Im not sure as I don’t want to make any assumptions , but somethings wrong. Maybe it’s where the driver kept the food (in the bag) which caused the smell . No,I looked but couldn’t find anything the food just looks and smells extremely bad as if expired / rotten. I’ve had to throw away all the food I’ve order which was for my kids . I’d like some help with a possible refund

We come to creams it takes team 15 mnit to take order , they all concentrated on delivery service. No one Cares that we are standing to order After ordering we have to wait more than half an hour to get one wafle. Even thought the food is good you need to work on customer service

It is very striking, pretty and very cool. I recommend it since the food is delicious and the employees are very nice. And Juana is very nice, she treats you with respect and very well and is very professional. The Oreo Shakes are very delicious.

Desserts were lovely & prepared freshly. Absolutely no complaints in regards to the food. However the delivery driver didn’t deliver to my door as asked, rang my intercom multiple times even though my notes clearly stated I have a baby!

Yesterday I order some 15 paid they wrong put in order that rip off only 5paid they give me small cake that 10 paid. I need a refund. If that my order doesn’t have any cake then just refund it’s waste my money.

Order came completely wet the Diet Coke had some how opened and spilt onto my waffle and made it soggy and not able to eat the Diet Coke was basically empty bag was soaking delivery driver gave zero fudges I just want my money back to my bank account and not credit .

The food quality was really bad. Seems who ever prepared didn’t know how to do it. As the crepe dough was really bad, it taste horribly. Dry and hard. We couldn’t eat. And the bananas and strawberries goes inside. This time who ever made it. Leave bananas and strawberries outside. When usually goes inside. So I can tell who ever made my order was clueless on how to do it. And so much money. It’s very expensive and bad made

me and my friends went to uxbridge creams and we ordered an oreo waffle and a oreo milkshake amd our order took 48 minutes to come and people that ordered after me there ordered cane before mine and they forgot about my friends milkshake then when i finally got my waffle it was cold and it took them 40 minutes to make a milkshake!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The Oreo waffle was burnt it was also very hard.

My food wasn't delivered to my door. It was left outside my block! I went to check why my order was taking long only to find out it was left outside of the block! That's absolute rubbish service My waffle is cold now.

They sent me burnt cookie dough. I requested compensation and was told no all restaurants have their way of making things. I always order cookie dough from here. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I also know when something is burnt. It was more like a cookie. It was hard. It didn’t have a soft centre at all. There was a crunch. Yet just eat refuse to compensate me.

The workers were not very friendly. I asked to buy another waffer for my 1 year old and the other colleague said, well there's no price..let's assume it's £1 pound for a wafer (a small size). Bear in mind for 3 items only I paid £19.75 Then to order she told me to sit down, and her colleague told me to go to the till. These people need instructions and communication and someone in the shop that knows what they are doing...the ice cream and all we got was good at least.

I was excited about getting my unicone as I passed the picture on my way home the day before. The 3 stars are for the ice cream, which for £2.45 was a generous sized waffle cone & vanilla ice cream. Would've preferred more hundreds & thousands as in the picture but the cherry on top was yummy. Had to wait long just for an ice cream to go. The queuing system & ordering was disorganised as well as no customer service at the till. It was just take my order then onto the next person with no instruction, such as it will be about 5 minutes & your ticket has a number on it so you can wait over there. The vibe of the place wasn't very nice & dark inside so it wouldn't be somewhere I would sit in & eat. I did enjoy the ice cream thou so no complaints with it, which is the only reason I went there & the only reason I'd go back.

Love to pop in for a quick ice cream cone or waffles. Very lovely South American woman working there, it's nice to see people so friendly and smiley working to make your stay comfortable. Great variety of ice creams that always taste good. Will keep coming back.

My order was accepted at 21:12 and it didn’t arrive till 10:45, it took longer then an hour for a small order to arrive. I am very unsatisfied by the service as I also tried to call the restaurant but no one was picking up. As I wanted an update on my order. I was also appalled with how I tried to cancel the order and it said it wouldn’t give me a full refund after waiting an hour for a courier to accept the job. I am so unsatisfied with the service and would like some change. Thanks

I fancied an ice cream this evening, despite the cold weather, and as I'd never visited here before and the sign 'Gelato' made me think it might be good I thought I'd give it a go. How much is a scoop, I asked. £2.75 the guy behind the counter replied. It seemed a lot for just one scoop, but I had set my mind on getting one. I chose Pistacchio in a cone to take away and went to pay, handing over £3 to a different man. He said it's £3.25 and waved a board at me that said in small letters that it was 50p for the cone (which was tiny and the ball of ice cream was balanced precariously across the top). I don't know how many people carry ice cream away in their hands but this was a first for me. After some argument he agreed not to charge me for the cone and gave me 50p change after I said I wouldn't come here again. That there was negligible pistacchio flavour in the ice cream is a second reason why I don't think I'll be darkening their doorstep again.

Quick delivery Perfectly cooked and presented. Food delicious as always! Very happy customer. Will order again
