First time ordering from here the kids ordered what they wanted for delivery staff are very friendly on phone very reasonable prices to and got delivered in reasonable time and delivery driver was lovely and friendly. The food smelled amazing kids opens it up and it tastes as good as it looked fantastic would recommend and deffinatly be ordering again thank you

What a rude owner! I ordered a couple of pizzas over the phone this afternoon. The girl who took my order said it would be the happy hour price of £14. When I went to collect them, I was told they don't have happy hour on Fridays. Despite their mistake, the owner was literally yelling that they don't do happy hour and even told us not to order from their shop again! Totally appalled by this behavior!! There are plenty of local pizza places, so it's not my loss.

When ringing to tell them the order that was delivered was wrong, their reply was, “there’s nothing we can do about that”. I mean come on, surely you’d send out a replacement for the wrong order. Who would order food that you just don’t ever eat/like/want. My meal went in the bin. Total waste of money. Therefore I cannot recommend this place. That is awful customer service so dismissive, though I guess they’ve got the money so therefore do not care about the customers experience. Oh, try spelling Killingworth correctly too!

It feel like you are going in the back door of a busy kitchen in an industrial estate but my god the cheesy garlic bread was the best and the staff were really great.

Use this place very often! Never had a bad pizza always great but tonight not so good hoping it's a one off

Got the sledgehammer pizza wife got pasta both so bland most of it went in the bin

Tried to order delivery though their website (which I've used before, no issues). Waited almost 30 minutes before receiving an email saying my order was cancelled by the restaurant and i have to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund. Called the business to find out why it was cancelled and they said that there was no order received. If you're using a site that takes money directly, make sure it works so you receive orders correctly. Shame as I have ordered from them regularly in the past. Won't be bothering again.

Disgusting food. Ordered the kofteh kebab expecting the "Hand made Turkish meatball" what was delivered was mechanically recovered meat shaped into something that resembled a McRib. It was bone dry, and had no taste. No disrespect to Farmfoods but it was the kind of thing you would find there for £1 a bag. Was given a refund and a groveling apology. I'd never order from this place again.

Called in for pizza wedges and a portion of kebab absolutely fantastic blow the socks clean off is definitely recommended won't go any where else.

A very "no frills" type of place. First time coming here and had the house kebab. Absolutely amazing kebab as you have Donna, chicken kebab, kofta and big slices of what looks like lamb chops on top of an authentic thin pitta bread. Great for sharing! They also included a free cheesy garlic bread which was SO good! Definitely will go back Marked down for service and atmosphere as I said it's just a "no frills" place, nothing wrong with the people serving me or the interior. If you want some banter or quirky deco, then it's not the place for you.

Asked for a kebab with salad and got the most awful thick stodgy homemade tortilla wrap folded up on top of kebab meat, a kebab is usually served with a pitta bread , it actually went in the bin , expensive aswell, so no return visit

Order a Kebab Pizza and it was filled out with Chips under neither melted cheese and barely any Kebab meat!! God sake.

I've used julianos for a few years now and the pizzas are usually really nice but the past twice I've been it seems to of gone downhill. I ordered a hotshot last week with a thin base with no onion and extra mushrooms and received a deep pan with onion and no mushrooms. Tonight I ordered the same (thin base, no onion extra mushrooms) I sort of received what I wanted but it didn't have the chilli base or jalapeños on and tasted bland. I really hope I've been unlucky the last two times I've ordered as the staff are spot on

Huge Chicken Tikka kebab, salad, bread, garlic and brave sauce. It defeated me!!

Love Julianos pizzas are alway fresh hot and tasty but it’s the second time we have ordered the kebab burger and not got the kebab meat 😕

Being using this great takeaway for a few years now and it beats Dominos by a mile for quality, very good prices and such friendly staff. I’ve give up on other takeaways now. The Naples Thin Base pepperoni supreme or tuna supreme is amazing. Tons of variety as well

Love Julianos Pizza, the thin base is really good. My go to pizza is Bolognese, which I recommend. Not a massive fan of the pepperoni though, which is a shame. They are listed on Just Eat, but the delivery charges (£4.50!!) are robbery and that's without the 50p service change and the 50p bag charge. Julianos do have their own website so I'd highly recommend using that as delivery is better priced, plus they offer a % discount when using the website. I'd wager prices are cheaper too as Just eat prices are usually slightly inflated. All in all a good food selection, usually pretty quick delivery and the food is decent.

Down here working a local guy said the kebabs were good 10 out of 10 Kebab was huge pizza was absolutely fantastic great flavour and fresh will definitely use this place again

Great service and just had a pizza that was simply delicious ! They had a query over my order instructions, so instead of making it not the way I wanted they called to double check. Pizza was made perfectly ! They are also great value for money compared to a lot of takeaways these days.

Tasty food and reasonably priced. Ready quick and hassle-free. Maybe harsh but to give 5-stars, but there's a random whiteboard on the walls, where local kids appear to have had freedom to write whatever obscenities and drivel they want. It's enough to make me think twice about going in if I had kids with me, so I can't give it 5 stars.

Wish I could leave less than zero stars, I ordered 30 quid of food from this as absolute failure of a company and nearly 3 hours later I finally get told the food isn’t coming, cancellation and refund. Completely useless when it’s too late to order anywhere else. Avoid this place like the complete plague it is

Used to use julianos but they went down hill. Decided to give them another try tonight. Wish I hadn't bothered. Delivery took an hour and a half. Everything was freezing cold. Ordered the mix platter. Everything overcooked and only got one tiny garlic mushroom. The 1 star is for the delivery driver as he was really friendly

Really nice pizza and good price definitely be getting food from here again. They read the instructions that I left and was fast with delivery.

Must try defo going back had triple hot burger or what ever its calld absolutly class and decent sizes and pricing guys are spot on aswell

I have used Juliano's for a while now with no issues. My last order a month ago they forgot 3 items, tonight they again forgot 2 items and the food was disgusting. Chips old and fried up, Chicken burnt and garlic sauce so salty.

Waited outside for 40 mins, still not open way after the time on Google maps and the time above the front door. Sorry it's got to be a 1 star I'm really hungry so I'm off to try the place down near forest hall instead. Very disappointed.

Best takeaway in West Moor/Killingworth area. Special kebab is both massive and fantastic quality.

These people are a absolute disgrace! Waited 2 hours for our Order then we ring to see where it was and got nothing but abuse for them then they said “if you’re not happy we are going to cancel your Order” we have had pizzas before from and they have been cold and taste like mould. Do not use this pizza place it is disgusting!!!!

Nearly 2 hours.arrived cold,tastless.will not be ordering again

Ordered a pizza, a wrap and a burger at 8pm....it's now 9.45pm and it's still not here! Not the end of the month, and we literally live less than 5 minutes away by car!! Arrived just before 10pm...chicken burger consisted of an unbuttered bun with a miniscule piece of chicken inside. No lettuce, sauce etc. We did get £3 off the delivery for the lateness but add that to the food issue and I won't be buying again!

Im not even giving 1 star but u carnt leave a review without giving atleast 1 whitch is stupid i orderd from here and waited 2 hours wen it came the bags wir coverd in food that had been spilt in the bags refused delivery just glad i didint pay before delivery wouldent order again

This place is absolutely shocking and I personally wouldn’t order ever again as I’ve been waiting 3 1/2 hours for my delivery that was supposed to come “within the hour” wen the food came it was cold and the man was cheeky on the phone wen asking where my food is saying “do I want to come deliver for them” absolutely shocking.

Literally the worst takeaway ive ever had. I had a chicken burger and chips, the chips were cold and the chicken burger was very very poor quality, like i cant actually beleive i paid for it.

I used to be a driver there and they are not professional in any way there idea of a joke is spiking drivers pizzas when they know there allergic or can't have the ingredients for what any reason. Everything frozen not fresh. Only thing fresh is the wraps they make it's an absolute bomb site.

Posting this review late was from 2 weeks ago. Waited 45 mins for a collection that we were told would be 20 mins, pizzas awful flat and stodgy, chips dry and stale went straight in the bin and two chicken kebabs burnt not eatable and tasted and smelt of bbq lighter fuel. Food went in the bin not fit for even an animal, won’t ever order from here again and understand now why they have such cheap offers on because their food is cheap and nasty!

3.5 hours for a delivery I’ll never use again

Good chip shop style pizzas at great prices. I ordered the Brave pizza, which previously was great and has been hot, very hot, but edible. Juliano's have changed the recipe and it was slopped with an awful orange/red hot sauce, that was so hot no one could eat a whole slice of pizza. It's really spoiled this once tasty but spicy pizza in to a novelty pizza that you'd only order as a dare. If you order it, order it without the hot sauce and it'll be much much nicer. Kebabs are great from here too. Enough for 2 meals at least.

I moved up to Newcastle a couple of weeks ago and ordered a pizza from Juliano's Kitchen. I do not regret my decision. I just ordered another pizza - make your own - and some chicken wings. Fantastic food, prompt delivery - with smiling delivery driver. Their website is easy to use. In short, if you love pizza and you live in Newcastle look no further than Julino's Kitchen! Brilliant stuff!

Unprofessional rude staff. No social distancing. Not covid safe at all. Food is overpriced and average at best.

Ordered a Burger with sausages in it, shelled an extra pound out for a half-pounder burger. It arrived quickly, but the burger consisted of a greasy bun and greasier sausages- and no actual burger inside

I ordered a salad and a triple cheese burger and chips ....i payed £3.40 for mouldy salad and the burger had 16 jalpinios and chilli sauce throughout never mind the burgers were raw..... and when we rang up he says it's pink in the middle because of the chilli sauce getting argumentative on the phone ....a don't think he should be open if he thinks that ...i know when meat is raw as am a chef my self first time I have ordered and it will be the last and I will be reporting this and keeping samples and photos.....this place need shut down and I will contribute to that .

Absolutely pittiful. Ordering for the first time, after a flyer had been pushed through the door, only wish I had looked at the reviews first. They forgot our dips and drinks, which was bad enough, with no money offered in return. My partners pizza was supposed to be salami, pepperoni, ground beef and garlic sausage but it just had cheese and chopped up hot dogs on it. My 'bolognese' pizza also left a lot to be desired.

I was recommended this place from a friend a while ago so I finally tried it... I order a pizza chips and a PLAIN Garlic Bread after waiting approximately an hour and 20 minutes my food was delivered I only live 5 minutes away from the store. I opened my food to find I was sent a cheesy garlic bread I phoned the company and the man who answered said it was a management fault and offered to replace it for free on my next order I asked if I could get it tonight and he sighed and said okay 50 minutes later I ring again after not receiving my order to find out what was going on I got told my food would be there in 15 minutes when my correct order arrived the garlic bread was black and burnt and freezing cold I will not be using this company again absolutely shocking service
