Este es un gran lugar de café y té con opciones de comidas y aperitivos, así como la oportunidad de descansar y relajarse. El lugar ha estado yendo durante varios años y como local y leales devolvedor he sentido siempre en casa y cómodo con los propietarios que son de mente abierta, amable e incluyente para todos los miembros de la comunidad local, incluyendo LGBTQ. El ambiente es claramente europeo y atiende a diversos gustos, pero te dan un sabor de la vida multicultural en Lambeth cuando parar y relajarse aquí. Una joya de la corona del sur de Londres y exclusivo de venta su propia variedad de producto. Gracias por su buena fe y el placer de traer mi encargo aquí.

The staff here are super friendly and the breakfasts were worth every penny! Kavah has recently reopened following a refurbishment and I'm glad it's back. Great fresh smoothies too!

Very friendly Staff and a good choice of food. The hottest Mocha I have ever had,, Nothing to much trouble for them. Good prices. A great place to chill out 😄

Such a lovely place, comfortable, friendly staff and great food at reasonable price. They cater for vegetaians and will make specials such as beeytroot, orange and walnut summer salad - which is a favourite with me.

I have visited to on a few occasions. Each time, I have not felt welcome. They treat frequent customers in a better manner, even letting them sit in sections of the cafe that are 'closed' to others.This place is run by a very inhospitable woman and her father. They serve stale food and will not provide a refund or exchange despite you showing them that the food is inedible. Avoid! Not worth the hassle. West Norwood is an up and coming area, with many new cafe's springing up all the time, thus there are many better options within a few minutes walk!

On the way home from collecting my 5 year old son from school my son said he needed to go to the toilet, after him stressing that he could not hold it any longer i decided to use the facilities of the nearest restaurant, cafe or coffee shop, which turned out to be Kahvah! On entering the coffee shop i went straight to the cashier and asked if my son could please quickly use their toilet. In response i received a "No you need to purchase something", to which I responded "I really dont like to ask but please could you make an exception as he is only 5 and likely to have an accident any moment", at this point a second cashier came over and then said "actually do you know what? our toilet is broken, why dont you go find a pub or something...we are not a public facility"Feeling quite dumbstruck by this second cashiers answer, i decided on a last ditch attempt to get my son the use of their toilet, so i responded "i dont get what the big problem is...i will buy a drink if necessary but please look at my son he is only a little kid he really needs to go" By this point my son was literally hopping around on the spot!!!Then an older man whom I can only assume was the owner or manager...came over and started shouting at me (in front of my son i might highlight) "Stop pressuring my staff....YOU PEOPLE can never take no for an answer!!! Neither of you will be using my toilet!!" Feeling shocked by this outburst...I got my son out of that awful shop so fast... Im not sure what to make of the mans 'YOU PEOPLE' statement...but it usually has some sort of separatist or racist opinion attached....and to be able to turn away a child in desperate need of the toilet like that, and considering i ended up offering to make a purchase even... I dont think im wrong in assuming it was about alot more than 'the toilet being for paying customers only' This experience had me quite shaken up, and my poor son quite upset to...awful awful place!! Anyway to conclude...i went to the cafe next door to Kahvah who let my son use the toilet no problem,,and were so well mannered and friendly that we ended up sitting down and having sandwiches and hot chocolates.

A non-chain coffee place, great coffee, great pastries etc some good kids options. Great to have on the high street

servicio al cliente Terrible, evitar!!!El servicio es muy pobre, arrogante y grosero personal si es el propietario o la camarera. petty actitud Unbelevable. también es extremadamente caro: a veces un capuchino + croissant de pequeña cuesta £3,60 3,70 libras apretaba, probablemente dependiendo del humor del barista.no pienso volver allí y yo le desalentar todos mis amigos que viven en la zona para ir allí. deberían valorar sus clientes más, no tratan de manera inconsiderate_nus.

Al haber ido a este lugar muchas veces en el pasado y disfruta, de tarde las cosas han ido cuesta abajohe decidido no volver por varias razones1. Ellos no parecen estar funcionando este lugar como un negocio pero más para su conveniencia2. cierran la parte trasera del restaurante regularmente sin razón aparente dejando a todos apretados en la pequeña zona frontal y en ocasiones he podido conseguir un asiento. ¿Cuál es el punto de tener muchos asientos y luego parar gente con ellos?3. Los baños en la parte de atrás tiene una cerradura y tiene una difícil de utilizar número cerradura ... ¿por qué?4. no abren suficientes horas temprano o tarde5. no parecen entender el concepto de servicio al cliente6. La calidad ha ido hecho en términos de la comida6. no es barato, así que justo esperar másno tomar mucho para ponerlo otra vez a la derecha.

Me vienen aquí para mí tiempo agradable y relajado, el personal es servicial y siempre con una sonrisa.El único inconveniente que no abre temprano por la mañana (7:30 am en adelante) ya que es el tiempo que empezar un trabajo y hacen un buen café en la forma que lo pidas.

Always pleasure to be here. Food is great, cakes are lovely and service is good too. It is quiet and seats are comfy. Highly recommended

Local resident working a hectic schedule out before 7:50am and no time for breakfast. Hungry. Where do I choose to go for a lovely lunchtime experience? The nicest looking cafe on Norwood High street. I went for what I thought was Eggs Benedict. The smoked salmon was hard. The poached eggs were cold by the time my colleagues food arrived and the Hollandaise sauce was made with Orange... I advised the owner that I was not enjoying my food and she said "that's how the chef makes it." My apple juice came in a dirty glass so I couldn't drink it. No apology and I feel that I was robbed in broad daylight of £7.95. I will never eat there again.If I could rate it zero i would!

Nicest café in West Norwood - have been going there for a couple of years. Lovely freshly made sandwiches (minted lamb is my favourite), plus good soups and cakes. Staff are friendly and the interior is appealing with comfortable seats.

This is nice place, comfortable with reasonable food. Yet they do not let you to plug in your laptops/tablets, which to me is a major drawback
