Ordered via the app. Driver couldn't find the address then walked from where they parked to the house. 5 minutes in cold wet weather. Then the order was wrong and they tried telling me different. They then said they would sort it and walked off. Hadn't heard back after 40 minutes so rang the store to a very indifferent person who wasn't bothered. Said takes 48 hours to refund my card. Best avoided. Not got the sharpest of staff working there.

Collected from store, took longer than it said to wait for but not that long. Food amazing though.

Came just before close time. Staff amazing guck and fast. One thing that I notice while waiting inside for food is that any delivery drivers who came inside without hesitation greeted me immediately even when I did not kept eye contact as busy with my phone 😂🫣Such a wonderful feeling nowadays when seeing people being polite even after long hours of work. Small things makes a different.

Went for an interview to be a delivery driver and the manager was so rude and condescending, refused to let me see my contract “before they had all my details in the system” and spoke to me like i was stupid. If he treats strangers like this god knows how he treats his staff. Rude little man!

Great food fast service but no staff greeting you when you walk in the door you kind of just stand there whilst a un known person shouts few minutes and I will be with u after standing there for 10 minutes.

Called in for a pizza on the way home from work. After being completely ignored for 10 minutes I went to Papa John’s instead. Very nice it was. Be going there from now on!

Shocking customer service. Ordered a delivery fairly late, it arrive at 11:55pm with things missing off the order. When I called the store to enquire about it was was just told we are closed now. Very unhappy with the service tonight

Its not too bad, although sometimes the sizing is off. Overall compared to the local competition it wins hands down!

You’re average domino’s. Won’t do half and half anymore, “because of covid”. I think everyone has had enough of that silly excuse when it has no relevance, by now. Do better.

Without doubt the absolute worst takeaway and staff around. Order couldn't have been more wrong, they ripped us off, tried to tell us it was our fault and never apologised. Guy on the phone was an absolute balloon and if he'd have spoke to me like that in person I'd have wiped the floor with him. Cheeky c**t. Could not advise more to avoid this place at all costs as it will leave you incredibly angry.

I really wish there was a ‘no star’ option? We placed an order to collect £40+ Left them more than adequate time then arrived to collect. Only to find our order had been sent out with a delivery driver, but not to our address 🤬 He apologised (without any feeling) and told me he would give us a free side - no discussion, but told me it would taken 10 minutes - bloody hopeful! I stood around while many orders came and went and was told I was getting a free cookie, I don’t eat many sweet things and given a choice that would have been at the end of the list of choices. Our order arrived back with a driver while I waited… Eventually he gave me the order however I still had to ask for the drink and dip that had returned with our original order. A new pizza takeaway has just opened a few doors down, you would have hoped they would have made an extra effort to get trade? Obviously not 🤬

They put meat on a veggie pizza. Called the branch and asked for the manager. Someone called "Ellis" said they were the manager. He could not have cared less about the blunder. He said, "It is on the Ts & Cs that you could have meat on your food" and a "sorry about that". No recompense or another delivery.

Ordered from dominos last night, first off half of our order didn't come so the driver (who was really lovely and couldn’t fault him) had to ring up to see where the rest of our order was. When we opened the pizzas which we ordered both to be Italian style, one was so thin and the other was normal so we rang back to complain that one pizza was really thin and not Italian like we had ordered. The man on the phone made out we had ordered it wrong and ordered thin and crispy which was not the case. They came back with the rest of our food and a new pizza but the pizza was definitely a medium size and not a large like we had ordered and was just put in a large box. They also had the cheek to ask for the other pizza back. Really disappointed and poor customer service from the store (not the delivery guy). Won’t be ordering from here again.

I wish I could give it no stars ordered last night pizza got here suspiciously early opened the box to have the pizza all in one corner it was a mess rang up was told this happened twice tonight they sent out a second one without the crust I paid extra for this was a mistake id advise everyone to avoid this expensive dump

We've ordered from this store twice and both times the delivery has been quick and the pizzas have been good quality. Can get expensive however, especially if you don't use any of the deals.

Very disappointed with delivery tonight - usually very good Goodness knows where the driver parked - not outside my house as I saw him turn round and drive away Handed boxes to me instead of placing them on a box on the ground No insulated bag in sight - obviously still in car parked down the road Food cold

Called in here on Friday with friends. Had a couple of fabulous G&T's (double with tonic for a fiver) Lovely quirky decor, a great selection of gins and a brilliant live band playing. What more do you want on a Friday night? Will definitely be back when I'm next in Ormskirk

Used to get it delivered to my old address for ages then phoned up one day and the person was laughing with one of her co-workers messed about on the phone for 10 minutes then to say they don't or never have delivered to my address and called me me a liar then more recently my girlfriend had a baby so got a pizza for us and what we thought was cookies nope they gave us wedges and knew they had and decided not to tell us and palm us off with soggy wedges then when I rang up complaining they told me they would refund it never did phoned up a week later not interested still never got refund... lazy idiots work here if you like dominos pizza this isn't the place for you

went to collect food waited 10 minutes without being served as i watched my pizza go cold as I had ordered it on the phone as the employs seem to just brush the floor and not seem uninterested in serving me. I eventually got served and no apology for standing waiting for 10 minutes. Terrible service

Ordered 16.2.19 and the Ormskirk branch sent wrong pizza? - should of known better to expect a correct order from these whoppers. Rang store to complain and would not refund? Next time I want a whopper I will drive to BK , Domi noes nothing

Took 15 minutes for the order to be put through on the till, 4 different staff members struggled to figure it out, then I was over charged. I was refunded the amount though.

I attended here last week for a private party, the bar is very good with a fine selection of European beers on offer.The gin selection is very good,Staff are great and the place is spotless.My only quibble is the amount of 'junk' (no pun intended) that they serve in the gin. I know the berries and lime look nice but they trash the flavour.Will defo return again

Casi 30 llamadas más tarde y no hubo respuesta de la constante llamando a la puerta tuvimos que emprender una frenética búsqueda por otros lugares locales para ver quién nos podía ayudar. 30 personas tuvieron que ser contactados para hacerles saber que había un nuevo local y teníamos 15 minutos para establecer antes de todo el mundo llegaron. A las 2:00 p.m. basura finalmente se abrió y cuando logramos hablar con el director, su actitud era vergonzoso y polémica. Él dijo que estaba arriba a abrir justo después de las 12 y no se oía el 30 llamadas de teléfono o 5 minutos de constante tocar. Confirmó que él sabía sobre la reserva, pero sonaba demasiado resaca tomar en lo que se estudió con hola por favor se recomienda nunca un evento aquí. Went to this bar last night for a friends birthday,great service and drinks very reasonable cool decor and probably the best juke box in the world.a must if your out in ormskirk,made to feel very welcome by phil and the gang loved it !!

El lugar es realmente precioso, y la decoración es muy bonita, con algunas zonas de estar preciosa. Sirven bebidas alcohólicas si apetece algo más fuerte. Volvería de nuevo cuando esté en Ormskirk.

This place used to be good. Gone right down in quality now. Paid £18 for a Rioja tonight that I'd be annoyed to pay £5 for in Asda. Not even good enough as gravy wine.

return visit to Junk, the bar has new owners and had been refurbished.It is now a good place to sit and relax. some great beers and a good selection of Gins.The new décor is extremely well done and it is spotlessly clean.I will definitely call again when I visit Ormskirk.

Ordered pizzas over the phone which cost a bomb to realise when I got to the shop the amount of deals that they have including kids eat free!!! I said I feel they should tell people when they ring up ordering food that if the ly look online they may get better deals! Ggrrrrr

Had the most amazing evening. I have been to Junk before and found it good but we went for a drink last night and it was the best ever!!!It has been closed down for a while and last night was the re-opening and it was worth waiting for it has been totally refurbished with new owners and all I can say is WOW. The cocktails are fab, the atmosphere great, and the new surroundings just amazing.WE WILL BE BACK

Arrived and asked do they serve milkshakes! No but we can make you one. Fair enough! Placed our order and waited 45 mins for 2 bagels and a kids spag bol which came out with cheese on top which was not stated on the menu had to send it bk as my nephew is allergic to cheese so waited another 15 mins for kids meal! The milkshake was dreadful milk and a bit of vanilla flavouring with lots of ice! Wont be going back.

Food is delicious, especially the tapas. Beautifully presented, and great value for money. Will definitely be back!!

Went here for early tea as party of three, myself, husband and 18 yr old daughter.My husband had the breakfast served all day and myself and daughter had 6 tapas for £25 which was pretty good value and very tasty. Service was good although it has to be said it was quiet as it was early. Also got a voucher for tapas for next visit. Only downside the ketchup bottles look a bit sticky and in need of a clean but otherwise no problems. Would go again.

A group of friends visited Junk for the first time after on a night out....whilst we found the venue a little quiet, the attention & friendliness of the staff made up for it.The guy in charge of the bar, was fab, even making us cocktails that weren't on the menu....all of which were delicious!!!We'll be back

Had my 18th Birthday Party here last year and made the perfect venue for an evening i will never forget. The staff where so accomidating to our every need. We had great party food and live music, as well as the fabulous cocktails all night long! Would highly reccomend for any sort of celebration, such a sophisticated and unique environment to party the night away! Special thanks to Chloe and all of her amazing staff.

Our first visit to Junk as we haven't been to Ormskirk for a while. Stopped for a late breakfast as we liked the look of the quirky decor and the staff seemed friendly. We liked the place very much. Liked the shabby-chic mixed style recycled furniture and the presentation of the meals and drinks which was lovely. The food was very good, the staff were very attentive and friendly and the prices were very reasonable in our opinion.The coffee was the best we've had in Ormskirk. We'll be going back as soon as we can.

We went to Junk with friends who had been here before, it was Happy Hour so we got 2 freshly made cocktails for the price of one, so nice we had to sample a couple more! comfortable seating with nice atmosphere

Have been to Junk many times and had some lovely food - there must be a change of chef as it has really gone down hill. The new menu is a bit odd, but could live with that if the quality was better - burnt brioche doesn't appeal at all!

It's a lively night spot on a Friday and Saturday, really good vibe and a nice interior. I love the big leather comfy couches in there and the shabby chic look.

Great place, they do a cracking breakfast the best I think in Ormskirk . Also a nice place to go for a cheeky wine in the afternoon, staff are very pleasant and a nice place to sit and chat.

Recently did a pub crawl around Ormskirk, making this one of our first pit stops.Its a very inviting spacious place that sells food also.I hadn't been before, so first impressions were all good, until I ordered a gin & tonic.I would swear that what was being served as gin most definitely wasnt. Very disappointing. Wont be going back.

The cocktails are fantastic and the food is great too. The staff are brilliant and welcoming. It's my favourite place to go - like a home from home. Absolutely love it!

My husband and myself visited here New Year's Eve afternoon.We were seated for food very quickly, but then we were left to our own devices. Eventually the guy on the bar came back over and said would we like a drink. We also told him we were ready to order our food as we had been waiting a while. I ordered LARGE pancakes with bacon sausage and maple syrup.When they arrived it looked like the chef had run out of pancake mix they were just a bit bigger than a scotch pancake.I made the staff aware I was not really happy, and he said he would advise the chef, but he never came back to let be know what comments the chef had made.We also noticed another couple being seated and in the end the guy had to go and find his own menu.We decided to VOTE WITH OUR FEET and although it's a pleasant place for a drink, we will NOT go back for food.

I was skeptical about this place. The name doesn't really fill me with confidence! The service was quite shocking as well. Seated quickly, but took an age before being asked for our drinks orders, even longer for them to be served and then we were still waiting to place our food orders. We were having quite a leisurely afternoon and so we weren't complaining too much. Note, that it really wasn't particularly busy. Probably 2-3 tables when we arrived. The breakfasts are pretty amazing though. £5 for 3 of everything? Pretty good deal if you ask me. The sausages didn't come out, however we decided to not have them made (once we realised) as the plates were pretty big and filling us up quickly! Great portions, and pretty cheap. Back to the service. Ordered a round of orange juices. Only came after asking again 3 times. 3 times! I told you the service was poor. Ended up getting loads off our bill though. I expected nothing less for such poor service. But the food was good!

I have been to this rather novel eatery on two previous occasions and both times the food and service had been good.Unfortunately things seem to have changed, I ordered a straightforward burger with cheese and bacon, it arrived after about ten minutes so not too bad so far.Next I cut the burger in half which revealed a very red and wet centre, obviously not cooked through.I showed this over to show the staff who agreed, were suitably apologetic and took the meal away.Some five or so minutes later I received the same meal back, minus the cheese this time, note I said the same meal, not a fresh burger!Looked at the burger and lo and behold still very pink in the centre, this time it was returned for good, I didn't want any more food here! They could not even use the excuse that they were busy as the place had only half a dozen patrons.Incidentally the menu has changed dramatically since my last visit, the staff described it as 'American street food', whatever that is!I can only presume that the Americans like their burgers still breathing! Needless to say I will be avoiding this place like the plague!

Heavy rain outside on arrival, whilst I was trying to close my umbrella the doorman tried to get me to put money in a bucket of tips because it was Christmas, he then told me that I couldn't take my umbrella in, so he put it behind the door, after a brief drink I then left but apparently my umbrella was not there, after confronting the doorman he said he would go and check if someone had taken it in, I pointed out that he hadn't let me take it in, he just looked very confused, In summary don't go to junk because the doorman will let people steal your junk.

We came to ormskirk as our christmas get together and once we came to Junk we didn't leave! Comfy seating, great atmosphere and a vast range of drinks. It has a really upmarket modern feel with the mismatch chairs and the hanging bulbs. My only negative is the drinks are quite pricey! About £9 per cocktail. We had a pregnant friend with us and she wasn't being knocked about or anything and was quite comfortable!

Came across junk a few months ago-just fancied a coffee ,been a regular ever since .what a gem myself and friends have worked are way through the menu love it all chefs soups are amazing fantastic value and staff can't do enough .look forward to my next visit

Went for lunch with my girlfriend the other day, such as beautiful bar/restaurant! Proper good eat, I had the steak baguette she had the Caesar salad both massive portions and tasty food that is very well priced! Got welcomed in by lovely girl and gave us a menu and told us about the specials. great place to eat, defiantly will return!
