Pizza is great, thin Italian style and very tasty. Prices are good. Service is quick and the environment cosy.

Food is just amazing, the best pasta I’ve had outside Italy. Nothing compares to this place. Staff are so nice also.

Cancelled Mother’s Day bookings for everyone (£80!) for no reason, no refund. None of their staff were payed for their last week of work and fully boardered up. No response from anyone, mailbox full on voicemail. Looks like they’ve jumped ship.

1st visit was fantastic 2 yrs ago..unfortunately Feb 23 2024 wasn't !! the food was delicious, the table service was rushed ,it was extremely noisy couldn't have a conversation .A singer was on good as she was it wasn't needed .We waited well over an hour for our food ,it was a special birthday meal and I couldn't wait to leave the atmosphere was awful..a service charge on our bill ,I couldn't justify paying, left dissapointed.

Lovely 80th birthday lunch at Justino’s with my two daughters. Food was lovely and service by Mario was exceptional, especially birthday tiramisu cake and Mario leading staff and other diners in singing Happy Birthday . Thank you

Wouldn’t return again. Been to Justinos a few times but after this experience, I don’t think it’s worth the money at all. Live singer (was not needed in a restaurant) was extremely loud, had to literally shout to my partner to have a conversation, also Artic Monkeys and Red Hot Chilli Peppers covers is not wanted down my ear whilst eating. Asked waitress if we could be moved to a different table and this was ignored straight away. Waited over an hour for our food, almost drank a whole bottle of wine whilst waiting ! Very disappointed as we chose this for our valentines date but really gutted it’s gone down hill so much! The food was delicious but just don’t feel like there’s any need for a live singer.

Fresh ingredients,well cooked, fair mid price. 6.5 - 7 out of 10 . Honestly nothing very special or different but decent quality fair price.

Bad service. Slow service, waiters don't know simple trampoline RULES. "One person per trampoline!!!!!!" Kids are double bouncing each other how can 5 kids jump on one trampoline?? That's extremely dangerous. The trampoline is dirty 😭. And not as bouncy

Starter and main was nice, cheesecake dessert was still frozen. Service was terrible forgot our drinks twice. And no entertainment, as promised when booking. Also the heating was broken and it was -2 outside. Didn’t live up to what I thought it would be.

I can’t thank the team enough. Everything from start to finish was so organised. I booked a table for 18 people which ended up 22 people and nothing was a problem they just made it work for us. The staff was exceptional the starters was out and infront of every quest within 10 minutes of the last guest arriving. Everything was so tasty. The manager really made everything so seamless. I’d just like to say a huge thank you for a lovely evening. I’ve never been to a restaurant that works so seamless. Highly recommend anyone to come here

Simply awful. Never again. The food was soggy, overpriced and the service was given with an air of stubbornness and contempt. an awful place. When I asked to speak to the manager about our food, we were greeted with yet further awful service! From bad to worse.

My friend and I booked a table on Sunday evening at Justino's which is a local restaurant located in Aigburth area. As we enter the front desk staff which was a polite guy asked us the details of the reservation. The restaurant were quite busy and we were shown our table. Unfortunately the other two girls on the floor weren't welcoming and for some unknown reason weren't happy at all. When we ordered our drinks and food and kindly thanked the staff, she didn't even answer. The food came on time and another guy served us professionally. Even though the food was good but we didn't get the feeling that we'd like to go back specially when the staff didn't reply to our thanks and goodnight while leaving. Overall Justin's isn't a fancy restaurant with welcoming staff but if you're only looking after to have a nice Italian cuisine, it'll be a right place for you! I hope the management consider employing more professional staff on the floor in the future.

It was quiet when my uncle and I visited Food and service were excellent, but very few people, so lacking 'atmosphere' on this occasion.

This is a lovely place for a family celebration. The atmosphere is bustling and friendly and the staff are very attentive and efficient. Our dinner was delicious - some of us had Sunday lunch, some of us had classic Italian, everyone was very happy! And the staff even sang happy birthday to my embarrassed daughter haha! She loved it really!

Saw a member of the kitchen staff walk out the ladies toilet without washing her hands. As if that wasn't bad enough the staff were inattentive, chicken in breadcrumbs was dry, food was bland, husband wasn't given the pizza he ordered. Won't come again it's really not worth it.

Food poisoning x 3. New ownership has taken place from previous reviews. This place has fallen right off we’ve always eaten here for family anniversaries etc. this time really let us down. Problems with meal dry steak. 3 of us ended up poisoned from bad prawns/chicken

Staff were so rude that we walked out without even ordering anything. It was very noisy and the waiter threw the menu at our face, then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour. Very uncomfortable atmosphere.

We went for a quick dinner on a Monday afternoon. It was not too busy when we arrived. The pizzas were really good.

When I visited Justino's the world cup was on in the background but that didn't affect the atmosphere of the restaurant at all, that aside my pint of peroni arrived in a just very slightly dirty glass and my pint by the looks of it has been sitting just for a bit too long before it arrived. Otherwise the food was fantastic.

The food was beautiful, the service was exceptional and very fast. I couldn't fault anything. They were so friendly and attentive, I've recommended it to all of my family.

Although food and staff are still good,the place has gone downhill since my last visit. Place appears to have been taken over by local gangsters/ scallywags who park their arses in far corner eating chippy meal purchased from chippy down the road..cheek of it...won't be going there again,shame.

Went to Justinos Friday 2nd December we was a party of six. The welcome from staff was warm and friendly which continued throughout the night. There was a guy with guitar belting some great tunes out and went down great with the diners. The food was really nice cooked superbly well not a single complaint only compliments all round. First time at Justinos definitely not the last. Thank you for a great night great atmosphere and fab food.

5 of us for Sunday Lunch. I had the two meat traditional whereas others had different dishes, including Pizza. Truly delicious and excellent in all respects. Service impeccable and great value for money.

I been for dinner 3 days ago and everything was perfect.Delecius food,excellent service and warm atmosphere.We had a meet plater,lamb chops were perfectly cooked and full of flavour.The waiter was so lovely and was paying so attention to us,and was a good banter..

This is the 2nd time we have been here and after the first time we had some trepidation as the food then was variable- 2 pizzas one good, one awful. This time, 5 of us ate and everyone of us thought the food was brilliant. Two veggies having pizza and pasta and the other 3 having the black cod, lamb and the scallops. The food was brilliant and the service excellent, one person who had the cod didn't want the rice that it comes with (not mentioned on the menu) and they didn't just swap it, but re-did the dish - above and beyond- well done. Not only was the food good, but so too was the wine - special mention to the Primitivo.

Wonderful, proper Italian food and excellent service. We'll be back. Having driven past Justino's many times, I decided to check the reviews and give it a try. My wife and I went for dinner. We found the restaurant quite busy for a Tuesday evening, a very good omen. My wife uses a wheelchair and Paulin, our friendly Albanian server, rearranged tables to provide easy access. We each had a starter, she had the soup of the day, a richly flavoured mushroom soup and I the calamari, beautifully prepared, fresh, crisp on the outside and tender. She then had a "small" portion of the lasagne, full of flavour, if perhaps a bit heavy on the oregano. I had the linguini Rockefeller. Mine was three beautiful, plump juicy scallops and a trio of king prawns served in a creamy white wine sauce with the perfect balance of cream, garlic and acidity from the wine over just the right amount of pasta. It was a dish I would have been proud to serve, and that doesn't happen often. The service was warm, friendly and smooth. The food was lovely. Yes, there were a couple of renditions of "Happy Birthday" for other diners, but that just seemed right in the context of a warm, hospitable Italian restaurant.

I won a voucher for Justino's on a local radio competition. Unfortunately, Justino's have failed to honour the competition win ignoring contact attempts by the radio station. I would have left no stars for customer service and communication if I could have.

Although the food was nice and service was good. I personally ordered a sirloin steak which was half the size I would expect 8oz to be (even the waiter agreed it was small) the chef sent him back the tell me it had shrunk due to being cooked well done !! I have been ordering my steak well find all my life and it’s never shrunk half it’s size so found this insulting.

Good food and service. However beware there is live music and an extremely raucous atmosphere on a friday/sat night. I would nor recommend for an intimate dinner date as you probably won’t be able to hear each other; it’s very loud.

Great Ambience- Amazing staff- Food though is average: Garlic bread was too salted- spaghetti was Ok.

Food nice but we waited 40mins for main meals, 1 pizza & a pasta meal, not a large elaborate meal ! Plus people came in AFTER us, ordered & got their food Before us...we asked for dessert menu, after 10mins same waiter bypassed our table with a bucket of ice for next table, forgetting our request for dessert menu, so we left. No tip for bad service 🤷 & we won't be returning!

I've driven last Justino's countless times and whether it be weekday or weekend it's always busy. I went on Thursday to take some friends who also like me hadn't been before and wow we were impressed. The service was absolutely fantastic, there were never moments where we needed to ask for someone to come over they were extremely attentive, and so friendly and helpful The food also was incredible we all had different dishes and we all said how good the food was. Highly recommend coming here, we will all be back again for sure

One of the best restaurants in Aigburth, I was eating with my family last week and the food was fantastic, the service was perfect, we will be going back to the restaurant again for sure.

The food was okay, the pasta was undercooked (less al dente more slightly raw) - perhaps overpriced for what it is.Very quick service though which is a plus. when we went it was EXTREMELY LOUD. mostly due to the live singer which I get needs to be loud, but this was a night out in town kinda loud where i could not hear anyone from my own table. Overall, not for me unfortunately.

If you haven't eaten here before " were the hell have you been" Outstanding service and food, we travel 25miles to eat here it's that good .Our son for his18th bday today wanted to have a famliy meal here and hes a fussy eater. All 9 of us enjoyed our meals and the grandparents who hadn't been before are making plans to return next week? I mainly eat sea food dishes when abroad but will always make sure I have one if not two coarse when visiting JUSTINOS so fresh and prepared to a high standard as is everything. 👍
