As amazing as always both for food (both bbq and korean dishes) and services they provide. Had a really great time there with friends.

Overpriced per person for the food they offer at £31. Drinks are NOT included. Choice of meat is limited as not all are marinated. Side lettuce you have to pay for separately (but meat included in buffet)?! Chicken wings and Japchae were good. 90 mins seating time. We attended for a family birthday. Nothing special at all. Would not go again.

Can never go wrong with a buffet and we did reserve in advance which helped a lot with skipping the queue even at dinner time. Although we did end up taking forever to sit down due to their card machine being super slow and was held back a lot. Food was great and the fried selections were nice as well. Highly recommend to give this place a try but if in bigger groups, reserve in advance!

Unreal experience! Could not recommend more. Get in and scan the QR code and join the queue, keep an eye on your phone for the texts and be ready for your table. It’s that simple! Sayeed and the team were absolutely wonderful! The food was brilliant. They dealt with difficult customers like experts and they have a great policy to discourage food waste. Will 100% be back again! Can’t recommend the spicy pork and kimchi rice enough. Sushi was great too. Do be patient with the team as they are working in an extremely busy environment and providing an amazing service so deserve some grace :) Thanks guys!!

We went out to try KTown as we were in the area as well as it was a friend’s birthday. As expected, we had to queue. It was a long wait of about 50mins. It was worth it tho. Food was really nice, however it was really time pressured. But everything we had was really tasty and yummy. Can’t wait to go back again.

I am vegetarian (not strict - I will eat dishes with oyster sauce/fish sauce/traces of shrimp/crustacean etc) so I was a bit worried as all the reviews mostly mention how much meat there was. However I was pleasantly surprised at the 'vegetarian' options (some contained the fishy stuff above), especially the aubergine was delicious! The dishes weren't explicitly labeled as vegetarian but said whether they included any of the fishy stuff. I was expecting there would be more tofu options. The dessert options were poor. Plenty of staff around filling up the buffet. I think overall it is a little pricey.

Not the authentic steak and chicken. The original has thin slices of meat and this restaurant had meat slices with bones. Overall food variety was great! Service was really good too! I was surprised that you had to pay 2.5 gbp fr lettuce, something i didnt imagine paying for. Something else that really bothered us was that servers are going around checking the food on your table every 2 mins. I was a bit uncomfortable with people looking at me eating. It was nice of them to change the bbq a couple of times but they kept coming around as if we had a school quiz and the teachers were checking if theres any cheating.

Recommended by one of my friends. A delicious Korean BBQ buffet offers a great range of fresh food, including chicken, beef, squid, and shrimp. The time limit is one and a half to enjoy your meal. A few minor cons are the ventilation, there was a noticeable cooking smoking smell. Also, the fried chicken was a bit too sweet and greasy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider going back.

Best buffet I’ve had, didn’t expect the quality to match that of restaurants (usually buffets purposely add extra salt but food here is appropriately seasoned). There’s a good variety of food to try, from seafood soup to kimchi pancakes, and seaweed salad side. We went at 12pm when they just opened and it was already busy. The downside is that this place is quite noisy so you can’t really hear each other, and it was busy at some point that you had to queue a bit to get food. Time limit is 1.5hour, extra charge if you have food leftover or want to stay longer. We didn’t get around for desserts but already full from the amount of food we tried.

This place does not disappoint, it's more expensive now but for a once in a while treat it is worth it. The beef short ribs should be number one on your must try BBQ list. Good selection of buffet style Korean food.

We went there and first of all the guy of the reception was just charging money without even explain what we need to do. Food: not that good quality in comparison of the price , was just 1 option of chicken Crispy and we were waiting for 30 min to get more cakes because was empty , the ice cream was so basic and cheap quality . The rules are so strict there and we couldn’t even enjoy because we were feeling pressure. Atmosphere: so busy and noisy , not a enjoyable ambient We were so exited to get there but wasn’t a good experience, definitely I wouldn’t come back. PD: we just enjoyed the egg fried rice , paying £70 pounds just for that ….

Their Korean hot dishes are good. There are many choice of meats for Barbecue. but just don’t expect the meats for barbecue are Korean style. I came for Korean barbecue that why it’s not quite meet my expectations. Overall, their food is nice.

It is exactly what you want from an all you can eat BBQ place. The meat itself is of great quality and has its array of chicken, pork, prawn, squid, beef and has mushrooms and onions if you fancy grilling some of those to go alongside your meats. Decent selection of sushi and dumplings to scallion pancakes and pickled vegetables like kimchi and pickled radish. I wouldn't recommend if you're vegetarian, but they do offer options like soft tofu and vegetarian dumplings and soups. Desert is lacking but it's ok because the main idea is to fill up on BBQ. They offer bottled water but also have tap water jugs you can take for the table. They regularly change the hotplates to make sure they place doesn't smoke up and with everyone grilling and chatting it makes for a great hour and a half challenge. There is a £10 charge for food wastage so don't be too greedy.

Had a booking for cousins birthday we drove there for over an hour and was turned away even though we were in the line for ages. Staff were rude and abrupt and no customer service

This is not a Korean experience. Dirty place. Small a old restaurant who is never been cleaned. The toilets are more horrible then public toilets in Asia or Africa. Non of people who was there spoke Korean. Too expensive for the food what is not properly prepared. The sweets are just a Korean biscuit cut in 4 pieces (shame). How is possible to come at 6 PM when they open and on the floor under the table to find food from last time when was open? Means they don't clean. I will never come again. The guy who invite me to table give me impressions that he was interested on my pin from my card when I do payment (no privacy). Hope the owners of this restaurant see this comments and do some change. I 'm so disappointed because I drove 166 miles from Manchester to get at this restaurant for nothing. Just lost my money and time.

Great food and prices. Ideal place for a party or celebration.

As others have said the seating system is chaotic, stressful and confusing. If you are not a regular there is no way of knowing that there is a mass changeover at the time booked and so what you have is lots of people pushing to the front as they have 'a reservation'. Seated 15 minutes late and rather cramped when finally at the table. Floor filthy. Food was okay and it is a good experience cooking protein oneself at the table. However I feel it is extremely expensive for what it is and there is certainly a canteen feel to it all. Decent experience, if pricey, but wouldn't go back.

My friends and I drove nearly 2 hours to come here after seeing it on TikTok. I think it’s a little over hyped, nothing special. I guess the buffet element is appealing but other than that I’ve had better food elsewhere. Good value for money though, but ultimately not worth the journey.

As someone who loves Korean food but hasn't had the privilege of enjoying it in Korea, this place gives me an opportunity to still enjoy Korean food in London. It's absolutely worth it, the food, the atmosphere and the vibes. Go there and won't regret it. I have never seen a buffet with so many options.

We booked a table for 10 yesterday for my girlfriend’s birthday. We came from far so we were 15mins late to our booking. But we let them know in advance. They were not very accommodating. We were not told that we would need to pay up front upon entering so one of our guests who arrived earlier had to cover it first. The receptionist also was very condescending when we asked what time we had to finish. In addition, we ordered some drinks, we waited 15 minutes before following it up with the waitress in which she denied receiving that order, one of us had to stand up and approached a different waiter to check in order to get our drinks. This was very disappointing and we believe that the staff needs to communicate with each other more effectively and if they are overwhelmed with customers they should employ more. Aside from that, the restaurant does good food and the atmosphere was decent for a buffet. A bigger space may help but I believe their service staff needs to improve on their customer service and accommodation towards their guests.

Was seated at 9:15, they started taking away the food at 10. You only get 90 minutes to eat as much as you like but we couldn’t even do that because they took all the food away and started packing for closing time. We didn’t get our foods worth at all - they didn’t give us the option to eat after 10. Not really a buffet if you come at this time. We’re owed an hour to be honest.

Very poor service (no service at all) given the price... The separate charge for drinks was also rediculous. Totally ruined my birthday. Not recommended if you're celebrating with your friends or family. I'll never come back again

If you want Korean style food this is a great restaurant to visit. We have Korean visitors and they are very happy to go to this restaurant due to the amount they can eat and the choice. For people who have not tried Korean cuisine, it's a great introduction as you get to see the food vs having to choose from a menu. Cooking the food on the Korean BBQ hot plates is always fun. The food looks very fresh and doesn't last long so make sure you book and/or arrive on time! The staff quietly work in the background changing the BBQ hot plates, adding more food and providing drinks and cutlery. The manager has always been very accommodating to us especially if we have a large group.

Such a great place and concept. You pay by stomach or person size and eat as much as you like on the grill on your table. Great staff, good cheapish cuts of meat to sizzle on the grill, delicious rice and lots of pickles to add. One top tip - don’t wear your favourite clothes unless you like the smell of the grill when you get home. I shall return!

Totally disappointed. This wasn't the KTowm that I used to know. Not sure if they're under new management. But they need to sort out their booking and/or entry system. If they would want to let the online bookings in first, they should at least communicate to other customers that they are strictly online bookings only and not let people queue outside with the staff yelling like a hawker to form different queues for bookings & non-bookings. I don't know, like a poster by the door so people will see right away? Their new system now is to pay before getting seated, which doesn't make sense if they start the 90-minute time as soon as we step inside which would take at least 5-10 mins if a group of people would want to decide on whether or not they want the add-ons like the drinks or the lettuce. So then of course they will rush the group to be seated because there's two different queues outside. So if you didn't pay on entry, they will come to your table and ask if your group is ready to pay. While your group is eating. So it's pay on entry, pay whilst eating and then pay for add-ons before leaving? Also, the 90-minute time is no longer accurate due to the wasted 5-10 mins on the entry, but they will still do the 15-minute reminder based on your booking. Make it make sense. And then as your group leaves, obviously another batch of customers are coming in, trying to pay before getting seated, thereby blocking the way for the outgoing customers. It used to be worth the travel to get good Korean BBQ. Not anymore.

Overall, our dining experience at the restaurant was delightful, with exceptional food. However, the restaurant has strict timing policies. Despite arriving promptly at 6 p.m., we spent around 10 minutes on payment procedures and only got to start our meal around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant has a 90-minute dining limit, which I anticipated would end by 7:40 p.m. Surprisingly, our time was cut off at exactly 7:30 p.m., which was calculated from our arrival time rather than when we started eating. While I understand the need for time management, it seemed unfair given the nature of the establishment, particularly as Korean BBQ requires cooking time. I recommend extending the dining duration to 120 minutes to allow patrons ample time to enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.

The BEST place to go for Korean BBQ buffet style in London. No place quite like it, wide selection of meat and plenty of side dishes. Only issue is it’s so good you may have to wait in line for a bit due to their popularity, but it’s well worth it!

Great food and good friendly service. Quite expensive overall but the food was plentiful with items replenished regularly and new items bought out at various points. Service was also excellent with the hot plates regularly changed and used plates/ bowls cleared away to make room on the table.

Worse service before even getting there. Gave my mothers Day table away. Got no contact number to contact them as we were stuck in traffic. He points to me that there is an app again, no contact. Need to get your business sorted. Didn't apologize for his rudeness, and I wouldn't give my money to a business that does nothing to keep their customers Really ruined our dinner with 2 toddlers we went up the road to nandos. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Response to the owner - no, this is not the first time you have done this. We have known and come to Ktown for 6 years, and each time there is 1, 2 to 3 hour waits for a table. And exactly right it's Mother's Day, and I booked for a good reason. At the point of making the reservation, I put a contact number. Your business doesn't show one. Maybe start there and get one so your customers can contact you. The message said to manage your reservation on the app. Go to the app, and the only button is to cancel, so we shall permanently. Angry put aside, We drove 40 min to you, and we just don't think it's worth it anymore and don't recommend your restaurant.

I have read some negative reviews on here. However I speak as I find and I just love this place. There are various soups, starters and mains to select from. I really like this concept as it allows me to try dishes I might not normally order. However the main reason for visiting is the fresh raw meat and fish which you select and then BBQ at your table. We had chicken, beef, pork, lamb, squid and king prawns. There are various sauces and seasonings. My companion is great at overseeing the actual bbq process. I liked that the staff come and frequently clean the hot plate for you. Okay, so you get 90 minutes at the table, but this is plenty long enough. Tbh there are people that would eat all day, and this is a business after all! I will be visiting again soon. Thank you.

I feel like this place has become a victim of its own success and service is pretty poor now although the food is mostly decent. The last time I visited we were made to sit 5 people on a 4 person table and with only one grill and some non pork eaters that meant we couldn't try any of the pork meats. Also we paid for food in advance and twice during our meal while eating someone came to ask us to to pay for our drinks even though we were told we can pay at the end on entry. That was very rude and is not an acceptable thing to do to any customer, don't disturb a clients meal to harass them for money, its not a normal or polite thing to do. Be prepared to queue on weekends too. Henry, come back and sort your people out please, standards are dropping and people will go elsewhere for better service.

Great self serve kbbq if you’re looking for the ‘buffet’ type. The meats are fresh and some even marinated, with a wide selection of pre cooked meats and side dishes. I didn’t have dessert as I was too full enjoying the main course. The air is a bit more smokey than other kbbq chains but that is due to the large amount of grills available, I can imagine on a quieter day it would be much better. Staff are polite and attentive. No problems, Thank you ~

Some good food with loads of options, from cuts of seasoned meats and fish to sushi and rice and lots of other sides. There was lots of choice but nothing amazing, nothing you couldn’t get elsewhere. Service was definitely lacking. Whilst you serve yourself, staff were just unnecessarily abrupt and rude when it came to sitting down at our table and paying. They were running late so we came back when asked but then they told us if we didn’t take our seat in one minute we would be cancelled. I understand it’s busy and it’s in and out but there’s a nice way to speak to paying customers, and at every opportunity staff were needlessly blunt and impatient.

This was one of the most disappointing places I've been in years. Let me give you an idea of what you get for £31 (which is what they charge you at the entrance regardless of what and how much you eat): average quality raw meat that you will have to cook for yourself (this was expected and okish overall); inedible vegetables from yesterday at best (we had to leave the plate almost untouched as they were chewy and poorly cooked); the shabbiest quality icecream I have tested in my life... forget the ice cream case you get from Lidl for £2, this is an order of magnitude below that. I never had anything this bad. It tasted as if a 3 year old was having their first ice cream manufacturing experience. Conclusion? Unjustified high prices for below average quality food. Not to mention, you will need to wash all of your clothes when you get home, as the grill you get on your table, you will stink up everything on a 3 m radius. The staff, however, were polite and friendly.

I was here yesterday and what can i say other than one of the best experience in a restaurant i could have had. I read the reviews prior to my arrival and worried but how wrong i was. We felt very welcome there. Selection of foods were limited but quality over quantity !! Grills were changed 4 times within 1 hour we were there. For some reasons, £80 were dropped from my pocket and guess what the honest staff picked it up and gave it back to me. To top it all up, they also gave a birthday girl cakes and candle to blow it, its the thought that count. Sure, it got more expensive over time and all restaurants are the same.

Customers should have at least 2 hours to eat. Because a lot of time wasted queueing initially to get a table and then to get to the food. And most food runs out very quickly and not refilled.

Overcharge wasted food. 6 ppl include 2 babies. Babies were fuzzy and tired so we have to leave. There were some wasted meat on the table, about one plate. The restaurant charged me 10 pounds per person for that plate of meat. Reasonable to charge for wasted food. But unreasonable price and rude staff.

Great quality of meats and sea food. Little short time to finish food in peace and staff constantly remind you that : " You will be charged if you don't eat everything that was on your plate".

We went for the first time and it was a great experience! The BBQ buffet was great, with both marinated and plain meat, squid and prawns. There were some cooked food as well, such as chicken, beef, sushi and glass noodles. Staff were nice and frequently changed the BBQ plate. It was a bit odd that lettuce was charged separately, considering it’s not something expensive and should be covered in the £31/33. There was a small salad bar. We went for lunch in a weekday and there was no queue.

Great value Korean BBQ at £31/£33 per person for adults. The restaurant offers a good selection of food including meat, seafood, sides, salads, Banchan, soups, etc. Although the meat quality wasn't the best, it was decent for the price. I recommend trying the baby octopus, squid tentacles, and galbi short rib. The Banchans were also enjoyable, especially the seasoned spinach and beansprouts, while the tempuras and other deep-fried dishes were average. Service was efficient, our grill pan was changed regularly. Be warned you will have to leave on time. Keep an eye on the clock as they do not remind you. It's recommended to arrive early as there is typically a queue before the restaurant opens. While the restaurant is not located in Central London, it's worth a visit if it's more accessible.

I have been to this place many times, never fail me once. 33GBP per person, it’s a fair price for Korean bbq buffet. The most amazing thing is, you can have prawn tempura here, as many as you want. The tempura is up to Japanese restaurant level. I come to this place mainly for it. Haha. The pork belly is nice too. I have tried couple of Korean bbq restaurants before. I can confirm that this one has the best pork belly. Go, pay them money and eat. No worries you won’t regret.

Fantastic £15 lunch buffet 12 till 2pm. Great variety and value. No bbq but plenty of fried chicken, stir fry, sushi, salad, and ice cream choices.

I had very bad experience with the food delivery they have canceled 2 times my order and charged for it and when ever I call they won't pick the call and the delivery status will appears as delivered very bad experience and won't recommended for anybody 😕 delivery persons name Lorena

I went there with my kids a month ago and the meat was delicious and most of the food was satisfactory. It wasn't cheap, but considering the quality of the food, it wasn't a waste of money. Among the Korean restaurants in New Malden, I recommend this one as the best place to go with children.

Went with my wife and 11 year old son and really enjoyed it. Excellent food, friendly staff - cooking at the table was great fun and the meats had tasty marinades. There was a queue of people waiting for it to open at 12 and we chatted to people in the queue and they were all regulars.

Best all-round K-Food in London but RUDE staff. First time I came here it was a dream. Kimbap, fresh Korean dish, glass noodles and the bbq at the best quality. The staff would change your grill every 10 mins. No time reminder but generally after 90mins you would be filled up and leave. The beef and lamb marinated to the best flavour and fantastic cuts too. For the price this is the best place and great top quality. I dropped a star here because the recent staff are. It great. +they hired non Korean staff who never changed the grill anymore +no one clear your plates. They just stood and pose +the cashier 🇮🇳 dude is obsessed with kicking people out and remind folks every ten mins since you got in. +they make a scene if you overdue your stay and embarrass you. I have seen other folks getting kicked out rudely. Just implement a clock system on the table and stop embarrassing folks. Don’t let poor service ruin your great business K-Town

Used to come here quite offen but service has gone far away from good...Limited to only 1.5hr (used to be 2hr) and the experience is no longer comfortable like before. You have to rush if you want to finish by 1.5h. Very exciting to have a good night but absolutely disappointed at the end with their service. Be aware with their question "You have 5min to finish" when we were in the middle of burning our money for their drink and "lettuce" (£2.5 per basket, and we did have many)...not sure how we can stop and get out in 5min. Overpriced for what you get...Wont come back definitely.

AVOID This is honestly one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited, the food is bland and flavourless the staff are extremely rude and the service is extremely poor. After spending just less than 90 minutes we were rudely told “you need to get out now” after asking if we could just have 5 minutes to wait for our friend to go to the toilet we were told “no it needs to be only 2 minutes” I would seriously avoid coming to this place, the buffet is nowhere near worth £35 per person and the staff as mentioned are extremely rude.

Strong Korean vibe but staffs were rude It started with everything prepaid. We had to pay for our night first. Prices were reasonable. The food was alright. Meats looked like those things you could buy in Costco. Everything looked like Korean styles but some tasted like Indian food. K-town also offered a sushi bar. However, options were limited. Staffs’ attitude was really bad. Receptionist blamed people in the queue not using their online queuing system, while there were not enough instructions on how to enter the system. Some people queued for hours but the receptionist just couldn’t find their names in the system and refused to help as well. Everyone has 90 minutes to eat. When we were almost finishing our session, one of the staffs came and asked us, “How can you finish this in 2 minutes? I’m gonna charge you extra £10 per person if you cannot get out in 5 minutes.” There were no reminders about how much time left and they just asked you to leave promptly. They even shut down your pot remotely to force you to stop. It’s totally unnecessary. They could have reminded us how much time we had instead of shouting at us. Our experience was good before the last 5 minutes. We are sure that we won’t come again and won’t recommend this to our community because of the bad attitudes of staffs. It’s not worth to pay for the blame. Overall: not recommended
