Kake Temptations Yorkshire in Kirklees

We tried the whole cake at the leicester. whilst away in yorkshire we thought wed try the cafe. The bakes are amazing. so much to choose from. Amazing bakery and cafe. the hot drinks are as good.

As a first time customer at kake temptations, I was left disappointed. The cakes were all served to each customer in deep plastic containers with wooden spoons. In this day and age, I would expect the cafe to be more conscious of their plastic waste! I am also shocked that Kake Temptations brands themselves as a ‘gourmet’ bake house - there’s nothing gourmet about eating out of plastic containers! This ruined the entire experience and the cakes did not make up for their downfall. Sadly would not recommend or return.

We've been enjoying Kake Temptations before they moved to the new location! The Bruce, Cheesecake Cakes, Cupcakes, pudding's.. EVERYTHING the bake is Extremely GOOD.. You will not be disappointed! Tis the best, & it's greatly missed, looking forward to them reopening soon!

Zahed and his team made me and my son feel very welcome. We just popped in to see what the newest addition to Batley had to offer, so only stopped for a drink. In the end we had cake and cheesecake between us, plus a cup of Yorkshire tea and coffee. Both cakes were excellent but I was really impressed by the coffee, which was incredible. I understand from Zahed that they get their beans from a high end supplier, which was obvious by the creme and taste. Will definitely be going again.

Had a lovely choc cake with custard. But was very bemused by the small cup of custard I got with my order. I had to open another tin at home to make up for the shortfall. So when you order TELL them to give you a decent amount of custard which should match the lump of cake
