy caliente con vapor saliendo así que así es como sabías que la otra hamburguesa estaba previamente frita desde hace un tiempo.El curry y las papas fritas otra vez, la salsa de curry estaba muy caliente, ¿las papas fritas? DURO. Se puede saber cuándo las patatas fritas no están frescas y lamento que no lo estén. Intentar cubrirlos con curry CALIENTE no funciona.El arroz también por primera vez me pareció extremadamente seco. ¡Tan seco que usamos el curry de los chips y mezclamos los dos!Lo siento, Kar woo, pero no volveremos a visitar. No nos comprometimos a pagar el precio completo, entonces, ¿por qué se vio comprometida la calidad de nuestros alimentos? This is THE place unbeatable Everything is 10/10 apart from the woo burger(7/10) But just so mouth watering I’m getting hungry writing this.

I really liked the food at karwoo. I especially liked the chicken and sweet corn soup. And mashaallah it is halal good to know and will definitely come again

Trying Karwoo for the first time in a couple of years. I believe they are under new ownership since my last visit. I had ordered via the phone and was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. Unfortunately I had to wait 45 minutes in total for the food. I had the chicken fried rice with chillies. This was really spicy which was to my liking. I always had curry chips which was really nice and flavours of curry sauce came out strong. I would definitely come back here again.

Had around 7 takeaways from this place and at times I have had excellent chow meins to truly awful ones that looked like it had been knocked together by a 10 year old. This place needs to learn from its best chef - the chinese lady and make sure everyone cooks like her. I was once given leftovers from the day before when I ordered at lunch time which is truly despicable. There are no shortage of Bengali establishment who can easily do the same food and this lot will be out of business unless they learn to talk to customers politely without sounding like a bunch of street boys and learn to get their food right every time.

Been here before and enjoyed the food. Todays was just dry. Really chilli yet no taste. Always charged different each time i come here

Langostino frito El arroz frito fue duro tres veces y siempre tuvieron una excusa y nunca fueron educados, de hecho, me echaron el ojo cada vez que entré, así que ahora no reciben mi dinero ya que no iría nunca más. .

Been hearing a lot about this place so thought I’d give it ago. Very tasty and. Curry sauce and chips is really nice too. Quick service even though they seemed busy.

Amo a Karwoo. Cada vez que visito a mis madres, mi esposa y yo nos llevamos un plato de pollo Naga chow mein y pollo frito Naga con arroz. Siempre llamo y ordeno y siempre está listo cuando voy a recoger. Ojalá fuera mi local, así podría tenerlo más a menudo. Bien hecho, los hermanos y MashaAllah mantienen el trabajo. Kamal

Ambiente 5 / 10: El ambiente es normalmente el tipo de ambiente que intenta evitar. Aparcamiento repleto de vehículos fuera alquilado roadmans e incapaz de retener los pantalones por sus caderas a pesar de tener los cinturones muy visible conectado. Dicho esto, había un poco de respeto presente como una gran mayoría de la gente eran hermanos musulmanes (larga barba, o con sus esposas, etc). No hacer que se sienta mejor. También hay sitio para aparcar, así que puede realizar su pedido y esperar ir en el coche (la mayoría de la gente parecía hacer esto). Esto no es culpa de los propietarios, sólo una observación justa - No quiero mis hermanas menores o mujeres miembros de la familia viene aquí solo por las noches.

He oído tantas críticas entusiasmado sobre esta pequeña joya. Pensé que era hora de probar este hotel. Y no me decepcionó. El personal que me atendió fue muy educado y amable. Como nunca es estado en este sitio antes de preguntar cuál era su plato popular. No tratar de vender todo el menú. Sólo elegimos un par de platos y dije que no te decepcionará. Y tenía razón. Los sabores eran acertadas. Absolutamente encantador. Me encantó. Este será un habitual para mí. Mi familia me encantó y quiero volver a por más. Días felices:).

Qué puedo decir. La comida aquí es absolutamente HERMOSA. Bonito compañero jubbely si captas mi drift jajaja. Recomendaría el curry de ternera y el arroz frito de ternera. No puedo tener suficiente de eso. El personal es amable, la comida es mala y el lugar SIEMPRE está ocupado.

I was so excited about Kar Woo as halal Chinese is rare, and I've heard so many people rave about it. Naturally, when you hear of Chinese cuisine, you want to try the noodles. I ordered beef chow mein, get home (I'm not a local, so the anticipation during the drive home was real!) and find they gave me rice instead. RICE! I don't know how they could have misheard me. It was spicy too, even though I requested mild. Note that I prefer to taste my food as opposed to feeling my tongue burning. Left a lot to be desired.

Food is very nice and tasty But some days can be bad , The boys at the till are very Moody and rude Highly recommended Halal food 👍🏽👌🏽

I'm a regular customer of this place and I usually order the prawn or beef chow mein. Re ordered both today and was extremely disappointed with the quality of food. Reheated rubbery noodles and meat, dry, and hardly any meat. Threw half of it away!

If you like things spicey...... best to go for naga fried rice. It will blow your socks off aswell as tantalise your taste buds. 10/10. Ring before hand for collection or you will be waiting for a long time. It is always busy.

Really nice food. I like my food spicy hot. So if you ask for a chicken fried rice with Naga chilli you will get a really nice spicy dish.

La comida era bastante bueno el único problema es que pedí plato suave y no era suave. Era demasiado picante para mi gusto. 100% halal es realmente parte trasera de encontrar. Y usan el contenedor pequeño para llevar. Me volvería a probar este lugar otra vez, quizás sólo de los puede obtener especias derecho

He utilizado un par de veces a su recomendación. Puedo decir muy buena comida y servicio. Muy concurrido por una razón. Recientemente tomada por alguien que ahora venden comida completamente halal.

Ha sido dos veces especial arroz frito con patatas fritas y naga chili y curry! Amaaaazing y gran precio! Perfecto para un día de frío!

I have been a customer of Karwoo for many years but then stopped eating there as I was informed that the chicken was not halal. This was also verified by recent investigation that took place to confirm the chicken was being sold as halal when it wasn’t. The Chinese owners continued lying to Muslim customers which very much disappoints me! I had close friends who ate there regularly and were unaware of this. Allhamdullilah, before Ramadhan 2016 some brothers purchased the shop and it now 100% halal. The food is brilliant and im back again regularly at this shop for my Chinese takeouts. Never fail to disappoint, the food is exactly the same as they have kept the previous workers just changed the suppliers for chicken and meat – 100% halal certified food (no pork etc). I have to say, I certainly did my Chicken Friend rice with naga (recommended) as you wont get the same food anywhere else in London, no one comes close to Karwoo. Make sure u try out the curry and chips too! I would recommend everyone to Karwoo. 5* from me!

first time I've tried singapore fried rice and chow mein oh my god the food was banging,love the service, young brothers working who were really friendly. fast service would definatly recommend to friends and family.

Not keen on Chinese food but it has the bestcurry chips and fried rice ! Haven't found a place that matches up to it as of yet.

Really nice food, quick service and the staff were really friendly. Mr Wong is a very good chap! The price is very reasonable and affordable.
