absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a crep & a milkshake I didn't receive the milkshake and the crepe had had no filling inside

food came cold and took extremely long to come?

was missing my free ice cream that's supposed to come with my cookie dough as well as a drizzle of white chocolate sauce.

Nothing to do with the driver - my order came 3 hours and 15 minutes late.

service both in shop and delivery was quick and well done.

The cappuccino was good , strong and frothy, as requested. The Lemon meringue cheesecake was delicious as was the gelato . Unfortunately The Mexican nachos were not good value for money and the nacho cheese should be sent separately to avoid them going soggy . There was no separation between hot & cold items which I’d expect. Mexican nachos should have had red kidney beans in sauce served with it so I was disappointed. That’s something to be addressed to justify the cost.

I went with my children and and they were so indecisive about what they wanted but the sales assistant Shivani was amazing she was very patient and took all our orders. I also mentioned it was one of the kids birthday and she made it very special designing the plate and a little candle. My child was speechless and licked off all the chocolate writing.

Portions at Brixton branch are smaller than other branches. The quality of desserts is very low. There is no taste to the ice cream. There is way too much sugar and no real cream taste. I had hot and cold sundae today and the "brownie" was nothing like a brownie but a store bought chocolate sponge. It was dry, way too sugary and the texture was rough. My daughter was eager to try their cookie dough gelatto. There was literally one tiny piece of cookie dough in the scoop. She didn't enjoy her ice cream, so left it. What a shame that businesses don't try at all. The prices increase while the quality plummet rapidly. The quantity too.

Puja and Shivani did a excellent job with our order. I went in for my daughters birthday along with 8 of her friends and they did a great job with taking our orders and making it as quick as possible. Thank you

Super friendly staff and we tried a variety of different foods and drinks, and it was all great. You'll get a lot when you order though, so be prepared for that :D

i ordered a crepe and a lotus biscoff milkshake with extra soft serve. i’ve received an oreo milkshake with no soft serve on the side i paid extra for. unacceptable

I asked for well done waffle and crepes, I had to explain once and it was done. Amazing crispy waffle with ice-cream. The service was very good, Shivani served us and she was very kind by coming to check on us. Highly recommend, very clean and nice music.

Im not sure as I don’t want to make any assumptions , but somethings wrong. Maybe it’s where the driver kept the food (in the bag) which caused the smell . No,I looked but couldn’t find anything the food just looks and smells extremely bad as if expired / rotten. I’ve had to throw away all the food I’ve order which was for my kids . I’d like some help with a possible refund

We come to creams it takes team 15 mnit to take order , they all concentrated on delivery service. No one Cares that we are standing to order After ordering we have to wait more than half an hour to get one wafle. Even thought the food is good you need to work on customer service

It is very striking, pretty and very cool. I recommend it since the food is delicious and the employees are very nice. And Juana is very nice, she treats you with respect and very well and is very professional. The Oreo Shakes are very delicious.

Desserts were lovely & prepared freshly. Absolutely no complaints in regards to the food. However the delivery driver didn’t deliver to my door as asked, rang my intercom multiple times even though my notes clearly stated I have a baby!

there were parts of the waffle that were undercooked and soggy. Moreover, the whole waffle itself was cold. This experience was very unpleasant therefore I would like a refund.

Order came completely wet the Diet Coke had some how opened and spilt onto my waffle and made it soggy and not able to eat the Diet Coke was basically empty bag was soaking delivery driver gave zero fudges I just want my money back to my bank account and not credit .

The food quality was really bad. Seems who ever prepared didn’t know how to do it. As the crepe dough was really bad, it taste horribly. Dry and hard. We couldn’t eat. And the bananas and strawberries goes inside. This time who ever made it. Leave bananas and strawberries outside. When usually goes inside. So I can tell who ever made my order was clueless on how to do it. And so much money. It’s very expensive and bad made

me and my friends went to uxbridge creams and we ordered an oreo waffle and a oreo milkshake amd our order took 48 minutes to come and people that ordered after me there ordered cane before mine and they forgot about my friends milkshake then when i finally got my waffle it was cold and it took them 40 minutes to make a milkshake!!!!!!!!!!!!.

My crep came though and it made my belly hurt and if this continues I will not be ordering from creams in Brixton any more

My food wasn't delivered to my door. It was left outside my block! I went to check why my order was taking long only to find out it was left outside of the block! That's absolute rubbish service My waffle is cold now.

They sent me burnt cookie dough. I requested compensation and was told no all restaurants have their way of making things. I always order cookie dough from here. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I also know when something is burnt. It was more like a cookie. It was hard. It didn’t have a soft centre at all. There was a crunch. Yet just eat refuse to compensate me.
