After our first drink order, he took note of our preferences and suggested cocktails that perfectly suited our palate. He even went the extra mile by offering us a complimentary small drink to try, which was divine and perfectly aligned with our choices. K Bar is now a firm favourite, and we’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town for a networking event. Adrish is a credit to the business, and his exceptional service makes this place a must-visit!

We had a fantastic time at K Bar. Jonatan and the staff provided one of the best and most hospitable bar experiences we’ve had anywhere. The drinks were all well balanced, creative, and amazing. During our time in London, we’ve gone to many of the marquee cocktail bars, but K Bar was by far our favorite (despite not even staying at the Kensington). We’ve finished our night here three times during a week long visit. We can’t speak highly enough of Jonatan and the crew at K Bar. They’re knowledgeable, provide great service, and are very warm and welcoming. We’ll be back!

After a dinner in the area we decided to go for a drink at K Bar where we felt welcomed immediately. Staff were very attentive since our arrival and we were seated at a very nice table. Both signature and classic cocktails were delicious and Adrian took extremely good care of us. I cannot recommend more

Nice and fancy cocktail bar with a cosy atmosphere. Very interesting and unusual drinks designed by the bartenders. Service quality is very high with attentive and friendly staff. Laszlo was with us and gave us very good recommendations on the drinks and his company was very enjoyable. Top quality, would recommend.

K Bar is a hidden bar in the center of South Kensington. They make the best tequila cocktails in town! Try their Paloma & Margarita and you will not be disappointed. We will be back soon with more friends!

My partner and I went to the K bar to try a unique experience before returning home, a very elegant, clean and relaxing environment, unique cocktails in all their details, very refined, we were followed by Stefano who in all his professionalism accompanied us on a sensory journey to meet our tastes. The cocktails are incredible—creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Our waiter gave some excellent recommendations that didn’t disappoint, making the experience even better. The service overall was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and not overbearing. If you’re in the area and want great drinks with a laid-back but refined vibe, The K Bar is definitely worth checking out.

Excellent environment and staff...

Amazing cocktail bar. Perfect ambience: wood panelling, crystal lighting, plush velvet seating to slump into. The cocktails were delicious; my Parca with agave vinegar (better than it sounds) served in an earthenware pot was a real highlight. We had crispy chicken bao buns and padron peppers to keep the hunger pangs at bay. Service was friendly, relaxed and attentive. We will definitely return.

One of the more innovative cocktail bars in London. Always something new; and always a bold choice or two on the menu, along with all the classics. It's a great place to go after a dinner; they sit you down and put some olives and nuts in front of you; and if you're lucky and it's a slow night, a shot's worth of a tester cocktail they're trialing. Today was an interesting hibiscus and mint number, I quite enjoyed it. Our server was Salvatore, he was attentive, always there when we needed him, and very careful to never hover. His cocktail advice was great, and his banter was a welcome extra. If you like interesting and unusual coctails, do come here; they never disappoint.

Excellent bar inside the Kensington hotel. The atmosphere and interior reminded us of one of our favourite jazz piano bars in NYC. The service was very welcoming from the moment we walked through the door, very professional bar staff and very knowledgeable. We had a few rounds of cocktails and 2 bottles of red, one being a Greek grape variety which I previously tried in Santorini and another bottle of Chateau Talbot where we visited in Bordeaux last summer. Special shout out to the Hungarian gentleman who assisted us and sorry I forgot your name. We tried a few bar dishes and they were all good. Thanks a lot for accomodating fiend of us who was a vegan. Definitely would be back very soon as it's so local to us.

It was a great place for beautifully crafted and well thought out cocktails. The decor is stunning, and the staff were really top-notch. They gave excellent recommendations, and you could tell they were passionate about cocktails.

Went here for some cocktails with a few friends and really enjoyed the experience. The cocktails are experimental yet tasty. But the waiter really made the experience special. You could tell He was extremely knowledgeable about cocktails and gave us excellent recommendations. Created new cocktails based on our likes (for me it was a mezcal based last work with a mix of yellow and green chartreuse that stuck with me). The cocktails are not cheap but for such well crafted creations, I think it is a fair price.

Lovely drinks, brilliant service from our Waiter, Adi. We’ve reminisced lots about our visit to K-Bar and it won’t be long before we go back. Great modernist/ classic decoration to a very high standard. We didn’t have food as such, just the complimentary nibbles you get with cocktails.

Reminded me what Heston does with food drinking one of K Bar’s cocktails. Turns out cheese done right in a cocktail is pretty great. As is their petrichor cocktail. Add in some super passionate and fun mixologists and, I can’t wait to go back to try more!

Brilliant place - the service by some of waiters is second to none.

This is my second time at the K bar. My first experience was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff was extremely polite and they brought us some nibbles (almonds and olives) with the drinks so even though the cocktails are expensive it was worth it. This time, nothing accompanied our drinks, which also seemed inconsistent as I saw some almonds on other tables, with the prices still being very expensive. On top of that, members of the staff were unprofessional. When we tried to pay, we explained that we want to split the bill based on the drinks we had each, which the lady just could not comprehend, ending up splitting in half, which was fine but her attitude was not... I was a bit disappointed from the hospitality this time....

Really great in here. Went there last night. The service was perfect, unfortunately I lost the card with our servers name on it. He was in the bar area and he was beyond excellent. He was attentive and accommodating. It was a great atmosphere. We had bar food and wine. (Update) the person who served us was called Adrish.

Beautiful bar with the most hospitable staff one can ever find! Adrian and Antonio made us feel so welcomed and comfortable as if we were regulars. On top of the excellent service, the drinks and food were incredible. They went out of the way to get us food in later hours. Highly recommend this place to anyone living/visiting South Kensington neighborhood. Can’t wait to visit again!

Went for a bottle of prosecco, thoroughly enjoyed the service and atmosphere. It's great for a chill social night. Spent a solid 3 hours there till the shop closes. It's a place worthy of not just one visit.

Superb cosy bar within a neatly decorated hotel. Great for a solo date! All of the staff were so accommodating and kind. Favourite cocktail was the Missionary’s Downfall 👌 I would definitely come here again.

K-bar was great. Friendly staff who know the menu (and the classics) like the back of their hands. Every drink was well made, producing unusual balanced drinks that made our evening.

Very nice atmosphere, the drinks are just okay. There’s no custom cocktail menu - just a list of traditional cocktails that they offer. Corpse reviver was quite good, but my martini was shaken and therefore watery.

Would give this establishment zero stars if possible. Didn’t eat but popped along at 2.30pm as had half an hour to kill before an event around the corner started. Asked if they were open (according to Google they were) and was informed by a rather confused looking and confusing member of staff that we couldn’t have drinks as the bar didn’t open until 3pm but that we could sit out on the (very pretty) porch and have drinks there. Ordered a cocktail, G&T and bottle of water from a lady who looked at us up and down like something she had just scraped off her the sole of her shoe. My partner was asked what gin he would like and he said he wasn’t fussy but was pressed so chose a well known brand. After waiting for over 20 minutes started to wonder why even the water hadn’t arrived. Went to the WC and asked if drinks were nearly ready due to our event and was informed they were just coming. After about another 10 minutes of waiting outside, sat next to about seven idle staff members the woman who looked at us as if we were cameos from a Dickensian novel came back to inform us that they didn’t have the requested gin in stock. That took 30 minutes?! At that point I became somewhat impatient with her rude demeanour but politely asked if any gin could be used as we were now late for our event. Eventually we were served the G&T and pathetic looking Mary Pickford (glass half empty - see photo taken before anything had been consumed). Had to down it in a rush and asked for the woman’s name in case needed for a later complaint. I can tolerate slow service most of the time but not being looked down upon and treated as if I’m not rich enough to visit somewhere because I’m not donned in Prada. Horrible. Insult to injury, the measly cocktail, single G&T and tiny bottle of sparking water cost £48 without service charge!! Horrid, horrid establishment and not surprised to read that others have left feeling equally judged. AVOID!

Stopped in for a cheeky cocktail (or two, let's not lie) and was not disappointed. Fantastic drinks and service (from Ishan in particular). You don't want to leave!

Very cute speak easy library vibe. Cocktails are £18 which is bang on for the area. Ishan was our bartender and he was amazing. Even called us by our names the entire night.

Went to the K Bar on advice of a friend, had never thought to visit previously. My experience far exceeded my expectations, the bar was intimate and had a fantastic, luxurious atmosphere. I’m always very fussy with my martinis, but the staff listened to my specifications and I had several perfect martinis! I will be back next time I’m at the Albert hall. Special shout out to Adrian who took extra special care of us.

We here a couple of years ago for a team gathering for afternoon tea. It was terrific and I would recommend. This time we stopped in after a late lunch to have drink. The serve was impeccable, felt welcomed the second we stepped it. We went to the bar for a cocktail and we had the champagne cocktail and an old fashioned and finished off with Long Island ice tea. The server was helpful and asked questions about what we liked and was genuinely interested. The staff always smiling and attentive. Our water glasses never empty, and you could tell the staff enjoyed working together. Many good cocktails being made. Would recommend cocktails as the afternoon tea. We will be back

A wonderful moment when a place exceeds the good reviews. The staff was friendly and found the perfect balance between engaging and respectful, funny and serious, about cocktails. We were welcomed into the bar even though we looked a little more wet and wind blown than usual after a long walk in March weather. None of that mattered, except that everyone opened up and made sure we knew we had cone to a place to be cared for. A warm corner table, something nice to eat and water right away told us we had picked the right bar. The cocktails were perfectly executed and some of the best were off menu. There are no flaws here, only more facets to explore and enjoy in this special place.

Nice cocktail bar here in Kensington, situated inside the Kensington hotel. I love it. The interior reminds me my home, Always clean and tidy. The cocktail bar is my favorite, Here I can spend my hours enjoying the food selection, having a nice glass of wine and a good experience, I love how the bartender even in a busy environmement spend some of their time with you. Jonatan have to be mentioned, always happy and greet me in a different way every time .

If I could give this a zero stars for this evening I would. I’ve been here numerous occasions most of the time the service is pretty good and the food is ok. This evening the service was horrible. To add insult to injury there was no one in the place and they had all these reserved tables. It took 2 1/2 I hours to receive bar bites. Two of the three items I ordered were stone cold, they weren’t even cooked. And heaven for bid I should say something about having cold food. I had to get up to find a waiter. The absolute best joke was when they brought the check, I said I’m not paying for the service charge that they add on and he says oh we took it off. Why would I pay for bad or no service. If an establishment really cared about the people that come there and let alone someone that who has come there many times they would’ve taken the bad food off the bill not just the service charge. My best advice find somewhere else to dine like someone else said the place across the street.

Overall an okay experience. Atmosphere is great, the interior design of the bar is well thought through and gives off a great vibe. We were welcomed by a very nice man at the reception who led us to the bar. As soon as we were seated we were ignored. No one greated us, gave us the menu or made recommendations. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. We ended up having to ask other guest to have their menus to choose our drinks. After approximately 15 mins a man took our order and awkwardly asked for our ID‘s doing the math right in front of us (loudly) and then came back 2 mins later because he forgot our order. We waited about 10 mins for our drinks and complementary water (which had a strong chlorine smell - but maybe that’s just london tap water?) and were not served any almonds or olives, as all the other guests around us had. The drinks were good, but at this price point rather underwhelming. Presentation was okay, flavours were good. An overall conclusion: due to not really feeling welcomed nor being treated equally to other customers it wasn’t an experience we enjoyed very much and even though we were ready to spend some money here we would have rather spent our time (and money) somewhere else.
