Good old fashioned pub with quite exotic food

Just a great place with welcoming staff, reasonable prices and great ale

Had to wait about 40 mins for food. But worth the wait when it arrived. Good atmosphere nice staff.

Great service - mediocre curry.

The food, as always, was delicious and tasty. I opted for a chicken tikka massala curry which was divine

Nice food reasonably priced family friendly

We were part of a funeral party/wake, which was quite low key but an excellent venue with nice company. There wasn't music blaring and it was just - really nice. I can imagine it gets very busy at weekends and in the summertime - I've seen crowds out there but this was my first visit and though it was a funeral, it was very nice.

Food has gone down hill chips were hard and not cooked properly. Shame they are oven cups for the price you pay

We had booked a Christmas Diner for a group of people with learning difficulties. The starter and sweet course were OK. However the Turkey on the main course was well over done, which spoilt the whole meal for me and my party.

Bit of a wait, but not too, long hence the 4 star service

Well as it is not the pub it's the people that count.

The pud had an event on starting at 8pm but last order was at 10pm I was totally shocked. But there were good friendly staff and a good atmosphere, I would go again hopefully they will have sorted out the licences

A lovely pub with a nice friendly atmosphere and absolutely lovely food and a cracking pint of Holt's bitter. I mean what more could you possibly want? Oh yeah, fresh pizzas made on site and a fantastic Ice cream selection. What are you waiting for? Get down there.......NOW!

Excellent pub with an impressive array of ales and lagers, all provided by the same brewery. Those not on tap can be bought as bottles

We go here at least once a week for lunch the food is always good and staff friendly

1st visit to the fairway today and we was not dissapointed food and drinks was lovely very good service make you very welcome,beautifull pub inside reasonable prices plenty of seating to sit outside but was a bit cold today would definitely reccomend we will be visiting again soon 😀🍷🍺🍔🍽🍟👍

What a lovely place is. Really enjoyed coming here, the staff are always pleasant and the food is superb. Even though at present they are doing a reduced menu you the quality of the food has not diminished. Plenty of parking outside full stop with two disabled spots right outside the front door full stop there is a ramp and steps to enter the building. There's also excellent outdoor or area for eating and drinking at.

Always had good food here. However on my last visit (On a Weds afternoon), I waited almost an hour for main course to arrive. Only 1 or 2 tables were being used so hardly busy. Hope it was a one off....
