Takeaway only Trailer , good food but you need to wait as cooked fresh

Ordered a Pad Thai and I wish I could say it was great but it really wasn’t. Being such a popular dish you would expect it to be decent but it was just too sweet, no peanuts and over cooked mushy noodles. I couldn’t even finish it

Not bad food considering it's from a van, had a nasty run in with a man associated with the business though. Loading the food into his car at the end of the night we noticed on a walk. I'm not sure that's safe transportation of commercial food?

This is serious Thai food from the street. A true gem in Newquay and authentic as it gets. Always blows our minds and friends who eat from here especially friends who have travelled in Thailand and know their stuff. These ladies also now how to put some fire in the food and balanced with deep flavours. Wanting to eat from there now thinking about it... Phoning is tough so arrive and order, be prepared for a little wait but it's totally worth it.

Just the best Thai food around!! Had lots of the menu and it’s all very delicious! Full of flavour and just as good if not better the next day too! Service is wonderful as well and usually made in 30 minutes 😊

So tasty - so handy! Staying at nearby hotel and didn’t want restaurant food. Not much else that end of town but luckily the Thai truck was 3 minute walk away! Very fresh and crunchy vegetables, huge portions (I had pad Thai with loads of chicken). Excellent and very good value.

Best Thai in Newquay by far! Everything is fresh ...Lovely Ladies to and fairly priced ! My favourite is the Tom Yum soup. Definitely recommend this takeaway

Authentic as they come. I eat a lot of Thai food and this is some of the best I’ve ever had, and excellent value for money. 10/10, highly recommend. Chicken satay amazing!

We stumbled across this takeaway after a day at the beach and were blown away by the food! We had a beef, pork + veg massaman curry, chicken pad Thai, samosas, tod min paa and Jasmin rice. All of it was delicious, the massaman Currys especially are the best Thai Currys we've ever eaten. The prices are fantastic. The only thing that i would recommend is that you phone ahead as the wait is around 45min that are sooo busy. We can't wait to go back :)

After a warm day out yesterday, we decided to get a thai takeaway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were due to close but stayed open to fulfil our order so we did not go hungry. I had Satay chicken on skewers for starters, which was delicious. I followed up with King Prawn Penang with Jasmine rice which was spicy and again very tasty. Prices were very reasonable too. The only accept cash but there is a Barclays cash machine not far away. We both enjoyed the food so much, we returned again tonight and I had King Prawn pad Thai. Again a large portion which I thoroughly enjoyed. 5 stars for food and service.

Really authentic Thai food!! Sooooo delicious highly recommend, the women who work here are really lovely too… remember to bring cash though :) got our food with really fast service and went and sat on the cliff to watch sunset

We’ve been driving past this place for ages and tonight we decided to get a takeaway for the family…..it was terrible! Just really cheap ingredients in ridiculously watery sauce on every dish. Would not recommend.

Amazing food and amazing value. We are on our last night in Newquay and had to try here again as we last ate here jn 2019. The food did not disappoint. Great quality and amazing value. This was the best value meal that we have had during our week In Newquay. Service was quick and the food so tasty. We cannot recommend enough.

Couldn't agree more with their slogan "great good, great portions great prices". What an excellent operation they have going on here out of a small street van. My red curry was very tasty and easily the best meal that I have had on holiday. Highly recommended if you enjoy authentic Thai food.

Although advertised as ‘dine-in’ it is NOT. It is a takeaway operating out of a van. The only ‘dine-in’ option, if you can call it that, is to sit on the wall next to it! We walked 15-minutes to get there to find this out. The staff seemed confused when asked where the dine-in section was. We went elsewhere.

Wrong order received. Made them aware. They changed the order. But the chef wasn't happy and we could she her cooking in anger. Never ever going to order again from this place.

Tasteless pad Thai in orange sauce with few ingredients (cardboard like bland chicken) mostly rice noodles. Not authentic Pad Thai & quite disappointing considering the chefs are Thai and there seemed to be good reviews (which convinced me to try this place as there's not much takeaways close by in that area).

We haven’t used this for a couple of months so decided to tonight. Sent my order before 5pm via text to collect around 7pm as we have always done. Only to find they don’t read text messages anymore. This took them 15mins to decide this. Then they asked us to tell them the numbers for the food and wouldn’t read the list (which we always send). This meant going to the back of a queue and waiting 45 mins for the food. Very disappointing service but can’t fault the food.

Transported back to Thailand with this food! Proper home cooking by the ladies. Light and flavoursome - all the veg options are delicious (and not just packed with potatoes). Just the right heat. Couldn't ask for a more authentic and tasty experience after a long day in the sea. Thank you.

Hands down the best and most authentic thai I have had in a very long time 😊 I had the vege Thai red and my husband had Thai green with chicken. Will definitely be back!

Easy to park- Pulled over for a quick bite- wasn’t that busy ordered a beef massaman and pad Thai - stated would be 17 mins and was £15. All good. Came out piping hot, on time and tasty! Will recommend and use again!

Ordered sweet chilli chicken with red and green peppers. Didn't have peppers so rather than say anything just gave me some pretty dry tasteless noodles with a few bits of chicken and half a cabbage leaf. Got my money back

This is the second time we have had food from here on our holiday to newquay, we also visited last year. The food is incredible and the spices/flavouring are spot on. We had the Thai green curry, sweet chilli chicken noodles, rice and peanut chicken. This was all cooked perfectly, fast collection and great portion sizes for the price.

We’ve been meaning to try this place for years as we’ve only ever heard amazing things about the food. Having a Thai step mum who is an amazing cook I know what good Thai food tastes like and I can only say that the food from here is up there with the best I’ve ever tasted. We love it so much we’ve been back every week for the last month and every time the food has been tasty, fresh and with friendly service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Got a few meals for takeaway to share with the partner, the food was amazing and I couldn't get enough. Sad that the opening hours are so short.

Authentic Thai food - great little spot

I was looking forward to this given the good reviews. Had to wait 30 minutes for food even though I got there just after they opened. The prawns tasted sickly sweet but also bitter. Not good. Even though it was disappointing, I ate it as I though it was edible. Later on, I felt ill and threw up. So now I question their hygiene and whether the food was fresh. The prawns were obviously gone off but served anyway. Disgusting rip off. The food inspectors need to revisit this trailer takeaway.

The ladies here really know how to cook up a feast. I’ve eaten a lot of Thai food in my time, and the food here is sublime. The meat is always excellent quantity, and there’s plenty of it! They’re happy to moderate spiciness for you which is impressive considering how busy they are, and with such a tiny kitchen. My favourites are the Yum Nua spicy beef salad and the duck red curry with pineapple and tomatoes. When I ever have friends stay, this a go to as I know they won’t disappoint. Excellent portion sizes to boot.

This takeaway van is regularly recommended on the Newquay Facebook Page, this was our first try & I’m kicking myself for so many missed meals. The food is outrageously good, the portions huge & the prices really reasonable. You MUST make sure to phone your order through at least an hour before you want to pick up as this place gets rammed & if you pop the car wash (the van is in the car park)into your Waze the van is easy to find. Don’t miss out on a truly memorable food experience next time you’re in Newquay .

After looking up this in the area, this one seemed to have the best reviews so went to give it a try. It's a small van by a car wash so not the most obvious spot. There was already a couple of people waiting in front of me which is often a good sign! There is a good variety of different starters and mains. I ordered 2 starters, a rice and a stir fry which came to just under £20. The portions are really big and I have could probably be shared if you are not big eaters. There was around a 40 minute wait but the food was the best I've had since visiting Newquay. You can call in advance to order too. Will be visiting again before I leave!

We saw the large, daily queues, and thought we've got to try it. Next time I'll ring my order through before collecting, but the food was fantastic

What a find!!! The most delicious food. We had Chicken green curry and a stir fry chicken dish. They were so tasty and beautifully spiced and seasoned. I didn’t want to stop eating even when I was full. DELICIOUS! Having not managed to get into anywhere to ‘eat in’ in Newquay on a Friday night we gave up and stopped at this tiny van which is on the outskirts of town. Lovely ladies cooking lovely food. I’m glad we found it. Highly recommend!!

Amazing food. Having previously lived in Thailand, I am super fussy when it comes to Thai food. This food is authentic and tasty! There was quite a long wait but to be honest it was well with the wait. If only we lived here, we would visit all the time.

Not very good. The stir fry was like soup and the chicken pad thai was bland, there weren't any peanuts and the chicken tasted like it had been heated up a few times, it was tough as old boot.

Can’t rate them highly enough, food only took 30 minutes from ordering to pick up, and was piping hot when taken away, price is extremely good for the quality of food you get, everything we ordered was to perfection, will be back soon!

Thai food cooked to order by three ladies in a small caravan! Portions are generous and very tasty. Be prepared to order and then wait to collect.

Sorry to say but this was honestly the worst Thai food I've ever eaten. The pad Thai was so bland and didn't have any peanuts, the stir fry we ordered was like a soup (and shouldn't have been) and the tempura veg was in huge dumplings rather than tempura batter. Would not recommend - prices are cheap and you get big portions but we wasted loads and it wasn't worth it. Gutted!

This is a small van that serves the best Thai food we have ever tasted. You can see the chef cooking your meal. As she cooked she used a new spoon each time to test the taste and add a new or more spice. You...

Currently on holiday and spotted this driving past. Read the reviews on here and decided to give it a go and we wasn't disappointed. Really enjoyed it. Freshly made infront of us and didn't have to wait long. Will definitely try and get another visit in before we go home

The 5 stars are for the food. It is delicious. They just need to sort their ordering and collection methods. A guy was waiting an hour for his order to find it was already bagged up and had been sitting there a while. A simple whiteboard on display showing people waiting would work well during busy times. And please give realistic cooking times. We watched as four orders were all given the same collection time. As I've said the food is amazing, just make slight changes for busy periods and then everything will be great.

We used this Chinese takeaway twice, as it was so good the first time. Great value and great portions. Excellent food and free delivery in a 3 mile radius, small charge outside of 3 miles. Was dubious about whether they would deliver to our holiday...

Had to give Kao Hom a go due to the rave reviews. Food was pretty good and very reasonably priced. We had spring rolls, prawn crackers, chicken Penang, battered chicken and egg fried rice.

The food was incredible and portions were a really good size. Genuinely tasted like Thailand. The queuing system was chaotic but the food makes it worth it. Will recommend to everyone I know that is coming this way!
