JRK Kitchen in Hammersmith and Fulham

The meat was pink and I found a bone in my wrap. Aftertaste on the Mac & cheese and the chicken wasn’t even jerk, no taste. Horrible & would avoid!

Absolutely shamefully DISGUSTING FOOD & SERVICE!!! Staff do not smile and greet you, like literally NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. And then there's the food, which at best I describe as horribly STALE. At worst, an absolute discredit to Caribbean cuisine!!! Management needs a SERIOUS SERIOUS review of this restaurant. I myself will certainly NOT BE GOING BACK. A complete and utter WASTE OF MONEY!!!! 👍👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Orderd on just eat! I am so disappointed with JRK Kitchen. Two pieces of the jerk wings was RAW inside! The two pieces of fried chicken was STALE! Food should not be sent out like that! JRK Kitchen was one of my favourite caribbean restaurant. However after this delivery never again! I wish I could score 0

Ordered a takeout, don't bother with the festival as it was so dry and inedible. Jerk chicken ironically wasn't even jerk (as the restaurant name suggests) it wasn't prepared over fire or a grill but cooked in the oven with very little flavour. Received a 3/4 filled container of Mac cheese. Not worth the Money. To avoid disappointment trying elsewhere.

I completely forgot how awful the food is here and ordered a delivery while not feeling well. Over sweet slaw, unspiced Jerk chicken with a sickly sweet jerk sauce, hard kidney beans in the rice and peas, undercooked plantain…. Nothing tasted right. I had to cover it in hot pepper sauce to get some flavour ! It’s clear that no one really cares about the quality or taste of the food. It’s like it’s mass produced with no care or interest. Such a shame as Jamaican food done properly is amazing, tasty and inspiring. This lets the side down badly.

I ordered a takeaway chicken curry/ not curry but yellow water with potatoes and smelly chicken breast. A true disrespect to my Jamaican people. Sorry it was horrible 😔

Ordered on just eats , half of what we ordered didn’t turn up , called them to tell them missing items got a barrage of abuse. From the lady , disgusting customer service . Rather order ochi shepherd Bush

Hi, I ordered some food today and it was lovely infact the BEST 😍 plenty of food to fill me up , the jerk on the bone was so succulent, kept sucking the bone and the sauce just kept coming through 😍the salad was fresh ! and criss the coleslaw tasted AMAZING 20/10 ! Left me satisfied and left my soul feeling happy . Thank you !

Went to JRK kitchen on a quick break. Customer service was beyond expectations, attended to by lovely staff who were friendly and accommodated my needs and those of others. The food was delicious and they even gave me complimentary hot sauce. Definitely will be eating in and ordering online. The saltfish patty was blissful and I will need compensation from TripAdvisor to go into details. Do feel free to email me for details of their buttery pastry. Thank YOU JRK xx

Called in on Friday night for a take away. Bright, attractive premises. Delightful staff. Not a huge menu but some great different dishes. I bad a Jerk chicken with salad, 3 spicy wings and fried plantain. All were excellent quality and tje wings and jerk were nice and spicy hot 🌶. Would definately return.

JRK = JACK ROB & KARENS KITCHEN Because this weren’t it I don’t know how this ended up on the Caribbean section on just eat but I think they misplaced it & it should have been on the British menu 🤢🤢🤢 Lacked seasoning Pepper steak should have been called water steak because that’s how it tasted 🤢🤢 Fake Jamaican restaurant should be shut down How this was approved to leave the kitchen I have no clue 🤢 AVOID AT ALL COSTS ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ If your English & go ahead. Even taking the picture to put on here drain my battery that’s how sauceless the food was.

Honestly just a waste of money it had NO flavour at all just veg. I don’t eat coleslaw so I asked for plantain as extra as a side they gave me ONE cut single strip of plantain. Never ever again will I order from here.

I wanted to order the “ goat curry “ but all sold out , I chose the “jerk chicken” full of flavour. Great service maybe a little pricey at £9 but I enjoyed it will be back for the goat curry and the pepper shrimp.

Good jerk chicken, rice & peas, plenty of food in order, really nice coleslaw and the whole family liked it.

I ordered a Jerk Rice Chicken with plantains and beans and rice. The good: The Chicken part tasted great, it was a good portion for one hungry person and great value for money. The coleslaw was also tasty The not so good: The plantains were quite dry, but this does not warrant taking a star off. I would recommend going here.

This place has the most amazing food, I go here at least twice a week and love it. Staff are very friendly and sometimes throw in freebies. Recommend to everyone to try.

Used to be Jerkies and used to be good. Now part if a chain . Ridiculous that we had to wait over 1 hour stood in the restaurant while diners due to long waits, asked for refunds and the staff struggled to get deliveroo and Uber eats orders ready. Far too many on-line orders to be able to provide a restaurant and takeaway service. Utter chaos. Our food was poor, unmarinated chicken with a basic bbq sauce poured over. Really gone downhill. Won’t ever buy from this dreadful place again.
