JR PIZZA in Rochdale

Ordered an Asian style pizza with extra cheese. It seemed like there was no extra cheese as the pizza was burnt, it was hard and tasteless. We ordered normal chicken burgers and zinger burgers, the chicken burger just seemed to be them frozen breaded patties you get and the zinger burger was not zinger at all, it was hard to bite and not enjoyable. The bread of the burger seemed stale and a little hard too! Unfortunately won’t be coming back here again.

Ordered 5 15 came at 7 15. Ridiculous on the phone said 45 mins to an hour horrible service.

Always come from Bury to Rochdale just for their food. Pizzas and naan rolls are amazing!

Got the donner pizza, it was rank. My partner got the donner and chips, chips were stale, the donner was old and clearly just microwaved old donner and the “salad” was just an entire onion chopped and put on top. There was no sauce either and we found a hair in there. The delivery took over an hour and for that!? Never again! Awful food.

Food was cold. Donner and chips. Half the box was full of onions. Donner was stale and cold which was absolutely terrible. Definitely tasted like it’s been warmed up in the microwave from a box! Pizza was tasteless. Massive donner pieces on top which covered the whole pizza. Literally no tomato sauce either. Overall, a nightmare of an experience. Won’t be ordering here again. Delivery time was insane. Took over an hour.

Have been ordering from here for years. The Pizza is Excellent especially the asian style. The fries are amazing always hot and crispy on delivery. The cheeseburgers and zinger burgers are great. Reasonably priced food , excellent quality and superb service every time

De ent food, however this is the second time in a row that I've ordered a twin kebab and only received 1 lot of meat 🍖 lat time I rang and they sent a tray of donner meat.....

I’m deeply offended as I am a struggling wheat intolerant ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans and warned them about my wheat allergy but their Sheir lack of common sense lead to them including wheat my neck is now the size of a balloon I’m sat battling death as I’m rolling to the toilet in pain I took time to write this message and put death on hold just warn you about this incompetent takeaway even rspca has this place on a list listed a zoo for the amount of rats in the kitchen . I would like to say as there is a water ban on you can take some of the water out of my beans and use it to clean your establishment best of luck trying to find customers when some are dropping dead left right and centre . THIS IS A DISGRACE . Anyone struggling feel free to contact to talk through your trauma

Waited three hours for food and both sides of my bread was burnt and instead of salad they put bbq sauce on my pineapple pizza

Ordered a meat feast pizza didn’t come till about 2 hours later, hardly had any meat on it, it had a hair in the cheese of my pizza and was stone cold, doesn’t deserve anyones money

Just order from this place don’t know whether to call it a takeaway as I am now currently stationed of my toilet order a cheese burger and saddened to see when it arrived that it was a rustlers burger which I could of saved £2.50 by going to Tesco order a chicken kebab and it came with a lush set of grey hairs , lumpy mayo and sadly no chicken wouldn’t recommend this takeaway? Have used them many times i didnt like the service they charge alot for delivery and take ages delivering the food by then its gone cold.

Not impressed that's not money well spent payed £5 for a doner kebab but online price was different then the doner meat was small the naan bread was chapti bread I'm still hungry the best thing was fresh salad and nice hot sauce will never go hea again

The guy who works on the till has problem giving out the chilli sauce. He acts like it’s his dads sauce and does not give it out. I have to ask him for the extra chilli sauce every time I go in. The guy became upset when I asked him the last time. Absolute joke of a man!

I ordered a pizza with mushrooms cheese and chicken, and got chicken Tika nowhere om the menu did it say chicken Tika I ran to ask the guy weather there was a mistake but he just told me its my fault and I should have told them not to use chicken tika ....... i have chrones disease and have to avoid foods that upset my stomach i rely on the menus telling me what is on the pizza and adding something random is wrong and then to tell me its my fault is crazy Jr used to be good but now its run by rude obnoxious staff

Don't bother ordering anything from here if it was up to me i put minus stars i order a simple order they said an hour I was fine that i rang them again 10 minutes they said yet again i was fine with that i was stood on the road for 45 minutes waiting for my food if you don't won't to be waiting on the streets for nearly an hour definitely do not order from here

Gave them a problem by putting an extra 2 in my house No. They attempted to deliver but without success. Realised my mistake after waiting some time ago phoned them. They had a fresh order delivered within 15 mins. Definitely worth the wait. Really tasty pizzas all piping hot. They are on the favourite list 👍

just put my order in on the jr’s app and it amounts to a fiver less than what they charged me but foods not bad and fast delivery just abit annoying yano

Good customer service, Amazing food. Never disappointed. When the order is £20.60 ect they allow you to pay £20 if you short on change. Highly Recommend.

This was my first time ordering from here. Everything about it was fantastic! The man on the telephone was really nice and polite as well as the delivery man. I ordered chicken Tikka with chips, salad and sweet chilli sauce and it was incredible. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the chips were very tasty. Also, the salad was fresh and green. Delivery time very fast. I would highly recommend ordering from here; I definitely will be again!

JR Pizza and Ali's chippy were initially run by the same owner but now separately operating. Good service and friendly staff.

Ordered a ham, cheese, mushroom and pineapple pizza with a strawberry milkshake The mushrooms were like rubber, I kid you not, I couldn't not bite through them and they were tasteless The ham tasted more like turkey but was advertised as ham and was burnt. The milkshake was forgotten but the delivery driver gave me a refund out of his own pocket Disappointed as I had read great reviews. It was however delivered 30 minutes before the stated time.

Great food always, my favourite place for pizza, kebabs, with smoky shish chunks *just* how I like them; great milkshake choices too. Delivery always efficient, friendly and courteous, and honest to a fault when things don't go entirely according to plan. Very occasionally cooler food than I'd like but we've a microwave to help fix that!

Ordered 2 pizzas, came on time but they forgot the bottle of coke, but the brilliant delivery man took it upon himself to go to the shop on the corner and buy us a bottle and bring it back to us! Fab customer service 😄

Usually excellent food and service drom here but today the order took twice the time for delivery and the pizza was burnt. Not happy at all. Not going to order anything else from here now.

Nan bread rock hard. Donner meat exactly the same. By far the worst kebab I've had for a long time. Wouldn't recommend at all.
