Very hot temperature food, however we found all dishes very sweet, even the special fried rice. Quantities we good, big dishes.

the best Chinese around by far and I've tried most of them the food is amazing, great flavours and always comes hot and fresh 😁 only thing that would make it even better would be of they were nice enough to give me their recipe for the crispy seaweed i love it its 1 of my most favourite things to order I could happily eat it by the bucket full every day 😋😋😋

Food was tasty as usual but delivery was late and onions had been included in the chow mein even though we’d asked for them to be left out. Hot, fresh and tasty food regardless

The food randomly arrived, there was no information on Just Eat regarding its whereabouts, seems common these days regardless of what you get ordered. The food was good but I noticed the price had snuck up, a while back the same order was almost £10 cheaper. I will certainly think twice before ordering again.

Food was good and Delivery driver was amazing and went out of his way to call just before arrival and walked the order to me as there was no parking close to where we were staying.

Not happy payed for delivery and the delivery driver couldn’t even bring it to my door told me to go down stairs and collect it so I want some money back for delivery

The driver was at the wrong house and very rude when called to say he has been waiting ages. While was in food didn't have a lot of taste

First time trying Jumbo. I ordered at 5pm, just after opening time. I was disappointed at the food quality and taste. The sweet and sour pork was over-fried and left the batter dark and bitter. The mixed starters appeared over cooked or reheated getting a previous service. I suspect the latter. Rice had an odd taste to it. First and last time ordering here. Note to management: make fresh batches and if you are saving cooked foods from the last service, check if they are suitable to send to paying customers. Cooks need to taste food, as this was not acceptable. Bitter, runny sauces. Overcooked product. Reheated items. Totally lacking care and freshness. Not even good value, as at the higher price point for a takeaway.

Rice and noodles very nice. Chicken balls really soggy..should be crispy?? Spring rolls are over cooked and so hard!. Chips undercooked couldn't eat them!

Thankyou jumbo you are consistent with always lovely food portions are big food is tasty food is hot when delivered service is always friendly and caring. When you are ever closed we will not have a Chinese as we won't go anywhere else we have tried others but in the 11years we have been here in luton nothing comes close to your food your service. Xx

Arrived bang on time, lovely food

Absolutely money well spent and good value for money, there's loads left over. Very fresh and well prepared. Tbh I wouldn't go anyone else, because I know I'm getting good food always.

Sweet and sour sauce was just a little, was really dry chicken

The food was not very hot. Some of the pork balls were old and tough like they were cooked 3 separate times throughout the day and medium spring rolls were slimy on the inside and tasted weird. We received free prawn crackers after paying £2.50 for a pack so ended up with two packs. No communication to state-free crackers so a waste of money. Very expensive for the quality of food. £3.50 for delivery on top of overpriced food and 10p for a bag. If the food was of a good standard I would not mind the extra costs. Eaten from here many times over the years and each time the quality has gotten worse. Would no longer recommend this takeaway (Jumbo).

We had the Jumbo style special fried rice and prawn crackers. The meat and seafood was cooked perfectly. The crackers were nice and crunchy. Overall the dish was full of flavour! I would highly recommend Jumbos.

Food was dry, warm & burned. I was told it would be late but felt it was just cooked & kept warm whilst they waited for a driver. Who took over 30mins.

My food time got added on an extra 40mins and then it was over a hour late since the original time. The driver got lost I had to come and find him and to make things worse the food was cold and soggy! I want a full refund and I won’t be ordering again!

Food was not as described was horrible was not cooked properly and could not eat after contacting the restaurant the staff was horrible they hang up the telephone during conversation called back and was no different not even the dog would eat the so called spare ribs I spend lots of money with just eat but have to rethink from now on in these times can’t afford to buy two different meals because the first one was not fit for human consumption or animal worst food , staff and service I ever encountered in a long while not now or ever will go back to this place for food not fit for your health or mental health

The chicken was dry and tasteless . Burnt toast and burnt pancake rolls . Not a lot of sauce on curry or sweet and sour Hong Kong style chicken . No pineapple in it either .

Probably the nicest Chinese takeaway I’ve tried so far in Luton. Ordered special chow mein, ribs and curry sauce and couldn’t fault them. Will definitely order again.
