Just eat are just so disgusting and don’t care about their customers only care about getting money off people and no matter how much you complain they don’t just don’t give a Fxxk ,this is the 2nd time this is happening to me been served leftover cold dry food you complain and they just tell you how much they don’t care about you . So disgusting . Would never recommend anyone to use their services because you as disgusted as I’m .

My food was delivered to wrong address and I was told i cant have a refund £20 no food this is what justeat said Thanks for getting back in touch, I'm happy to help. I have double-checked your issue and I can see that the decision my colleague has made is correct and cannot be overturned as this is in line with our internal policies. Too big, too care about customers or employees, AVOID worst food delivery company out there! Complete rip off and no accountability.

Irresponsible commission agents! These people have no responsibility for delayed delivery! Food joints do know this too! So, use Just Eat only if you are prepared to get your food late, and may be cold too! The onus will ultimately reach customer to ring shop and see what's happening with the delayed order! They deceive you by tempting to get you partial refund too! Call restaurants direct and order; why should you pay commission to irresponsible middle agent!

Just eat will allow companies to steal your money. They will not support you and will remove reviews when you try to warn others. Absolute disgusting organisation.

Do not use these thieves, Placed an order on a Friday evening, delivery advised at 30-45 mins After an hour the restaurant called to advise that no driver had arrived to collect the order Raised the issue with just eat and just got a generic reply saying someone will look into it, by Monday I contacted them on Facebook and was advised someone would contact me, I then had a WhatsApp call from a mobile number from someone claiming to be from just eat asking for all my personal details, when I questioned them, the response was well there’s nothing I can do for you then and they ended the call So after me raising a complaint that the order never arrived, the restaurant raising a complaint the the driver never arrived they still haven’t refunded me and have now blocked my messages to contact them I can only describe them as thieves and scammers

Joke of a company, getting food off the driver, dropped all over the floor because of poor packaging and no care. No refund allowed apparently as I don't meet some internal standards I'm not allowed to know.

Awful would not keep me cancel the order even though the delivery time changed 5 times also order was wrong got half my order half someone else's then refused to give me a refund

My account was hacked a couple of months ago and food delivered to places in London and i live in Birmingham, not only were they extremely difficult to get in contact with, but took no accountability for the lack of security on their part. I cancelled my account

Complete waste of time and money this company. Believe me you’re better off going hungry. Quick enough to take orders and take money but an absolute joke to deal with issues such as orders not turning up! Questioned and questioned me, asked for photographic evidence that the order never arrived - absolute joke. £30 wasted. If I had the time I’d take it further

Refusing refund for missing food. Asking for evidence of missing food. Supplied photos of bags with just drinks in (one bag not my order at all, totally different order number). Email back stating not enough evidence and refusing to refund me. Absolute thieves.

Shocking, pathetic and unprofessional. Take your money, don’t deliver and also need to investigate before they refund. Took me 15 days to get my money back for food that wasn’t delivered. Honesty business should shut down!!

Best cod & chips. The pizza with papagS sauce absolutely delicious very friendly staff.
