I asked for well done waffle and crepes, I had to explain once and it was done. Amazing crispy waffle with ice-cream. The service was very good, Shivani served us and she was very kind by coming to check on us. Highly recommend, very clean and nice music.

Im not sure as I don’t want to make any assumptions , but somethings wrong. Maybe it’s where the driver kept the food (in the bag) which caused the smell . No,I looked but couldn’t find anything the food just looks and smells extremely bad as if expired / rotten. I’ve had to throw away all the food I’ve order which was for my kids . I’d like some help with a possible refund

It is very striking, pretty and very cool. I recommend it since the food is delicious and the employees are very nice. And Juana is very nice, she treats you with respect and very well and is very professional. The Oreo Shakes are very delicious.

Desserts were lovely & prepared freshly. Absolutely no complaints in regards to the food. However the delivery driver didn’t deliver to my door as asked, rang my intercom multiple times even though my notes clearly stated I have a baby!

Yesterday I order some 15 paid they wrong put in order that rip off only 5paid they give me small cake that 10 paid. I need a refund. If that my order doesn’t have any cake then just refund it’s waste my money.

Order came completely wet the Diet Coke had some how opened and spilt onto my waffle and made it soggy and not able to eat the Diet Coke was basically empty bag was soaking delivery driver gave zero fudges I just want my money back to my bank account and not credit .

The food quality was really bad. Seems who ever prepared didn’t know how to do it. As the crepe dough was really bad, it taste horribly. Dry and hard. We couldn’t eat. And the bananas and strawberries goes inside. This time who ever made it. Leave bananas and strawberries outside. When usually goes inside. So I can tell who ever made my order was clueless on how to do it. And so much money. It’s very expensive and bad made

me and my friends went to uxbridge creams and we ordered an oreo waffle and a oreo milkshake amd our order took 48 minutes to come and people that ordered after me there ordered cane before mine and they forgot about my friends milkshake then when i finally got my waffle it was cold and it took them 40 minutes to make a milkshake!!!!!!!!!!!!.

My food wasn't delivered to my door. It was left outside my block! I went to check why my order was taking long only to find out it was left outside of the block! That's absolute rubbish service My waffle is cold now.

They sent me burnt cookie dough. I requested compensation and was told no all restaurants have their way of making things. I always order cookie dough from here. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I also know when something is burnt. It was more like a cookie. It was hard. It didn’t have a soft centre at all. There was a crunch. Yet just eat refuse to compensate me.

They got my waffle completely wrong

The workers were not very friendly. I asked to buy another waffer for my 1 year old and the other colleague said, well there's no price..let's assume it's £1 pound for a wafer (a small size). Bear in mind for 3 items only I paid £19.75 Then to order she told me to sit down, and her colleague told me to go to the till. These people need instructions and communication and someone in the shop that knows what they are doing...the ice cream and all we got was good at least.
