This is an awful staff are very rude and have bad attitude towards customers and the crate beer is awful and therefore would avoid at all costs

This is no no no Never Never go there !!!!! The Cuban night it just the same song every time. Service change for drinks at the bar . Just ridiculous.

The food here sucks, and also very expensive at the same time. We won't go back ever again.. Also the server had some kind of attitude which is why we never left a tip

Rude staffand they charge a service charge at the bar so the drink price is actually 12.5% more than listed, this is at the bar not table service lol We also waited for 10 minutes or so while the staff was talking amongst themselves completely ignoring us and some other people at the bar waiting to get served Food menu really small, not much to choose from and the portions was kinda small I definitely will not come back here ever again

As other people have mentioned, there’s a seemingly random service charge added even at the bar. I ordered a £6 pint and was charged £7.50 by, quite frankly, a cocky barman who seemed affronted that I’d questioned this. When I asked why we weren’t warned in advance I was just told ‘the staff have to make a living’. It’s not on. If the staff aren’t paid enough, ask for a wage rise or leave. No-one charges service charges for drinks that aren’t even brought to your table. It’s hardly rocket science.
