Worst ice-cream I've ever had, no flavour. Customer service was appalling with no instructions for the overly complicated ordering system, staff confused over a very simple 2 ice-cream order. Dark and dingy for what should be a fun place...

Absolutely fantastic experience at Creams, Waffles and Crepes on the Point! From the moment we walked in, Ana provided top-tier customer service—super polite, incredibly attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, and her warm, professional attitude really made the visit special. The desserts were delicious, but Ana's service made it five stars without question. Highly recommend!

The cake I received was dry and it had no flavour. Even Costco cake is better than that abomination

Waffle damaged and missing item

The place was very cozy for the occasion. I was with my family. The dishes were all on the table at the same time, so we all enjoyed our desserts together. Thank you, Juana. Yesterday we visited Creams and we ordered cakes and ice-creams. Cakes are really good with their price. Puja is the only stuff who was more active and attentive. I would suggest everyone when you visit that place make sure the she must be there over phone call to them. Thank you Puja. Thank you for your suggestion and help.

I had such a lovely experience at Creams Café Brixton! The atmosphere was great, and the desserts were delicious as always. A special shoutout to Puja from the crew — her service was exceptional. Horrible! I have been there today 8 pm not busy at all, 1 hour to get a coffee latte and 2 for tap water, very bad services, the staff it’s too young and i really want to put a complaint about it, i made a order and waited for 37 minutes, went to the toll and asked and said oh sorry we forgot, i had to exit and just serve myself until my table this store is very ridiculous, everyone was complaining with the food was cold and taking too long to arrive!!!!never coming back!

I am a bit late for review. I visited Creams on the 20th of December. Crew Puja was excellent in service and handled it in a significant way. It was an outstanding customer service experience in Her almost single-handed way. Thank you, Puja, for serving us delicious food.

was missing my free ice cream that's supposed to come with my cookie dough as well as a drizzle of white chocolate sauce.

The food is absolutely amazing I would definitely come back with my kids the service is amazing especially the lady named puja she was amazing.

The chocolate indulgence pancake is delicious and the stuff very friendly, especially Pooja!

The cappuccino was good , strong and frothy, as requested. The Lemon meringue cheesecake was delicious as was the gelato . Unfortunately The Mexican nachos were not good value for money and the nacho cheese should be sent separately to avoid them going soggy . There was no separation between hot & cold items which I’d expect. Mexican nachos should have had red kidney beans in sauce served with it so I was disappointed. That’s something to be addressed to justify the cost.

I went with my children and and they were so indecisive about what they wanted but the sales assistant Shivani was amazing she was very patient and took all our orders. I also mentioned it was one of the kids birthday and she made it very special designing the plate and a little candle. My child was speechless and licked off all the chocolate writing.

Portions at Brixton branch are smaller than other branches. The quality of desserts is very low. There is no taste to the ice cream. There is way too much sugar and no real cream taste. I had hot and cold sundae today and the "brownie" was nothing like a brownie but a store bought chocolate sponge. It was dry, way too sugary and the texture was rough. My daughter was eager to try their cookie dough gelatto. There was literally one tiny piece of cookie dough in the scoop. She didn't enjoy her ice cream, so left it. What a shame that businesses don't try at all. The prices increase while the quality plummet rapidly. The quantity too.

Puja and Shivani did a excellent job with our order. I went in for my daughters birthday along with 8 of her friends and they did a great job with taking our orders and making it as quick as possible. Thank you

Im not sure as I don’t want to make any assumptions , but somethings wrong. Maybe it’s where the driver kept the food (in the bag) which caused the smell . No,I looked but couldn’t find anything the food just looks and smells extremely bad as if expired / rotten. I’ve had to throw away all the food I’ve order which was for my kids . I’d like some help with a possible refund

We come to creams it takes team 15 mnit to take order , they all concentrated on delivery service. No one Cares that we are standing to order After ordering we have to wait more than half an hour to get one wafle. Even thought the food is good you need to work on customer service

They wrong put my order and miss the classic crepe butter icing super lemon juice, I need a refund.

It is very striking, pretty and very cool. I recommend it since the food is delicious and the employees are very nice. And Juana is very nice, she treats you with respect and very well and is very professional. The Oreo Shakes are very delicious.
