Not visited for a while it as changed a lot but if you want something different not the like other people it’s the place to go so give it a try.

Great place to shop for home furnishings. The Japanese shop on the ground floor was very interesting. We went to see the Pookey lights. There are a lot of lights and shades on display and the lady assistant was very helpful and wrote down our choices for us to buy online at home.

Love visiting here. Enjoy the variety of Home brands and you can often grab a good discount on ex-display items. The food and coffee at the cafe is great, too.

Redbrick mill is one of the best places for such a wide and varied selection of furniture and interior design anywhere in the UK. I have visited many times, I will likely go many more. There are a few areas that vary relatively regularly and a few that are very stable. The cafe on the first floor is also really worth a visit.

Very high end furniture but still worth a visit

Incredible place! I’ve genuinely never seen more beautiful and comfy sofas in one place. All of the staff we met were amazing and charming. We live 2.5-3 hours away and will 100% be back.

The building restoration is sympathetic and quite fabulous ! Its an Interiors Mecca with so many high end brands. My favorite is the Neptune Outlet - who I hope one day will also open up the upstairs in their building

What a place! If your looking for contemporary/ designer furniture, then this is well worth a visit. Over three floors, with a cafe, it's a great place to find something a bit different. Including gifts for the home and your pooch. Feels like your in a New York loft apartment!

We visited from Chester and loved this place. All your furniture and home requirements in one place. We had great experiences in all the shops we visited, especially 'Found' and 'Sofas and Stuff', where Dominic and Stephanie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We will definitely be visiting again.

If you love your interior design, then this is a great place to go. Multiple companies, great furniture and design pieces. Bought great bed cover, wonderful chunky blanket and a super breadbin. Great cafe for lunch and came away inspired

Redbrick is the only place to go in Yorkshire as far as I know to see many suppliers of furniture, decor in showroom settings on a middle to higher end level. It's a 3 storey building converted from an old factory. 4 months ago a loaf showroom..probably about the same size as the one in Manchester. You can enter the rest of the building from inside Loaf. Nice coffee shop there too

Great place with plenty different high street stores under one roof. Cafes are all lovely serving different types of meals and snacks. Ample free parking and plenty bargains to be had. All in all 10 out of 10

Lovely place with nice furniture but very expensive.

Pleasant to walk around. Prices appear to be on the high side. Several sales assistants were just standing around doing nothing. Do they actually sell anything here? The busiest place was the coffee shop.

Spent many thousands here over the years but it's sadly a shadow of itself. Many of the sales staff are overbearing to the point you just walk away to the next floor/section. As for the cafe.... nearly as expensive as the furniture.

Has to be one of the best places for interiors in the north of England. Great for inspiration and some fantastic products and brands. Found at Redbrick is brilliant for gifts. The new Neptune outlet store is a welcome addition as well.

We love our table bought from MOSO in Redbrick Mill and when the order didn't go exactly the plan, the company were able to correct the error and we had our Coffee Table with us before Christmas.

Luxury brands all well presented in a lovely old building that's been really well restored. Couple of dining options for brunch/lunch were good too

I visited purely to buy a pan from the cook shop but sadly it’s closed however all wasn’t lost there’s a shop outlet within red brick mill called Found at Redbrick selling cookware chef’s knives stainless steel pans and what I didn’t expect Netherton Foundry spun iron pans the young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful I ended up buying the prospector pan which will meet my requirements thank you for your help and patience 🙏🏻

Went to the new Neptune outlet which was brilliant. Welcoming staff and plenty of bargains to be had. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Hard to see who this is aimed at given it’s location between Batley and Dewsbury, the prices are high end London not Yorkshire!

So expensive and so out of reach for so many people

Used to come here often and there are a couple of great stores (healed has a really great and broad collection of furniture and furnishings) a number of the great shops have unfortunately gone though and it's slowly becoming a sofa and beds sort of location. I'd still go regularly but wouldn't see much of a reason to walk round more then heals and the coffee shops though.

Went specifically to look at Pooky lights and shades fantastic selection to view, can't buy in store but can buy on line. Brought sample fabrics back home to make a final decision. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Interesting mill conversion - now a large retail building. Couple of cafés. Mostly furnishings and homeware by way of stores. Worth a look for the architecture.

Free parking and lift accessibility snd yes, you can even phone and speak to someone in reception. Two cafes and knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales peeps. Having researched the Web, isn't everything expensive these days????

More furniture oriented, from retro to sleek modern, and a good lighting section on the ground floor and lots of places to eat. It's spread over 4 floors. It's a good place to visit

If you want something to sit on or light a room up, then it's expensively ok. Otherwise not much else there now. Used to be a good variety of things to buy, but it has changed.

Sofology team 5 stars .coffee in coffee shop 5 stars .chap in kitchen ware outlet on ground floor fab .Rest of franchise staff made us feel we were invading their space most couldn't even be bothered to look up from their phone .The thing that shocked me the most .Beautiful building well maintained housing no end of Beautiful furniture, lighting and Art work .Was that they couldn't run to buying a half decent Toilet Roll not what I expected at all .Most of the goods were very overpriced I'm afraid to say

Bought marble dining table which we collected, was protected with bubble rap and rolled on its edge from lift to car park. On unpacking the table was chipped, Baker Studio after 2 weeks of fobbing us off refuse to accept any responsibility, disgraceful service from what we believed to be a reputable retailer. Do redbrick respond to negative experiences or just the positive ??

Diabolical service from Ice Interiors. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered the sofa with Stuart who was fantastic but left the company shortly after. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he answered by million and one questions without hesitation. I went sent an invoice through the post with terms and conditions of the sale. It stated that it was due for delivery 23rd January but if I were to push the delivery date back, I would be charged per week as storage fees. I called up a week before to ask if we were still on track and the woman on the phone was very rude and abrupt. When it did arrive at the warehouse I was emailed twice by said rude woman who stated I needed to get in touch with them as they didn’t have my phone number. Baring it mind it was on the invoice. Not great service when I’ve spent over £2k cash. Then comes delivery… I told them numerous times I would only be home Tuesdays and Wednesdays to accept it.but the delivery driver text me on a Thursday telling me he’d be there Saturday. The message hadn’t been relayed to him. Numerous phone calls prior to this point with redbrick trying to organise delivery, was told it would be one to two weeks as their had been a family death and the guy was taking some time off work - fine, understandable. Three weeks passed before they tried to organise delivery. I explained I needed it urgently as I’d recently been in hospital and I had been left with no sofa which didn’t aid my recovery and the stress certainly didn’t help. That was a complete lack of empathy and understanding despite me telling them the very personal situation I was in. They organised for a different driver to come a week later. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. They told me I’d get charged for storage fees but yet they retained my full balance paid and didn’t offer to refund the delivery fee even though it was their fault. On top of this, full payment was made weeks prior to delivery so I’ve therefore lost any interest I would of gained should the money of remained in my account. Diabolical service and will be making a formal complaint.

Good selection of furniture to review plus a decent cafe. If you are looking for furniture then it's as well to come here as well as IKEA and the other shops at Birstall.

Great place for a big variety of furniture

Furniture never arrived by the date ot was 'promised'. Still waiting 5 weeks later. Seems they take your money and forget about customer service. Will not be using again.

Always excited to go here and always disappointed. Expensive, lacklustre food options, overpriced furniture. Good for ideas, though. And, to be honest, there are very few places to actually try out chairs or feel textiles

Great selection of brands and definitely a league above the majority of other furniture stores you'll find. The prices are generally higher due to being named brands, but there are still a range of cheaper, quality items if you look around. The cafe above the lighting section is great, good coffee and food and there are a few other smaller cafes and toilets dotted around the building so you're never far from one.

High quality furniture at good prices - and options under one roof. Also a couple of decent cafe options.

Will be taking our business elsewhere in future. Ordered a sofa from BAKER STUDIO on Tuesday, perhaps an impulse purchase but realised after we got home that the dimensions aren’t going to work in our living space. Called Baker Studio the following day who are now being difficult over a £670 deposit and we have been told to wait until next week to find out if we will be refunded?? WHAT?? The goods aren’t in production (a day after ordering) so very concerned as to the operation of this business. Wouldn’t recommend for this reason alone. Hoping the business sees sense otherwise they’ll be defending a small claim in court! No disrespect to the staff working here but we’d go elsewhere in future. AVOID.

A great place to wander round. A Hugh car park. We had a lovely lunch in the cafe, definitely will be back.

Great designer and home furnishings department store. You can spend hours looking around the different departments. Thankfully there are a few cafés to choose from to keep you fed and hydrated. There's plenty of choice throughout. If you're after furniture and furnishings to fill your space, artwork to dress your space, or kitchen wares to give your kitchen some more class, Redbrick Mill has something for everyone's taste. They're dog friendly too!

Beautiful furniture and home ware... And the café is decent.

I hadnt visited in a few yrs but unfortunately it's not half as good as it once was, their isn't anywhere near as much to look at anymore, it's mostly sofas. Also a couple of the staff were a little snotty particularly downstairs in the show room. Although that being said their is a few lovely shops dotted about Rocket and George is an absolute fave of mine, their is also cafes dotted around that all look good, unfortunately this visit we were a little late to enjoy any of them. Overall it's a nice place and worth a look round. Just a shame it's not as varied as it once was.

Really spacious, beautiful furniture all in one space.

Good for a few hours but the strong smell of drains downstairs is noticeable. The selection of homewares and furniture is great and there is a clearance section worth checking out too.

Top quality venue for home furnishings and the food in the café is gorgeous. One day if I'm ever wealthy enough I'd love to be able to shop there. Tried a chair, it was very comfortable - but so it should be at almost £6000

Amazing furniture shop, also great that you can take your dog with you and everyone is so helpful! Particularly one of the sales reps in Sofas & Stuff who was so helpful even though we didn't buy anything - he even gave us some chicken to take home of our dog!! Will definitely be returning!
